#1 Wonder if it was really 'developed' in Taiwan, or just a public announcement to cover technology transfer/theft. Lacking any details, it sounds at first read like the 'Iron Ball' paint we developed many years ago for certain aircraft applications (not the F-117, B-2, or A-12)....
