#1 Is this saying that the number of casualties is down 75% despite the soft-target-rich environment, or that the number of attacks is down by 75%? In either case, AQI's movement is probably basically unhindered given the number of folks on the street, and it's still down. This suggests to me that AQI is probably operating at about 5% of its former strength. I would agree it has basically been crushed. Let's keep it that way.
