[MAIL - 25 March 2022] Moscow’s claim that Hunter Biden helped finance a US military 'bioweapons' research program in Ukraine is at least partially true, according to new emails obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. Crazy talk I tells ya! It's nothing but crazy talk.
The commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces, claimed there was a 'scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects' and pointed to the 'financing of such activities by structures close to the current US leadership, in particular the investment fund Rosemont Seneca, which is headed by Hunter Biden.'
Intelligence experts say the Russian military leader's allegations were a brazen propaganda ploy to justify president Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine and sow discord in the US.
But emails from Hunter's abandoned laptop show he helped secure millions of dollars of funding for Metabiota, a Department of Defense contractor specializing in research on pandemic-causing diseases that could be used as bioweapons.
He also introduced Metabiota to an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm, Burisma, for a 'science project' involving high biosecurity level labs in Ukraine.
And although Metabiota is ostensibly a medical data company, its vice president emailed Hunter in 2014 describing how they could 'assert Ukraine's cultural and economic independence from Russia' — an unusual goal for a biotech firm.

Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District 'uncovered additional concerns with department operations' and suspended the force
Questions have been raised as to why the classroom holding gunman Salvador Ramos,
...despite having no criminal record, the young man was known for carrying bags of dead cats. His teachers named him Most Likely to Become a Mass Shooter — and then he did...
18, wasn't stormed by police sooner during the deadly shooting
He was left alone in the classroom for 77 minutes before police intervened ...actually a Border Patrol tactical team, but they’re uniformed law enforcement, too, so one can understand the Daily Mail’s mistake.
On May 24, a total of 19 children and two teachers were killed in a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School
The school district has now suspended all of Uvalde CISD Police Department's activities 'for a period of time'
In a statement today, the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) wrote: 'Recent developments have uncovered additional concerns with department operations.
'As a result of the developments, Lt Miguel Hernandez and Ken Mueller have been placed on administrative leave.
'The District has made the decision to suspend all activities of the Uvalde CISD Police Department for a period of time.
'Officers currently employed will fill other roles in the district. Ken Mueller has elected to retire.'
The news of the suspension comes just days after a Uvalde cop who resigned after being slammed by parents for failing to intervene in the massacre was rehired to protect the school.
Crimson Elizondo, 45, has now been fired from her position at the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District after another outcry from parents.
Elizondo, a former officer with the Texas Department of Public Safety, was among the first cops to arrive at the scene of the May 24 shooting.
She was caught on bodycam outside the building, failing to make any attempt to enter it.

Maybe schools should hire private security contractors. Army, marine, DEA, major crimes vets could get well paying jobs, cops wouldn't have to enter campuses. Guys with experience and well trained internal alarms could effectively prevent such stuff?

Check with the "legal team" first, then you can suspend (with pay), then put on "indefinite leave" (until you define the real time), then move toward "investigating their performance under stress" (consult with psychiatrists), then you will consider " were they under "DTSD" (During Traumatic Stress Syndrome) or were they just under "CSSS" (Chicken Shit Stress Syndrome) = Whatever the case, children died because they had no balls. F-K-M for the rest of their lives... they were cowards.

But it is odd that there isn’t more about him somewhere.
[NYPOST] Four members of the "Green Goblin" gang who brutally attacked two 19-year-old women on a Manhattan train have 15 arrests between them, authorities said Friday as they identified the suspects.
Emily Soto, 34, and Mairam Cisse Issouf, Ciante Alston and Dariana Peguero — all 26 — were among the group of suspects who wore full-body neon green leotards while punching and tossing around two 19-year-old women on a Times Square subway train around 2 a.m. Sunday, NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig told news hounds.
All four identified suspects live in NYCHA’s Queensboro Houses, according to Essig.
Peguero has the most extensive criminal history with nine prior arrests, followed by Alston, who has been cuffed three times, Soto, arrested twice, and Issouf, who has been busted once before, the chief said.
The caught-on-video attack "originally stemmed from an apparent bump on the platform and spilled into the subway car," Essig said.
The victims were robbed of a cellphone and handbag, cops said.
The bizarrely dressed crew fled after the assault. The other suspects have not yet been identified.
The mother of one of the victims told The Post on Monday that her daughter "said she was attacked by aliens, and I didn’t know what she was talking about.
"Yesterday was her birthday," said the distraught mom, who asked that she and the victims remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation. "This is how she spent her 19th birthday. I hope they get what they deserve and then some because it’s disgusting."

Instead of arresting someone for the ninth time isn't it better to abduct them and leave them in pieces all over forest park?
[FoxNews] China's reported transnational policing will 'escalate very quickly' unless governments take action
Laura Harth of Safeguard Defenders warns that China's reported police service stations abroad are expanding the communist regime's international footprint.
China's reported overseas police service stations and their operations to persuade citizens to return to the homeland mark a dangerous expansion of the regime’s international reach, according to a human rights advocate.
Safeguard Defenders, a pan-Asian human rights organization, published an investigation last month detailing a Chinese campaign to combat "fraud and telecom fraud" crimes committed by its citizens living abroad. The report indicated that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has established at least 54 police stations across 30 different countries, including the U.S.
"I think it shows how brazen the CCP is getting and how little regard they have for other governments," Laura Harth, Safeguard Defenders' campaign manager, told Fox News. "It’s in violation of international law, it’s in violation of territorial sovereign."
The police stations are mostly located in Western Europe, but four are in North America, including one in New York City, according to the report. They allow Chinese authorities to "carry out policing operations on foreign soil," Hart said.
"Obviously this shows how unaware, how naive certain governments are, or choose to be at this stage," Harth told Fox News. "European authorities are severely lacking in awareness and willingness to act on or even look into it."
Since the campaign launched in April 2021, 230,000 Chinese nationals have been "persuaded to return" home to face criminal prosecution, according to the Ministry of Public Security in China.
"A big part of this transnational policing repression campaign is also aiming at silencing the community, silencing dissent, making sure that people are afraid enough," Harth told Fox News.
Some reported tactics used to compel Chinese nationals to return include threatening and intimidating family members in China. A suspect's children can be banned from attending school, and their family’s bank accounts can be frozen and their property confiscated.
"They will interrogate people, maybe detain people," Harth said. "There's also guilt by association. There are accounts of people being prosecuted or arrested for the presumed charges against their family members" abroad.
China will "do anything really to convince them to persuade their family members to come back," she added. "Nothing seems to be too impressive or too harsh" for the CCP.
If those tactics fail, the CCP will deploy its international officers to directly approach the suspect as a means of "persuasion," according to Harth.
"That's a clear message to anyone seeking to leave China, already having left China, that you're not safe anywhere," she said.
China's reported extradition missions operate without knowledge or approval from the local government, Harth told Fox News.
"This is obviously completely illegal. This is no regular international police cooperation," she said. "These have been set up without any knowledge of local authorities, without any requests."
The Chinese government has claimed that the stations provide services to its citizens living abroad, like renewing IDs and driver's licenses, the Chinese embassy told The Irish Times. While that may be true in part, Harth said, the stations are largely used to enhance China’s overseas law enforcement capabilities.
"We know that they're building on an existing network of United Front work organizations," Harth said. "This may escalate very quickly, if not stopped right at the beginning."
[NYPOST] A 34-year-old Ohio man fell to his death from his hotel room balcony in South Carolina during Hurricane Ian while he was trying to perform a handstand.
Markell Hope, of Akron, was staying at the Patricia Grand Hotel in Myrtle Beach when he attempted the stunt about 3:30 p.m. Sept. 30, as the storm was passing through, Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard told WYFF.
He fell 15 floors to his death, officials said.
He would have fallen off even without the hurricane, I suspect.
At least 100 people bit the dust from the Category 4 hurricane in Florida and five more were killed in North Carolina.
More than 60% of the deaths in Florida involved drowning, according to numbers from the state Medical Examiners Commission, weather.com reported.

[News9] Judy Tenuta, a brash standup who cheekily styled herself as the “Goddess of Love” and toured with George Carlin as she built her career in the 1980s golden age of comedy, died Thursday. She was 72.
Tenuta died Thursday afternoon at home in Los Angeles, with her family around her, publicist Roger Neal told The Associated Press. The cause of death was ovarian cancer.
“She was a very funny, amazing performer,” Neal said, and it was always a “happy time to be around her.”
Tenuta had claimed her birthdate as Nov. 7, 1965, but she was born in 1949, Neal said. “She was old school so she would never tell her real age, but now that she’s gone we can tell her real age,” he added.

Cantu was sitting in his car eating a cheeseburger outside of McDonald's alongside a female companion when Officer James Brennand approached the car and told him to get out
As the pair struggled, Brennand fired his weapon five times, wounding Cantu
Prior to the release of the bodycam footage of the shooting, the officer maintained he only fired his weapon after he was hit by Cantu's car
On Wednesday, Brennand, a probationary officer who was on the job for seven months, was fired from the San Antonio Police Department
At the time of writing, Cantu is listed as being critical but stable condition

It looks like both parties have watched entirely too many Shoot’em’up cop shows, which developed poor instincts.
What was a young policeman still on probation doing out without a training partner? At least he caught up and performed CPR until the ambulance arrived.

[Breitbart] The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) points to FBI background check figures to show that over one million guns have been sold in America every month for the past 38 months.
FBI figures show there were 2,470,462 National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) checks performed in the month of September. Mark Olivia, the NSSF’s managing director of public affairs, indicates that 1.2 million of the NICS checks were specifically for gun sales.
He observed the strong September gun sales signal that “firearm purchases remain steady and appear to headed toward making 2022 the third strongest year on record for firearm sales.”
Olivia also noted that September’s numbers “[mark] 38 continuous months of when background checks for firearm sales have exceeded 1 million,” and added, “That’s a remarkable sustained trend and demonstrates that the firearm industry is meeting this continued increased demand for firearm ownership.”
The 38-month time frame in which over one million guns a month have been sold has included periods of record-setting NICS background checks.
For example, Breitbart News reported that April 2021 was the 16th consecutive month of record checks for sales, transfers, etc. This means April 2021 saw more NICS checks than any April in history, March 2021 saw more than any March in history, February 2021 more than any February, and so on, for 16 months.
[Al Ahram] A Daqahiliya court ordered on Friday the detention of a teacher in Nile Delta governorate 15 days pending investigations on charges of beating and inflicting serious injuries on a fourth grade girl during class, which sent her into a coma.
On Tuesday, Basmalla Osama, a 9-year-old fourth grader in Taranis El-Arab Primary School in the city of El-Senbellawein in the Nile Delta, went into a coma that was triggered by a brain haemorrhage and remains at death's door in the Mansoura Emergency University hospital.
The child lost conciousness after her teacher beat her with a wooden stick on her head for answering a quiz question incorrectly, according to 11 eyewitness classmates from students who were interviewed by the prosecution.
The Public Prosecution had remanded the accused into custody for four days pending investigation shortly after the incident.
The Ministry of Education also suspended the teacher for three months pending the end of investigations.
According to the Egyptian penal code, teachers who beat students causing permanent injuries could receive from three to 25 years jail sentences depending on the damage they cause to the victim.

Oh God, who posted this guy? His entire channel is nothing but doom-n-gloom China stories. Look at his stuff posted in the past, none of it has happened. Last year the entire "hate China" Youtuber scene was saying the Three Gorges Dam was going to collapse and cause a catastrophe. Gosh, it didn't happen.

But there's an audience for this stuff. They so desperately want to believe that China is going down, they cheer every video and click on the ads. So the channels continue.

In fact, dear Reader, I’m afraid you’ll want to ungird your loins after all. Let us instead together mourn the lost enthusiasms of yesteryear.
[KCNAWATCH] A front man for the National Aviation Administration (NAA) of the DPRK issued the following press statement on October 8:
Recently, the 41st Session of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Assembly adopted the so-called "resolution" describing the DPRK's missile launch as violation of "UN Security Council resolution" and the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
The NAA of the DPRK categorically condemns and rejects this as a political provocation of the U.S. and its vassal forces aimed to infringe upon the illusory sovereignty of the DPRK.
The missile test launch by the DPRK is a regular and planned self-defensive step for defending the country's security and the regional peace from the U.S. direct military threats that have lasted for more than half a century. The test launch was conducted with full consideration in advance into the safety of civil aircraft in international flights, so it didn't pose any threat and harm to the safety of not only civil aviation but also the neighboring countries and region.
However, it's easy to be generous with someone else's money... in order to prevent the DPRK from exercising its right to self-defence at any cost, the U.S. suspended air navigation services recognized internationally, creating international pressure on the DPRK by politicizing ICAO. Not content with it, the U.S. rammed a "resolution" to avoid even the technical activities with the DPRK, a member state of ICAO.
As for the "UNSC resolution" raised as a ground for the adoption of the recent "resolution", it suspended international air navigation service which is adopted by ICAO as Standard and Recommended Practices. As a result, the "resolution" poses a risk to international air navigation safety and even blocks remittance of ICAO contribution of the member state, which prevents the financial activities of ICAO. As for the rules of "notice in advance" which the DPRK is requested to abide by, they never take into consideration the reality of the Korean Peninsula which is technically at war.
ICAO should not join the U.S. and other anti-DPRK forces seeking to use its arena as a lever of political pressure on a member state while mixing the political and military issue related to the Korean Peninsula with technical activities, but take an impartial stand.
The attempt of the U.S. and its vassal forces to keep the DPRK from exercising its right to self-defence is a blatant violation of the national rights running counter to the UN Charter.
The National Aviation Administration of the DPRK will faithfully carry out its duty in a responsible manner as a member state of ICAO in the future, too. It will never pardon any moves of the U.S. and other hostile forces to isolate and stifle the DPRK within the organization, but will take tougher countermeasures against them.
[Motley Fool] Here's how the biggest raise in decades could play out.
Soaring inflation is generally bad news for consumers -- and that extends to seniors. In fact, seniors may be more likely to get hurt by rising living costs because Social Security commonly does a poor job of keeping pace with inflation.
Just take a look at this year's cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). Seniors on Social Security saw their benefits increase by 5.9% at the start of 2022. But since then, the rate of inflation has well outpaced that increase.
Still, Social Security beneficiaries are, at this point, more than anxious to hear what next year's COLA will look like. And while we won't have that official number until Oct. 13, here's a reasonable estimate of what seniors can expect.
[DW] Known cases of human trafficking sharply rose in 2021, according to official statistics. Forced sex work, child abuse, and labor exploitation a growing issue, police said.
Police and customs officials across Germany responded to some 510 cases of human trafficking in 2021, according to a report published by the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) on Friday. This represents a 10% increase over the previous year.
Abuse of children in trafficking cases rose even more significantly, the BKA said. At least 237 children were affected, 23% more than in 2020. The kinds of crimes that fall under this umbrella include the creation of child sexual abuse imagery as well as forced prostitution.
According to the report, the average age of victims was 15 and the average age of perpetrators was 37.
FORCED SEX WORK A MAJOR ISSUE
Forced prostitution was becoming a concern, the BKA warned, of both minors and adults. They said that one of the most common methods used by perpetrators in this case went as follows: an older man entices a younger woman into what she thinks is a romantic relationship before he then uses emotional abuse to coerce her into sex work and exploits her financially.
In terms of forced sex work, the report said, 93% of the 417 victims were women. Most victims and perpetrators were German, but there were also immigrants colonists involved from countries such as Bulgaria, Romania, and China. Every third victim was younger than 21.
Police also warned that the true number of victims could be far higher. They cautioned that even after a raid is conducted, victims could be hesitant to tell officers they had been trafficked for a variety of reasons, including fear of reprisal or criminal charges.
The report also detailed human trafficking in Germany for purposes of labor exploitation. The sector most affected by modern slavery was in care jobs such as homes for the elderly or the chronically ill. There were also cases in construction work, bars and restaurants, as well as house and office cleaning.

[IsraelTimes] Suspect uploaded footage of murder to social media; unclear how the victim ended up in the West Bank, with some claiming he was kidnapped.
A gay Paleostinian man living under asylum in Israel was murdered and beheaded Wednesday in the West Bank city of Hebron. The unnamed suspect, who was arrested by Paleostinian Authority police near the scene of the crime soon after committing it, recorded the act in a video that he uploaded to social media before his capture.
The victim was 25-year-old Ahmad Abu Murkhiyeh, who according to reports on Ynet and Channel 12 had been living in Israel for the past two years as an asylum-seeker after authorities acknowledged his life would be in danger if he returned to Paleostinian territory.
It was not immediately clear how or why the young man ended up in Hebron. Friends of Abu Murkhiyeh in Israel believe he was kidnapped to the West Bank before his murder, though it was not clear that they had evidence of this.
Rita Petrenko, founder of al-Bayt al-Mukhtalif, a non-profit organization for the empowerment of the Arab LGBT community, said that she had helped to arrange for Abu Murkhiyeh’s asylum papers in preparation for his eventual resettlement in Canada and that he’d actively participated in LGBT discussion groups. Describing the young man as "hard-working and intelligent," Petrenko regretted that he had not been transferred to safety in Canada before his life was brutally taken from him.
Israeli sources, the PA police and the Abu Murkhiyeh family have all been unable to clarify if the victim and his killer had any prior relationship. No motive has yet been disclosed as a result of the Paleostinian Authority police’s investigation, but the suspect is currently being interrogated.
A front man for the PA police, Lu’ay Arziqat, described the beheading as a "new kind of crime in Paleostine" and urged people to refrain from circulating the morbid video.
The circumstances surrounding the crime remain unclear while the Paleostinian police in Hebron carry out a full investigation.
In an interview with Paleostinian radio station Karama, an older member of the victim’s family, also named Ahmad Abu Murkhiyeh, asserted that the young man was residing in his father’s native Jordan but often visited Hebron to work and to spend time with family in the city.
That account contradicted multiple Israeli sources, and was possibly indicative of relatives’ reluctance to acknowledge his reported life in Israel.
Petrenko said that to the best of her knowledge, Abu Murkhiyeh had not returned to the West Bank since his asylum, out of fear for what his estranged family and residents of his native village might do to him. She added that his stay at various LGBT shelters in Israel is a documented fact. He had not informed any friends of an intention to enter the West Bank.
Paleostinians have expressed revulsion at the exceptionally violent mostly peaceful nature of the crime, even as Abu Murkhiyeh’s sexual identity and Israeli residency have been kept under wraps in Paleostinian reports. The presenter on the Karama radio station distilled the common outrage when saying the beheading "crossed every single red line in our society, whether in terms of morals, customs, or basic humanity."
The filming of such brutality for distribution on social media has had a particularly shocking effect. Speaking for police, Arziqat said the recording and upload of the video represented "the most dangerous" aspect of a crime he characterized as the most terrible one he’s ever dealt with.
About 90 Paleostinians who identify as members of the LGBT community currently live as asylum-seekers in Israel. They suffered discrimination, and, in extreme cases, violence in their communities before fleeing. Until this past July, the law allowed them to reside in Israel but not to work.
Petrenko said that since the law changed, Abu Murkhiyeh had been searching diligently for a stable, legal job, but only managed to find low-paying, under-the-table gigs at restaurants in Tel Aviv’s Sarona neighborhood, one of the city’s upscale culinary hubs.
