After referring to the right to keep and bear arms as "the ultimate second tier constitutional right in the minds of some," Justice Alito addressed the naked threats made against the Court in a brief submitted by five Senate Democrats in a clear attempt to bully the court.
Five United States senators who filed a brief in support of the city went further. They wrote that the Supreme Court is a sick institution, and that if the court did not mend its ways, well, it might have to be quote, restructured. [Just the News] Censorship has expanded beyond Twitter and Facebook to other digital platforms since Election Day.
Conservatives wary of Big Tech censorship got new reasons to worry thanks to the Nov. 3 presidential election. And it isn't just the usual social media suspects to blame. Examples at link.
Dan Bongino isn't surprised by recent events.
The conservative podcaster and former Secret Service agent says he first noticed Big Tech's bullying tactics against right-of-center voices three years ago. Twitter invited him to try a beta ad program at the time, only to later tell him he was no longer eligible to participate.
"They never gave us a reason," Bongino recalls. "There was no avenue to protest this. That's when it really hit me. We had a problem."
Later, he felt similar pressure from YouTube, where he posts episodes of "The Dan Bongino Show," a fixture near the top of podcast download charts.
"We were doing six-figure views on a podcast within months of launching [on YouTube]," he says. "The income on the channel was so low. They were demonetizing all the videos."
Demonetization prevents content providers from earning money from ads placed within YouTube videos. Conservative comedian Nick Di Paolo similarly fights YouTube over demonetization issues on his growing video podcast.
That, plus what Bongino calls "ridiculous" fact checks from Twitter and Facebook convinced him to invest in alternative platforms. He's now part-owner in both Parler and Rumble, social media platforms vowing to maintain free speech principles for both the left and the right.
Derek Hunter, a senior columnist for Townhall.com and host of the "Derek Hunter Podcast," sees Big Tech's attack on conservative thought ramping up post-election.
"Anything questioning the official media-Democrat line on Twitter is labeled as problematic," Hunter says, adding it's an extension of the media's intentions to silence dissent in general. "I have never seen this label attached to anything sent by a liberal, ever."
Hunter cites CNN's Jake Tapper Twitter warning that Trump supporters may find their future prospects limited due to their political views. "Shut up or you will be labeled a nut," Hunter says, adding the issue will only intensify under a Biden administration.
Syndicated talk show host Dennis Prager laughs at press reports referring to "so-called censorship" in the digital space. "Not only do they censor, but they deny they censor," Prager says of journalists on the Left.
The tech censorship speaks to a broader issue for Prager, one that has him worried about the state of the nation. "This is the first time in American history that free speech is threatened seriously," he says. "It's not being done by the government. It is being done by private enterprise, and that's very scary. They have a complete control over nearly all information in the Western world."

This is by far the scariest of all the developments seen in the recent festivities. If we lose our tradition of free speech, then America is finished. We might as well throw in the towel and join a Chinese Co-Prosperity Sphere.

[Breitbart] Democrat Joe Biden has chosen Ronald Klain to be his chief of staff should he enter the White House in January. Klain worked on behalf of Silicon Valley executives and their interests, which include providing tech corporations with an endless supply of H-1B foreign visa workers and more free trade.
Klain, who was made Biden’s incoming chief of staff this week, served on the executive council of TechNet — a firm that promotes the interests of Silicon Valley’s tech corporations in Washington, D.C. Klain served on the council alongside executives from the Oracle Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Google, Visa, Apple, and Microsoft.
TechNet, most recently, joined a lawsuit against President Trump’s reforms to the H-1B visa program that sought to prioritize unemployed Americans for jobs rather than allowing businesses to continue importing foreign workers.
Trump’s seeking to force businesses to hire Americans over importing foreign visa workers is an affront to Silicon Valley’s tech corporations, those represented by TechNet, who advocate for an endless flow of H-1B foreign visa workers.
There are about 650,000 H-1B visa workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News. More than 85,000 Americans annually potentially lose their jobs to foreign labor through the H-1B visa program.
Analysis conducted in 2018 discovered that 71 percent of tech workers in Silicon Valley, California, are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent foreign-born tech workers. Up to 99 percent of H-1B visa workers imported by the top eight outsourcing firms are from India.

It's already begun. The Small Business Admin has asked for a delay in the H1-B Visa minimum wage. If the Biden boys take control then new H1-B rules will be shelved and, I suspect, visa numbers of types vastly expanded.

[Breitbart] Rev. Raphael Warnock, the Democrat candidate for Georgia’s U.S. Senate runoff race, said in a speech in 2016 that "America needs to repent for its worship of whiteness."
"If it is true that a man who has dominated the news and poisoned the discussion for months needs to repent, then it is doubly true that a nation that can produce such a man and make his vitriol go viral needs to repent," Warnock said in an address at Atlanta’s Candler School of Theology right before the 2016 presidential election.
"No matter what happens next month, more than a third of the nation that would go along with this is reason to be afraid," Warnock emphasized. "America needs to repent for its worship of whiteness on full display."
Warnock hopes to oust Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the January Senate runoff and has faced sharp criticism for his incendiary rhetoric. Loeffler slammed Warnock’s controversial remarks, saying, "@ReverendWarnock, THIS is what division and fear looks like. We are ALL God’s children. This rhetoric is disgusting and offensive."
[EpochTimes] Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to exclude Nov. 3 election results in three of the state’s counties that helped push Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump. The action, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state.
The civil action (pdf), filed on Thursday, alleges that there is “sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted” in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties “to change or place in doubt the results” of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties’ results “must be invalidated” and to block the counties from certifying their results.
All three counties lean heavily Democrat, with Milwaukee and Dane being among the most populous and heavily Democratic counties in the state. For the three counties, Biden holds a lead of 365,289 votes over Trump. In the state overall, Biden holds a lead of about 20,540 votes at 49.6 percent, compared to Trump at 48.9 percent as of Saturday. The Trump campaign has signaled it will request a recount.
“Certifying presidential electors without excluding certain counties would violate voters’ fundamental right to vote by vote-dilution disenfranchisement,” the suit said, citing the First and 14th Amendment protections.
The lawsuit stated: “Because illegal votes dilute legal votes, the evidence establishes, and will establish, that the rights of voters have been violated by vote-dilution disenfranchisement. Consequently, the presidential election results from the counties identified should not be included in certified and reported totals for presidential electors from this state.”
OTHER ISSUES
The plaintiffs also noted the situation surrounding absentee ballot witness signatures and their addresses on the ballot envelope.
Under Wisconsin law, a ballot cannot be counted if the witness’s address is not present. However, the plaintiffs noted how the Wisconsin Elections Commission had issued guidance (pdf) saying that the issue could be cured by the clerk without the witness appearing.
The suit argued that the clerks “have no authority to accept the ballot,” and cites how Wisconsin law states (pdf) that “if a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted.”
The suit also pointed out several individuals, identified by their initials only, who alleged that they encountered voting irregularities, which included having received unsolicited ballots, or having received more absentee ballots than expected, and finding names of deceased voters who, according to myvotewi.gov, cast an absentee vote.

Oftentimes, statists (fascists and communists) don't do very well in their pursuit of power. Unfortunately, they creative a lot of destruction along the way for the rest of us to clean up. It doesn't help to have a complicit press like that of Dr. Joseph Goebbels to spread lies (one should read some of his quotes). Goebbels and his family came to an end by his own hand near the close of the war.

The biggest supporter of attacks on children is Kamala Harris, who as prosecuter refused to prosecute priests who molested boys in Sam Diego. Like Trump said, she is a monster.

Shane Trejo believes that those were fraudulent votes and that the election was stolen.
Trejo was the intrepid journalist behind the exclusive series, #DetroitLeaks, that documented the training for Detroit poll workers where they were trained how to fight Republicans and how to cover up evidence of stealing the vote.
The 3:30am the Biden Ballot Drop was the first ballot delivery since 10:30pm, then 138,000 ballots showed up suddenly. Trejo says the ballots could not be processed right when they arrived, so by the time they were starting to be counted, a new shift of poll workers had started.
This is important because Trejo explains that the Biden Ballot Drop was dropped off at the end of one shift and left uncounted, so when the new shift came to count ballots they didn’t know where the ballots had come from.
Trejo repeatedly asked about this truck to site supervisors and was STONEWALLED.
Trejo also connects the Biden Ballot Drop with the ejection of GOP Poll Challengers and covering up of windows at the TCF Center by Detroit election workers. According to Trejo, this was done to prevent anyone from seeing the ballots from the Biden Ballot Drop from being counted, often with missing signatures, and missing envelopes.
Trejo took down the license plates and descriptions of all the people involved, and hopes that litigation will reveal this massive voter fraud that stole Michigan from President Trump.
Trejo and his primary publisher, Big League Politics, were sent a cease-and-desist to remove all articles, video, and audio documenting their series #DetroitLeaks last week. This series captured the training for Detroit poll workers that showed how they could cover up illegal voting. That series predicted many of the things that GOP Poll Challengers describe happening in Detroit on election night.

Once the remote ballots are separated from the validating envelope data they cannot be individually excluded on the bases of registration, etc. That was the goal of the COVID-fear drive for mail-in voting. After that, the only legal recourse seems to be for the state legislatures to conclude the vote count is illegitimate and over-rule it and send their own electors, which, given their cowardice, will never happen.
[AmericanThinker] Note that within the first 40 minutes after Wisconsin's vote counts began publishing at 8 P.M., Trump established a lead that basically held steady at around 51% to 47% for the next seven hours, as the total count climbed to nearly 3 million votes.
Note also that the two candidates remained fairly close throughout the night as the count rose from about 500,000 to 3 million, implying that this was not a case of Trump getting huge in-person numbers, only to have them erased by slightly more huge Biden mail-in numbers, as the Democrat media would have you believe. Rather, Biden voters appeared to have slogged to the polls and early vote drop-off bins as much as anyone else, contrary to the notion that they cowered in fear of COVID and all voted by mail.
Everything was quiet as occasional vote updates trickled in: 2,200 ballots at 2:20 A.M.; 5,900 votes at 3:08 A.M. Suddenly, 170,000 votes — 5% of the total state count — came crashing in in one dump [85% for Biden] (there were over 340 data time series delivered, making this one 17 times larger than average). Trump had been ahead by 108,000 votes at 3:42 A.M., only to be behind by 9,000 votes an instant later. (With 99% of the vote counted and the state called for Biden, the basement-dwelling candidate had a 20,000-vote lead.)

[WBAP] The legal battle for President Donald Trump is no longer about him reaching 270 electoral college votes, but denying Joe Biden from reaching it, according to legal expert Alan Dershowitz on Newsmax TV.
"Let’s look at the big picture: The big picture now has shifted," Dershowitz told "Saturday Report." "I do not believe that President Trump is now trying to get to 270 electoral votes. I think he thinks that’s out of the question.
"What he’s trying to do is to deny Joe Biden 270 votes, by challenging in Pennsylvania, Georgia, in Nevada, in Michigan, in Arizona."
Keeping Biden from 270 would put the election on the House delegations — a state-by-state majority held by Republicans 26-23-1 — as designated by the U.S. Constitution.
"If he can keep the Biden count below 270, then the matter goes to the House of Representatives, where of course there is a Republican majority among the delegations of states, and you vote by state if it goes to the House," Dershowitz told host Carl Higbie. "He’s trying to follow the playbook of three elections of the 19th century."

The charity took in $4,809,619 in contributions in fiscal years 2017 and 2018, and spent $3,070,301 on payroll in those two years. The group’s president, Gregory Simon, raked in $429,850 in fiscal 2018 (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019), according to the charity’s most recent federal tax filings.
Simon, a former Pfizer executive and longtime health care lobbyist who headed up the White Houses’s cancer task force in the B.O. regime, saw his salary nearly double from the $224,539 he made in fiscal 2017, tax filings show.

[Just the News] A lawsuit has been filed in Wayne County (Detroit) seeking to void the election there.
The suit was brought by the Great Lakes Justice Center (GLJC) on behalf of two Wayne County residents who served as poll challengers and who voted in the election. They have marshalled a large amount of evidence in the form of affidavits from people who, like themselves, personally witnessed fraud and deception, and have come forth with their testimony risking perjury charges if they can be proven to be lying.
They are charging violations of statutory election laws and of their rights to "election accuracy and integrity," to a "fraud-free election," and to their constitutional rights to equal protection.
Among the allegations by the plaintiffs, as cited in the press release the GLJC put out along with copies of the complaint and the motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO):
Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls.
Election workers were ordered to not verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.
Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. Election workers would go to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.

The lawsuit filed by Wood argues that the Secretary of State and the Election Board changed the manner in which absentee ballots were counted which they had no right to sign.
[ZH] When news first broke about the headline numbers from Pfizer's vaccine trial on Monday morning, we couldn't help but wonder how the Trump Administration and the White House had seemingly been left out of the loop. The Biden team was reportedly briefed on the data Sunday, one day before its release. Meanwhile, many at the WH first learned about the data from the press.
Since then, the media's message that we were finally seeing "the light at the end of the tunnel" has been tempered by numerous 'experts' in fields from epidemiology to logistics assuring investors and the general public that there's still a lot we don't about the vaccines, from their long-term efficacy and side-effects, to what unanticipated delays might arise as the first approved vaccines start making their way from warehouses to doctor's offices or pharmacies, wherever the vaccines will ultimately be distributed.
During his first press briefing since the election, President Trump delivered a bitter 'I told you so,' and slammed Dr. Fauci and Pfizer for sharing the data with Joe Biden and his team before the White House.
Trump comments followed confirmation from DHHS head Alex Azar, who told WMAL host Vince Coglianese that he learned about the trial results from the press...even though the trials were being overseen by agencies within DHHS.
"I, as Secretary of Health and Human Services, learned about this from media reports on Monday morning," Azar said Wednesday during an interview with Washington D.C. radio station WMAL.
If accurate, that would mean Dr. Fauci & Co. shared the results with Joe Biden, before his victory was even officially certified, which sounds like a pretty brazen gesture of disrespect toward the president and his administration.
"If the Biden campaign found out Sunday night but you...didn’t find out until Monday, that sounds like there’s a problem there," WMAL host Vince Coglianese said during his interview with Azar. "There certainly was a gap in communication, let’s say," Azar responded.
According to media reports, White House staff were infuriated when they found out Biden had been given a sneak peak at the data ahead of Trump.
As the Federalist pointed out in a report on Azar's revelation, the fact that Biden was briefed before Trump is just another sign that the rollout was a coordinated effort between Pfizer, Dr. Fauci and the NIH to delay the results until after the election to try and boost the former vice president's chances.
Egged on by Bloomberg and other other media outlets, Pfizer has also been blatantly misrepresenting its participation in 'Operation Warp Speed'. Though Pfizer didn't receive any money upfront, the US government has promised to deliver a $2 billion payment in exchange for 100 million doses.
"We were never part of the Warp Speed ... We have never taken any money from the U.S. government, or from anyone," company Senior Vice President Kathrin Jansen said in an interview reported by the New York Times. Pfizer later had to revise her statement, as they have indeed benefited from a $2 billion dollar contract with HHS.
In a matter of weeks, top Dems, including NY Gov Andrew Cuomo and Biden's running mate Kamala Harris, have gone from trying to discredit the Trump FDA, to trying to completely white wash the administration's efforts and accomplishments with OWS and other aspects of the COVID-19 response.

This question came up in my mind about this the other day: I asked the computer "How many members of Congress have reported a positive CV-19 diagnosis?"
Initial results indicate about the same number for Pubs and Dems. (It seemed like more Pubs than Dems have reported Covid in the media). If the results indicated significantly more Pubs than Dems, one might have thought there was an early release of a vaccine for Dems and not for Pubs before any vaccine announcement.
Chalk it up to my personal distrust and a tinge of paranoia.

Actually, the Polio vaccine was available to VOLUNTEERS in late 1953-early 1954 (I was one of those volunteers, as were half the schoolkids in Louisiana). Then there were the annual "booster" shots. It didn't become one of the "mandatory" vaccines until later, around 1958, IIRC.
