#7 Once the remote ballots are separated from the validating envelope data they cannot be individually excluded on the bases of registration, etc. That was the goal of the COVID-fear drive for mail-in voting. After that, the only legal recourse seems to be for the state legislatures to conclude the vote count is illegitimate and over-rule it and send their own electors, which, given their cowardice, will never happen.
