The Dominion Voting system was first designed for Hugo Chavez to “win” and “keep” himself in office.

It was used in all six swing states. And it unilaterally helped one team with late night voter tallies. Only one direction, only one party. Always.

Interesting how that works.

#1 It was also used to insure Debbie Wazzerman Shultz won in Florida and that Hillary was able to win against Bernie Sanders. This was done via Dominion voting systems "Fraction Magic" feature. The system operator/administrator can issue a command to adjust votes up for a candidate or a political party across the board by a determined fraction value at any time during an election.
