#6 This question came up in my mind about this the other day: I asked the computer "How many members of Congress have reported a positive CV-19 diagnosis?"

Initial results indicate about the same number for Pubs and Dems. (It seemed like more Pubs than Dems have reported Covid in the media). If the results indicated significantly more Pubs than Dems, one might have thought there was an early release of a vaccine for Dems and not for Pubs before any vaccine announcement.

Chalk it up to my personal distrust and a tinge of paranoia.

#8 Actually, the Polio vaccine was available to VOLUNTEERS in late 1953-early 1954 (I was one of those volunteers, as were half the schoolkids in Louisiana). Then there were the annual "booster" shots. It didn't become one of the "mandatory" vaccines until later, around 1958, IIRC.
