#3 This seems to be another case of the loyal foot soldier recognizing that the Emperor has no Coat tails. Leadership expects him to vote for the Dem agenda even though its politically unpopular in NoDak. He has repeatedly compared Cap and Trade to a Mark to Model Ponzi scheme worse then the Housing derivative disaster. Most likely the final straw was when his generic drug import amendment was tanked in favor of the White House Pharma deal.
