Nitrogen hypoxia is supposed to cause death by replacing oxygen with nitrogen, and has been authorized by Alabama and two other states for executions
The technique has never been used with lethal injection -- the preferred method
In a nitrogen hypoxia execution, the prisoner would breathe pure nitrogen, depriving his or her body of oxygen causing asphyxiation
Its proponents argue it is a more humane method of execution, but it cannot ethically be tested
Alan Eugene Miller is set to be executed later this month using the technique but says the state lost the paperwork selecting the alternate execution method
He is designated to die by lethal injection although a lawsuit has been launched

I’ve talked about nitrogen before. It’s a big safety issue in industrial settings. You just go to sleep. You may not even realize you are getting drowsy.

The irony in the logic of the Anti-Death Penalty crowd.
They fight tooth and nail and string out appeals to protect a person that put someone to Death.
The Execution process should be simple, just offer 3 styles of Quick Execution.
#8
What's wrong with a shot to the head? Why all this fuss about humane ways to kill a man. Again, the typical compulsion to standardization and the search for the perfect process. Just use whatever you have at hand to off them. Set a damn date, and the officials of the respective State just have to get it done before the date is up. Give him a fine meal, have him pet a dog, talk to a priest whatever. And hit him with a lead pipe until he's finished for fcuk's sake. That's if you don't have the latest peaceful death pill or feathery comfort .45 FMJ that just 'slides you into hell'. He should just be dead by midnight.

Just as funerals are for the benefit of the mourners, not the deceased, executions have evolved from punishment for the guilty to a forum for the punishers to congratulate themselves that they are "humane."

Yes, totally. Self-righteous, lilly livered, wishy washy, holier than thou, ass faggots trying to prove they, unlike us are evolved beyond revengeance. There's so many like them in the courts, in bureaucracy, in legislatures. They live in a disconnect from real life and serve written words of dead fools rather than the living around them. They're actually obstructionists to real progress.
#18
I seem to recall years ago a last minute lawsuit to prevent execution by lethal injection. Argument was that the injection was not FDA approved. These people have no credibility. They are against the death penalty and willing to say and do whatever to prevent it. Just dishonest.
#20
I once went to a talk by a Hemlock Society 'assistant'. Nitrogen hypoxia is exactly what they suggested for a sure and painless suicide. (No, I have no intent in that direction.)
#22
I have favored Nitrogen because it is readily available from normal commercial suppliers. There really isn't any 'boutique supplier' that can be harassed by the wokesters when you are just buying Nitrogen gas by the pressurized cylinder.
#23
Well, expect the FDA and DoJ to require that only USP grade nitrogen be used. Not that welding grade stuff.

Honestly, we should have something dual purpose. A log splitter or Hammer press should be fine to carry out executions. Might be messy but hey, that's what janitors are for:p
#25
But the guillotine was very good at reducing future crimes by the onlookers. Something sadly lacking in 'humane' methods.
Hanging may be better depending on how long you can make the dance...
#27
#24. Why do you insist on tormenting the janitor. Its bad enough that us in similar professions have to deal the the animals among the general public. Now you want us to have to clean up after a messy execution? No thanks. Just hang the bastards perps over a nuclear waste pit then cut the rope.

[BBC] Two months ago, Eric Merda was attacked by an alligator while out for a long swim in a lake south of Tampa, Florida.
He'd gotten lost gotten lost in the woods at the Lake Manatee Fish Camp and had decided to try and swim back to his vehicle when he was attacked. He lost his arm to the alligator but made it to shore, only to spend the next few days trying to survive in the wilderness.
Wildlife officials said an investigation is still ongoing but that two "nuisance" alligators have been removed from the lake.

Arthur and his trusty servant Patsy "ride" into a field where peasants are working. They come up behind a cart which is being dragged by a hunched-over peasant in ragged clothing. Patsy slows as they near the cart.
Arthur: Old Woman!
The peasant turns around, revealing that he is in fact a man.
Man: Man!
Arthur: Man, sorry.... What knight lives in that castle over there?
Man: I'm thirty-seven!
Arthur: (surprised) What?
Man: I'm thirty-seven! I'm not old--
Arthur: Well I can't just call you "man"...
Man: Well you could say "Dennis"--
Arthur: I didn't know you were called Dennis!
Man: Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you?!
Arthur: I did say sorry about the "old woman", but from behind, you looked--
Man: Well I object to your...you automatically treat me like an inferior!
Arthur: Well I *am* king...
Man: Oh, king, eh, very nice. And 'ow'd you get that, eh?
(he reaches his destination and stops, dropping the cart)
By exploiting the workers! By 'angin' on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society.
If there's ever going to be any progress,--
Woman: Dennis! There's some lovely filth down 'ere!
(noticing Arthur) Oh! 'Ow'd'ja do?
Arthur: How do you do, good lady. I am Arthur, king of the Britons. Whose castle is that?
Woman: King of the 'oo?
Arthur: King of the Britons.
Woman: 'Oo are the Britons?
Arthur: Well we all are! We are all Britons! And I am your king.
Woman: I didn't know we 'ad a king! I thought we were autonomous collective.
Man: (mad) You're fooling yourself! We're living in a dictatorship! A self-perpetuating autocracy in which the working classes--
Woman: There you go, bringing class into it again...
Man: That's what it's all about! If only people would--
Arthur: Please, *please*, good people, I am in haste! WHO lives in that castle?
Woman: No one lives there.
Arthur: Then who is your lord?
Woman: We don't have a lord!
Arthur: (surprised) What??
Man: I *told* you! We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune! We're taking turns to act as a sort of executive-officer-for-the-week--
Arthur: (uninterested) Yes...
Man: But all the decisions *of* that officer 'ave to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting--
Arthur: (perturbed) Yes I see!
Man: By a simple majority, in the case of purely internal affairs--
Arthur: (mad) Be quiet!
Man: But by a two-thirds majority, in the case of more major--
Arthur: (very angry) BE QUIET! I *order* you to be quiet!
Woman: "Order", eh, 'oo does 'e think 'e is?
Arthur: I am your king!
Woman: Well I didn't vote for you!
Arthur: You don't vote for kings!
Woman: Well 'ow'd you become king then?
(holy music up)
Arthur: The Lady of the Lake-- her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your king!
Man: (laughingly) Listen: Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government! Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some... farcical aquatic ceremony!
Arthur: (yelling) BE QUIET!
Man: You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!!
Arthur: (coming forward and grabbing the man) Shut *UP*!
Man: I mean, if I went 'round, saying I was an emperor, just because some moistened bink had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!
Arthur: (throwing the man around) Shut up, will you, SHUT UP!
Man: Aha! Now we see the violence inherent in the system!
Arthur: SHUT UP!
Man: (yelling to all the other workers) Come and see the violence inherent in the system! HELP, HELP, I'M BEING REPRESSED!
Arthur: (letting go and walking away) Bloody PEASANT!
Man: Oh, what a giveaway! Did'j'hear that, did'j'hear that, eh? That's what I'm all about! Did you see 'im repressing me? You saw it, didn't you?!

[ZERO] New Zealand will be retiring its COVID-19 traffic light system and significantly scaling down COVID restrictions from Sept. 13 so Kiwis could "move forward with certainty," Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced.
"It’s time to safely turn the page on our COVID-19 management and live without the extraordinary measures we have previously used," Ardern said, calling it a "milestone."
With the abolition of the traffic light COVID protection framework, mask mandates will be lifted in all areas except in healthcare and aged care settings.
Household contacts will no longer need to isolate, while people tested positive to COVID-19 will continue to be required to isolate for seven days.
All government vaccine mandates will end on Sept. 26, and all vaccination requirements for incoming travellers and aircrew will also be removed.
After restrictions are lifted, it will be up to the employer’s discretion whether they will require workers to wear masks or get vaccinated for COVID-19.

Increased deaths and abnormalities can't be ignored. The impact will take years to clear up but for many a lifetime of ills. However long or however short.

New Zealand
Population -> 4,898,203
COVID-19 69 of 195 reporting cases.
NZ cases in last 7 days -> 10,974
NZ case the previous week -> 13,237
Percentage of Drop -> -17%
NZ cases per Million -> 2,240
Deaths in the last 7 days -> 57
Deaths, the previous week -> 65
NOW Of course the Leaders and Elite will "historically" claim their drastic steps and infringement of rights and liberties is what got New Zealand thru the NIH now rich $$$$$ Doc Death sponsored China Flu.

New Zealand was the model of the COVID hysteria police state outside China. That this is occurring is proof that all that COVID theater not only didn't work, but that the people who imposed it want it to be a distant memory before any large percentage of the populace decides they need to be punished for imposing it in the first place.
And there will still be a sizable percentage bewailing the death of their recently found and then lost religion.

This is the same organization that raided the homes of thousands of Trump supporters in the past two years and continues to harass and subpoena top Trump associates to this day.
The FBI recently raided President Trump’s home allegeding, falsely, that he was holding classified documents while at the same time violating their own protocol at the headquaters building and in satallite offices around the country.
Monica Crowley joined Jesse Watters Monday on FOX News to discuss the latest FBI whistleblower accusations.

So police up all the selectors (phones) and download the transmitted data, date, and media outlet target from the identified selectors and fire the worthless SOB's !
Leaking stories and photographs to the media should come with a price. That price should be loss of the clearance, FBI employment, and prosecution.
Hat tip to the FBI electronic signals monitoring guys. I secretly wonder if they were contractor geeks, or OGA (Other Gov't Agency) patriots ?

Obviously not taken in a SCIF, but if this foto was leaked from an FBI Agent's cell phone to a media outlet, I suspect Trump stands a pretty good chance of sticking all the FBI Mar-a-Lago business right up their arses.
So, it’s CalvinBall? Or “who’s line” where everything is made up and the points don’t matter”

They're moving up to Taliban standards. They have the house to house thing going. Then the illegal confinement and torture. They don't need warrants or anything either. I'm sure there's going to be a flogging and public execution stage at some point. They'll do it like they killed Babbit. 'He was resisting search and seizure' or something. There'll have to be either a Waco like showdown or it just all goes with a whimper. But things don't dial back from a snafu like this. They're just setting up.

[REGNUM] On the territory controlled by Damascus in Syria, 26 cases of cholera were detected, the country's Ministry of Health reports on September 12.
According to the agency, most cases of infection were detected in the province of Aleppo, where two patients have already died.
In addition, four cases of cholera were detected in Latakia, and two more cases of the disease were recorded in Damascus.
“Two deaths in Aleppo are caused by the belated appeal of patients for medical care and the presence of concomitant chronic diseases ,” the Syrian Ministry of Health reports.
"Citizens should observe sanitary and hygienic standards, drink water from safe sources, thoroughly wash fruits and vegetables, go to the hospital in a timely manner if an infection is suspected," the department emphasizes.
