#6 If they want him out of office, then impeach him. There are plenty of things to bring up in terms of high crimes and misdemeanors. Tons of extra-constitutional power grabs, failure to uphold and enforce the laws (in contravention to Atyicle II duties), NSA domestic spying under his direction, etc.
