ARTIC = America helped create the Afghan = AFPAK Militants by departing AFghanistan prematurely back in the 1990's after the USSR's own defeat + pullout, hence America should NOT leave Afghanistan until such time that it can GUARANTY the COUNTRY'S LT STABILITY, + INSTALL A REGIME/GOVT. STRONG ENOUGH TO CONTROL THE COUNTRY AFTER THIER DEPARTURE.

As long as AQ + Taliban, etc. remain in force, any post-US/2014 Afghan Govt. will be at risk of suffering new MilTerr problems + takeover by same which will only serve to cause America to return again.
