#1 This concept of automatic citizenship just does not jive with me. In my humble opinion...

Citizenship - being part of a community; recognized by an authentic way to behave.

Rookie - someone who has taken a voluntary step into an organization. Person has intention but must prove worth to those established peers.

The concept of automatic citizenship has not really existed until recently. It will take a new mindset to handle what has never happened in history - that is, the ability to move across the world in such a short amount of time. Mass migration has been a strain on every culture throughout history, but to not be able to do so is John Henry vs. the jackhammer as far as the native culture. It is high time to say that this is a new era - past be recognized but future be realized; there is an international space station for progress' sake and people are still being stoned? Its bullcrap. Look what I'm gettin at is that it is not a right but a privilage and it has to be earned. No freebies. Every area on the earth has been able to produce engineering marvels at one time or another even at the basic level of stone on top of stone. Entitlement must end, ya gotta earn it. If you are a guest, act like a guest - otherwise expect to get kicked out of the host's place; nobody likes an asshole at a party.

Now, if the host kisses and jerk guest's ass well guess what - you are going to lose control of the party and your house gets trashed. That is the responsiblity of the host. 'Host' may be a cool title but there are responsiblities - you let people through the door and are overall responsible for the mix of people. And the civilized guest invites that host to their next party otherwise "screw them".

Maybe that is a little against the grain of the all inclusiveness which 'seems' to be the trend but perhaps with a little more structure this scenario would not happen and people would not get hurt crashing this party.
