[Daily Caller] The Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that state governments can prosecute illegal aliens of identity theft, including aliens who use false Social Security numbers to unlawfully gain employment.
In a tight 5-4 decision, a majority of justices on the nation’s highest court ruled that there is nothing in federal immigration law that forbids state prosecutors from going after undocumented aliens who used false or stolen identification.
The case revolved around interpretation of the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), which makes it a federal crime to lie on employment authorization forms.
While liberal justices on the Supreme Court argued that immigration-related employment fraud is a federal matter, conservatives found that aliens can also be subject to criminal prosecution by states if they use someone else’s information.
"Although IRCA expressly regulates the use of I‐9’s and documents appended to that form, no provision of IRCA directly addresses the use of other documents, such as federal and state tax-withholding forms, that an employee may complete upon beginning a new job," wrote Justice Samuel Alito on behalf of the court’s majority.

I wonder about the motivation. The photos show a gentleman with a fashionable, neatly trimmed beard, but what looks like an interesting tattoo on his belly. [NYPOST] A Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, teen threatened to a "take a gun and start a massacre" at his former high school, police said.
Devin Harper, 18, was arrested after a woman told police late Friday that her son had spotted an alarming post on social media, Montebello police said in a statement.
"A male subject posted on Instagram that he was going to take a gun and start a massacre at Montebello High School on Monday," the statement read. "The reporting party then showed the officers the Instagram post, which they were able to see and confirm the threats."
Cops later located Harper, who denied posting the threat. He then told officers that he was unable to access his Instagram profile, police said.
Harper, who previously attended the 3,400-student public school east of Los Angeles, was expelled from Montebello High School two years ago for making similar statements. He was taken into custody on a charge of making a criminal threat, police said.
There are no additional credible threats to the high school, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department tweeted Monday.
The agency’s East Los Angeles station is coordinating with surrounding departments to "boost patrol" near the school, sheriff officials said.

[BREITBART] An 18-year-old Wisconsin high school student was arrested Thursday for fourth-degree sexual assault, child enticement, and exposing his genitals to a child in the school’s gender-neutral bathroom.
According to WSAW-TV, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said Austin Sauer of Rhinelander High School in Wisconsin was arrested, but has not been charged. The sex of the child was not reported.
State statute defines fourth-degree sexual assault as "sexual contact with a person without the consent of that person."
WAOW News reported Sunday that Sauer was released on a $1,500 signature bond.
Captain Terri Hook said the school’s gender-neutral bathroom has been closed and an investigation is underway. Hook added the school did not send a message to parents since the alleged incident was isolated and Sauer had been removed from the school.

Oh, darts is big. The big tournys even make the American mouse sports channel and it is sick how good they are.
My experience was purely social, have some fun, win some drinks, I thought I was impressing the girls (yeah dang young).
However - a game of darts also ranks in my top five most competitive matches. Warning - any young bucks reading further must understand this game was played at a residence in a party setting and we brought sleeping blankets.
Three of us. Cricket. Winner was who had best combined three game score. If you threw a round and did not hit at least one of the targets, you took a half shot of whiskey (target could be closed, just needs to be hit). Furthermore, if you miss the board completely with a throw, you garner a half shot of whiskey.
Here's the twist! It was one of those electronic plastic tip boards. If you know, you know that sometimes the darts don't stick and if the machine does not register a hit...well chuck, you just missed the board. We were like cathedral masons checking the tips of those darts before throws. And by game 3, if the first two throws were misses we were aiming for our personal easiest to hit target instead of trying to close tougher choices.
We each had a heel. Mine was I learned on a metal and cork and some of my shots, 16s and especially triple 16s, flair or arc. Again, those of you who know, know, that is not a good quality for the electronic plastic as a glancing blow does not stick as well and the energy necessary to trigger the score is not there. Not sure how many times I called bullshit to no avail though to cool my burning throat.

Isn't that how vaccines are made, make a less aggressive version so the body can fight it off and survive, and thus have anti-bodies useful against the more aggressive versions of the same thing?
If you were cooking this thing in a bio lab you would probably create a less aggressive version first thing so you could handle it a bit safer.
The accelerating spread in SKOR, Italy and Iran is perhaps because people were exposed in cooler February weather and the symptoms are finally appearing.

But in all seriousness, that was exactly the case a day ago when authorities found that a woman working at the "La Selva Negra" brothel had tested positive for coronavirus. The findings forced authorities to quarantine the premises and the 86 customers that were inside. "Wash your hands...and junk"
In addition to the customers, the club's owners, waitresses, security and cleaning crew were also quarantined. When added to the total of 86 customers, it makes 119 people under quarantine. They have been asked to "keep calm" and to just "live a normal life" inside the premises.
That may be easier for some of the patrons than they'd like to admit.

Rambam said in a release that a new remote monitoring system will be used for the first time in Israel in this new department. The system was developed by the Israeli start-up Biobeat.
The Rambam Hospital in Haifa finished preparations ahead of the opening of a new coronavirus department on Tuesday. The facility will be on its own floor, isolated from the rest of the hospital.
Construction and logistic teams worked in the past week to cut an entire floor of the hospital in two: a hospitalization wing on one side and rooms for the team on the other side. The department will also have a separate ambulance entrance and elevator. Air from the rooms will be pumped through a filter before it exits the building.
The new department will be able to hold 30 patients, with two rooms that will be able to treat children and an additional room for patients who have been intubated due to acute respiratory failure.
A special coronavirus team was trained by Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, which opened its own coronavirus unit last month.
The department will be staffed by 30 nurses who all volunteered for the job, as well as doctors from a range of different departments. The team will be specialized for this department and until further notice will not work in any other department.
Patients will have phones and video equipment in their rooms in order to talk with family and medical professionals, with the aim of minimizing contact between patients and other people.

Washington (AFP) ‐ The United States Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear what may be its most significant case in decades on the controversial subject of abortion. Naaaw...it'll just go back to the States, as it should
At issue is a state law in Louisiana which requires doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital.
Groups in favor of abortion argue that the law would severely restrict access to the practice and lead to the closure of two of three remaining abortion clinics in the southern state.
The case, June Medical Services v Russo, will be the first on the emotive issue to come before the court since President Donald Trump appointed two conservative justices ‐ Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh ‐ to the nine-member bench.
Their appointments have galvanized anti-abortion activists in the country’s conservative "Bible Belt," and several states have passed tough laws restricting the practice. A ban in Alabama even covered cases of rape.
That and most of those other laws have been struck down by lower courts, but anti-abortion groups are hoping to put the issue before the Supreme Court and force it to revisit Roe v. Wade.
"The case is significant because the law that is being challenged is more or less identical to one that the court struck down in 2016," said Mary Ziegler, a law professor at Florida State University.
"Switching court membership? Is that enough to undo a case?" asked Ziegler, author of "Beyond Abortion: Roe v Wade and the Battle for Privacy."
