#4 I've long felt the US should create some sort of Foreign Legion. You don't have to grant citizenship to folks in the legion. Pack it full of Arabs. Ex Bath'ists or whomever has been cleared. They could do Blackwater type jobs.

A long time ago the Reagan Administration had an agreement with Argentina to have Argie troops in Central America doing some of the dirty work America was unwilling to get involved in personally. The Falklands War killed the agreement but it was a good idea. Sort of like Koreans fighting in Vietnam.
