#5 By now, we should quietly be asking the Iraqi government to officially ask Mr. Tutu to "STFU", advising him of the fact that their collective lives are far better in a free democracy than under the rule of a murderous tyrant.

Because, in effect, he is damning them far more than the US with his statement, and demonstrating that he despises them.
