Joe Biden plans to lecture Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro about the virtues of free and fair elections
[AMERICANTHINKER] After rolling in to the U.S. presidency on a wave of election fraud, which is a view held by more than half the voters, what's Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing...
's big plan for U.S.-Venezuela
...a country in Central America that sits on an enormous pool of oil. Formerly the most prospereous country in the region, it became infested with Commies sniffing almost unlimited wealth. It turned out the wealth wasn't unlimited, the economy collapsed under the clownish Hugo Chavez, the murder rate exceeded places like Honduras and El Salvador. A significant proportion of the populace refugeed to Colombia and points south...
relations?According to Bloomberg:

President-elect Joe Biden's advisers are preparing for potential negotiations with Nicolás Maduro
...Commie el presidente para la vida of Venezuela, successor to Hugo Chavez. Nick is his country's attempt at producing a Muammar Qadaffy, except that even though his country's sitting on an enormous puddle of oil, he can't manage to get it out of the ground. Unlike Qadaffy and Hugo Chavez, he's not dead yet...
's regime in Venezuela in an effort to end the Western Hemisphere's worst economic and humanitarian crisis, according to three people familiar with the matter.

The Biden administration intends to push for free and fair elections, offering sanctions relief in return, said the people, who requested anonymity because the new team is forming. In a departure from the Trump administration, which insisted it would only negotiate the terms of Maduro's surrender, Biden's advisers aren't setting that as a precondition.

Free and fair elections? From a guy whose presidential "victory" was sealed with Venezuelan Smartmatic technology? Oh, this is going to be a good one, hearing Maduro's response.

Maduro, like Biden, insists that all was free and fair with the elections in his country. He's in there despite the shambles he's made of his country, yet somehow Venezuelans can't get enough of him, electing him and his party for six consecutive terms.

FBI Reportedly Confirms Rep. Eric Swalwell Had Sexual Relationship With Chinese Spy, Donald Trump Jr. Responds
[RedState] Last week, a story dropped that should have rocked Capitol Hill, and it would have if it involved any Republican all the way down to dog catcher. Axios published a report detailing the adventures of a woman named Christine Fang, now known to be a Chinese spy. She ingratiated herself with several different politicians, chief among them being Rep. Eric Swalwell, a notorious Russian collusion truther.
and gas-passer
Among the revelations of the report was that Fang engaged in numerous sexual relationships in order to gain influence. At the time, Swalwell slyly avoided denying that he was one of the people she hooked in that capacity, instead sticking to his claim that he had no direct knowledge of her activities. Now, a source is telling The Federalist that the FBI briefed Congressional members on the matter and that they confirmed Swalwell did have a sexual relationship with Fang.

Fifth Column
Seattle May Pass 'Duress Legislation' to Give Criminals 'Poverty Defense'
[JUDICIALWATCH.ORG] Elected officials in a major U.S. city plan to pass a law that will allow thieves to sell items they steal if they do it to earn money for basic needs and trespassers to set up camp on private property when it is to obtain adequate shelter. Dozens of other crimes—including assault and harassment—will be excused under the preposterous measure if suspects are poor, mentally ill or addicted to drugs. It is being crafted as a poverty defense and will allow municipal court judges to dismiss a multitude of crimes if poverty, mental illness or a substance-abuse disorder drove the perpetrator to commit them.Even for a famously liberal left coast city like Seattle it seems like a bit much. The proposal was first introduced during the Seattle City Council’s budget deliberations weeks ago, according to a local news report. It was put on hold over a budget process bureaucracy but has gained incredible steam and appears to have enough support to alter the city code early next year. "The idea could enormously impact the city — and set Seattle apart from the rest of the country in its approach to misdemeanor crimes," according to the news story, which includes the concerns of frustrated public safety advocates who say the law will essentially legalize most crimes in Seattle. Not surprisingly, the idea came from a "wave of activism and historic protests after the police killing of George Floyd in Minnesota," the Seattle newspaper story says. That motivated public defenders and community organizers to take advantage of the attention to police and court reforms to fix a "long-held frustration."

The force behind the push for the new law is a leftist organization called Decriminalize Seattle that opposes policing and the criminal legal system. The group has called for defunding the Seattle Police Department by at least 50% and reallocating the funds to "community led health and safety systems." It also demands the release of protestors arrested during recent violent mostly peaceful uprising without charges. An organizer with Decriminalize Seattle, identified as one of the law’s catalysts in the media, says "what we’ve already known is that the misdemeanor system is basically a system of cycling people in poverty through municipal court over and over again without meeting their basic needs." In late October Seattle City Councilwoman Lisa Herbold, who ironically chairs the public safety committee, introduced the measure to exempt low-level criminals. The politician, who represents West Seattle and South Park, writes in her official city blog that it is important to make meeting an individual’s immediate basic need an affirmative defense to a crime.

#6  Just out of curiosity, does the "immediate basic need" of the victim get taken into account? E.g.: Guy urgently needs a car to get to his meth dealer. He carjacks a woman trying to get her kids to school so they can learn critical race theory. Woman pulls out a dainty, ladylike .38 cal and aerates the guy's heart and lung systems. Righteous shooting?

#9  Well lets see. Guy is a drug addict going to see his meth dealer (shows progressive traits, selfishness, and disregard for the feeling of others - both very 'positive' progressive traits) verses a woman taking her kids to school (shows responsibility and caring for her children - very nasty 'conservative' traits - likely a white 'breeder' out to exploit someone). Not to mention the use of a military-style assault .38 cal gun used to defend herself and her evil spawn (Alert! Alert! Alert!). She was probably on her way to shoot up her kids school with that Arsenal of Massive Death Dealing.

#7  He's talking about fractional voting, which has been a feature enabled by not just Dominion but multiple voting systems that have been used across the USA for many years.

Here's an article, "Fraction Magic," describing this glorious feature in detail -- it's from May 2016, back when Trump was not even a gleam in the eye:

Source code: Instructions to treat votes as decimal values instead of whole numbers are inserted multiple times in the GEMS source code itself; thus, this feature cannot have been created by accident.

Fractionalizing the votes which create the Summary Results allows alteration of Election Night Web results and results sent to the Secretary of State, as well as results available at and local election officials.

Fractionalizing the “Statement of Votes Cast” allows an extraordinary amount of precision, enabling alteration of results by specific voting machine, absentee batch, or precinct. Vote results can be altered for polling places in predominantly Black neighborhoods, and can parse out precincts within a mixed batch of early or absentee votes. Fractionalizing the undervote category allows reallocation of valid votes into undervotes...

#8  Speaking of floating point numbers...
I forget where I saw them, but some of the voting machine logs showed they were using floating point numbers (AKA numbers with a decimal point) instead of integers to record vote totals. This is curious.

Generally, in programming, the only time you use floating point numbers is if you are going to be doing math on them, something other than adding and subtracting.
Posted by: SteveS || 12/20/2020 19:15 Comments || Top||

#9  Re #7 That would explain the floating point stuff. Thanks!
Posted by: SteveS || 12/20/2020 19:55 Comments || Top||

#10  Steves,

Well if you are going to count each Biden vote as 1.30 votes and each Trump vote as 0.70 votes. Then you pretty much have to use Floating Point.

And that is how the voting machines were designed.

It also show how one candidate can get a fraction of a vote (with a digit to the right of the decimal point). If the votes were tallied correctly - you couldn't get a fractional vote.

Peter Navarro releases 36-page report alleging election fraud 'more than sufficient' to swing victory to Trump
[Washington Examiner] Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Peter Navarro published a lengthy report Thursday outlining several examples of voting irregularities that are "more than sufficient" to swing the outcome of the election in President Trump’s favor.

The 36-page report "assesses the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by examining six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states" and concludes that "patterns of election irregularities ... are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, strategically game the election process in such a way as to ... unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket."

The six dimensions of voting irregularities in the report include: outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.

All six of those voting issues were present in at least two key states, according to the report, and a total of six battleground states experienced multiple examples of the other dimensions.

I was told...and I quote: "We have been running all over Hell's half acre in McDuffie checking to see if the people who registered to vote between October and November were legitimate. Guess what about 10% aren't."

According to the GA SOS "certified data" Biden won GA with 49.5% (2,473,633) vs. 49.3% (2,461,854).

Which is equals about 11,779 votes. or .2%.

BTW: 10% of McDuffie Co. Registered Voters equals 1,030+/- votes. There 159 Counties in GA. so do the extended math....

Redistricting gives GOP a built-in edge to win House majority in 2022
[WashingtonExaminer] The Republican Party is poised to win the House majority in 2022, boosted by the rare combination of President Trump’s ouster and down-ballot victories that put the GOP in command of the decennial redrawing of district boundaries.

House Republicans flipped nearly a dozen Democratic-held seats in the Nov. 3 elections, a surprising gain that left them a handful shy of the majority. With such a thin margin, there is loose speculation redistricting could effectively deliver Republicans the speaker’s gavel before a single Democratic incumbent is defeated. The GOP preserved control of key state legislatures and governor’s mansions, a crucial advantage in the partisan battle over reapportionment.

Trump’s defeat was another stroke of good fortune for House Republicans. Historically, the party that holds the White House loses seats in midterm elections. That has held true for Democratic and Republican presidents going back to Ronald Reagan’s first midterm in 1982, with the exception of 1998 and 2002. President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden

Ted Cruz Blocks Democrat Bill That Opens The Borders to Hoards Of Chinese
[Breitbart] Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), at the last minute on Friday, blocked a Democrat-backed bill that would have created a pipeline for Hong Kong citizens to come to the U.S. under Temporary Protection Status or asylum, which virtually would allow for a massive transfer of migrants into the country.

The bill, the Hong Kong People’s Freedom and Choice Act, Cruz said, would allow Democrats "to advance their long-standing goals on changing [US] immigration laws."

Sen.

"Enacted in June, Hong Kong’s broad national security law, which can be applied to alleged crimes committed outside the city, has fuelled fears among expatriate Hongkongers that any pro-democracy advocacy work they conduct overseas may put them at risk of arrest should they return," the Post reported.

Cruz has joined other Republicans and Democrats in advocating for the U.S. to take a stronger stand against China and its aggressive policies around the globe.

For financial year 2021, the Trump administration has set the refugee ceiling at a historic low of 15,000. By contrast, in his final year in office Obama set the quota at 110,000 refugees.

Swalwell Tries to Deflect from Chinese Spy Story by Attacking Tucker Carlson
[REDSTATE] Rep. Eric I farted on national television Swalwell
... U.S. Representative-for-Life from Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,'s 15th congressional district since 2013. Naturally he's a Dem. His district covers most of eastern Alameda County and part of central Contra Costa County. He was rapidly eliminated from the 2020 Dem nomination pool. He looks a lot like Greg Marmelard, and has the distinction of being one of the few politicians to ever fart on national teevee...
(D-CA) has made news in the past couple of weeks with the stunning news that he was among the people that a Chinese spy cosied up to in a long term effort by Communist China to influence politicians in California.

The FBI was just briefed on the effort to target politicians like Swalwell to get long term information.

As we reported earlier, now there are also reports alleging that Swalwell slept with the spy, Fang Fang. If so, he’s completely compromised and we don’t know what kind of blackmail there might be sitting out there.

What was incredibly ironic about the accusations was that Swalwell had been a big Russia collusion truther when he had this information sitting in his background. Meanwhile House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi
Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments...
(D-CA) was cool with him being on the House Intelligence Committee, having access to all kinds of secret information. Where is the Democratic concern over this? There doesn’t seem to be any which is especially hypocritical given their four years of flipping out over the Russia collusion hoax. We all know after four years of screaming over Russia, they would have been all over this if this had been a Republican. But now they are very quiet about this when they should be asking legitimate questions.

It’s interesting, isn’t it, that Democrats get heads up from the FBI when there’s a question, but Republicans get targeted by the FBI under Democratic administrations. Funny how that works.

But now Swalwell is doing everything he can to distract and deflect from the issue by attacking Tucker Carlson. Swalwell has refused to comment on whether he slept with the spy, which is troubling in and of itself.

Now it’s not clear what Swalwell was trying to reference in his attack, it may have been Carlson’s comments about media not trying to suppress questions people might have about the vaccines. As we previously wrote, the left and some in media twisted his comments to be anti-vaccination which they were explicitly not.

But he wasn’t successful. It didn’t stop people from talking about him and the Chinese spy.

Maricopa County REFUSES to conduct forensic audit of Dominion voting machines ordered by Arizona senate
[RT] Arizona’s Republican Party has accused Democrats of undermining efforts at election transparency after Maricopa County announced it would challenge ballot and voting machine audits ordered by the state senate.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has refused to comply with two subpoenas issued by the state’s Senate Judiciary Committee, instead voting 4-1 to challenge the directives in court.

Eddie Farnsworth, the Republican chairman of the Senate committee, issued the two orders on Tuesday. One subpoena called for a scanned ballot audit, while the other asked for a "full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment, and the election management system" used in the 2020 presidential contest.

The county was given until Friday, November 19 to hand in the requested information, which included digital images of every mail-in ballot, along with a list of logs and reports from Dominion tabulation machines.

In their legal complaint, the county supervisors allege that the state Senate has no right to demand such data, arguing that the subpoenas violate Arizona laws for ballot secrecy. They also alleged they had insufficient time to comply with the subpoenas.

Filed in Maricopa County Superior Court on Friday, the challenge accuses Farnsworth of a "draconian abuse of power in an attempt to obtain the personal information of voters, voting records, ballots, and tabulation machines."

The county supervisors asked the court to "quash" the subpoenas and declare them unlawful.

The move was met with a series of seething tweets fired off by the Arizona Republican Party. Using the hashtag "#HoldTheLine," the state’s GOP suggested that county officials feared a full audit because they had something to hide.

In another message, the political party claimed their Democratic foes were "desperate to keep everything about the 2020 Election in the DARK! Arizona Republican leaders must rise up and shine the LIGHT!"

#1  Question: I see "The county was given until Friday, November 19 to hand over..." Should this have been Friday Dec. 19th?

Because Nov. 19th was a Thursday ....

SOME SEMI-HUMOR FOLLOWS
Maricopa County has not had time to get the Dominion Service Techs in to swap-out firmware and reprogram the systems. They need to stall until the Service techs can seek in for the Upgrades... Maybe a week.

#2  The legislature should declare the Maricopa results invalid and null. On that basis, instruct the electors that Trump has won the state and to amend their votes accordingly.

‘That’s The Easiest $500 Million You Ever Made!’ – Accountant to Hunter Biden
[GatewayPundit] Hunter Biden made millions at the expense of US taxpayers.

The amounts were staggering.

Previously we reported that Hunter Biden asked his accountant how much money would he be making if he were in jail:

In March of 2017, Hunter Biden also requested from his accountant a list of entities where he had ownership. He accountant provided this list:
See email from Eric Schwerin.
We don't know how many millions in equity ownership Hunter accumulated while his father was Vice President but we know it's in the millions.

We received a clue on how many million when Hunter's accountant replied to Hunter in a separate email related to his fortunes:

#2  $500mil stimulus check for Hunter. Wow! And Congress is diddling around with whether a stimulus check should be $1200. Our political elite should have to live on a stimulus check of $1200 for the next several months.
