So he B ____, MOANED and GROANED (BMG) about how the USA was treating Latin America.
He came here over 40 years ago...and waited to use a Religious festival to apply his Mentally Ill political point.

SUMMARY:
After looking at a video and reading the NY-Daily . It appears this was Suicide by Cop

With that stated....

He went to great efforts to stay here illegally over 30 years.

He used the Justice system of a country that he claims, blames and despises to fight his Deportation. A deportation well earned due a laundry list of serious criminal activities.
But the Socialist-Democrats helped and fought to keep him here.

He used a Sanctuary City, a concept promoted by Socialists-Democrats. Thus using a political ideology historically notorious for mass murder in Latin America (Socialists) to assist in staying.

He did all this so he could stay in a country he HATES and DESPISES to make $$$$, and be safer than in his own country. Plus "BMG" something that would get his A$$ locked up or murdered in the Dominican Republic.

Did I miss something.... OH!! Yeah..
Better and Free Healthcare, a better social support and care system for the poor and more.

He is not just to blame.
The Liberals, Socialists and Democrats that fought so hard to keep him here 30 years after he should have been deported. ALL SHARE in this.

BTW: This being NYC with a BAN on Citizen self-defense firearms. He had 2 hand guns despite a serious and violent criminal record.

PROVING Banning Firearms only leaves Police and Criminals with firearms. An Police are usually 10 to 15 mins away.
