[Breitbart] Joe Biden and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer blamed President Trump on Thursday for the alleged plot to kidnap Whitmer, but a video showed one of the suspects calling Trump a “tyrant.”
Brandon Caserta was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping after allegedly scheming to nab Whitmer at her cottage or the governor’s official summer residence.
But in one of numerous rants suspect Caserta posted on Facebook and YouTube, he made clear he hates all government, regardless of who leads it.
“Trump is not your friend, dude,” he said with an anarchist flag hanging above his shoulder.
“And it amazes me that people actually, like, believe that when he’s shown over and over and over again that he’s a tyrant,” he said.
“Every single person that works for government is your enemy, dude,” Caserta continued.

[Breitbart] United States attorneys in Michigan charged six individuals on Thursday with an alleged plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) and overthrow the state’s government.
The feds have charged Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Ty Garbin, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris, and Brandon Caserta, the Detroit News reported. Twelve individuals were charged in all.

The investigation dates to early 2020 when the FBI learned through social media that individuals were discussing the violent overthrow of several state governments and law enforcement.
In June, Croft, Fox and 13 others from multiple states held a meeting in Dublin, Ohio, near Columbus, according to the government.
“Several members talked about murdering ‘tyrants’ or ‘taking’ a sitting governor,” an FBI agent wrote in an affidavit unsealed on Thursday. “The group decided they needed to increase their numbers and encouraged each other to talk to their neighbors and spread their message.”
“The group talked about creating a society that followed the U.S. Bill of Rights and where they could be self-sufficient,” the FBI agent wrote, according to the paper.
“They discussed different ways of achieving this goal from peaceful endeavors to violent actions. At one point, several members talked about state governments they believed were violating the U.S. Constitution, including the government of Michigan and Governor Gretchen Whitmer.”
Several media outlets, including the New York Times and the UK Daily Mail have attempted to cast the individuals as “right-wing” and “Trump supporters,” but at least one suspect, Brandon Caserta, held views more nuanced than that.
Breitbart News reviewed Caserta’s Facebook profile shortly before it was deleted.
In several YouTube videos, Caserta opined about rights and the illegitimacy of government.
“The Constitution is illegitimate,” he said in one posted on May 16, 2020, which was removed after Caserta’s account was terminated.
“Authority doesn’t exist, dude,” Caserta said, seated in front of an anarchist flag, “and, like, the law doesn’t exist.”
In another video, Caserta walked around his apartment with a camera and wondered, “How do I really know if I suck?”
Other videos, including some Breitbart News reviewed on Caserta’s Facebook page prior to deletion, the suspect criticized the police, calling them “obedient order-followers.”

In none of the videos did Caserta express support for Trump explicitly or otherwise.
They have all been removed from YouTube.
According to the charging document, Garbin, Fox, Croft, Harris, Franks, and others met in July in Ohio to discuss their plot.

Another seven individuals linked to the militia group, Wolverine Watchmen, face state terrorism ... any action taken by a non-Moslem state that constrains the violent impulses of Moslems or their allies ... charges, Nessel announced.
They were identified as Paul Bellar, 21; Shawn Fix, 38; Eric Molitor, 36; Michael Null, 38; William Null, 38; Pete Musico, 42; and Joseph Morrison, 42. They all face at least 20 years in prison if convicted. Musico and Morrison face up to 40 years.
The Nulls and Molitor were arraigned on Oct. 8. Their bonds were set at $250,000. Musico and Morrison were scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 8. Fix is in jug and his arraignment was pending.
According to affidavits by state detectives, Wolverine Watchmen is an anti-government, anti-law enforcement militia group. According to the group’s website, which is no longer live, "A well-armed citizenry is the best form of Homeland Security and can better deter crime, invasion, terrorism, and tyranny."
The group didn’t respond to a request for comment.
The militia has recruited members using Facebook since November 2019, detectives said.
Morrison and Musico founded the group.
Morrison is known online as "Boogaloo Bunyan." The so-called Boogaloo Bois is a loose anti-government movement that has been implicated in several plots to carry out violence this year.
Attorney General William Barr said in an interview last month that most of the violence seen in U.S. cities this year came from extreme leftwing criminals.
"They are by and large extreme leftwing Marxist people who want to bring down and tear down the current system. There are also some I would say pure anarchists who don’t necessarily want to build a Marxist system—it’s not clear what they want to build—but they definitely want to tear down the system. That group is sometimes referred to as Boogaloo, or similar types of groups. But they are fewer, from my knowledge, fewer and far between compared to the sort of Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... type groups," he said, mentioning the far-left Antifa.
Boogaloo is described by some experts as far-right, but Barr pushed back on that description.
"Boogaloo is not radical right. And that’s one of the misconceptions that’s being essentially perpetuated by the media," he said. "They are people who believe that the system, the current system, has to be torn down and completely replaced. People join it for different reasons, some have different visions of what the future should look like, but they’re all in agreement, it should be torn down. They’re anarchists."

Denham, in her letter to MPs outlining the findings of her investigation, says her staff uncovered no ‘additional evidence’ of Russian involvement in the referendum on the Cambridge Analytica computer servers they pored over.

All those stories we were told about Cambridge Analytica — that it virtually puppeteered the electorate, that it was the shadowy force behind Brexit, that it cosied up to the Ruskies — have fallen apart. Indeed, the Information Commissioner’s Office concludes that CA used online data in a fairly standard way. ‘On examination’, it says, CA’s methods were ‘well-recognised processes using commonly available technology’. That was always one of the most striking things about the anti-CA hysteria of the past four years – it struck many of us that this company was only doing what other political campaigns, including Barack Obama’s, had done, in terms of tapping into online data in order to build up potential audiences for political messages.
Are there questions to be asked about the security of our data on social-media sites? Of course. But the idea that CA was doing something uniquely sinister, that its digital marketing was somehow more evil and dastardly than other companies’ digital marketing, just doesn’t stack up. Neither does the idea that it deployed its sinister methods to swing Brits towards Brexit.
It is difficult to overstate how central the puffed-up, fact-lite Cambridge Analytica story was to the Brexit-bashing worldview of certain newspapers and campaigners. The Guardian even has a section on its website called ‘The Cambridge Analytica Files’, listing all the pieces it published on this apparently malevolent, Brexit-orchestrating organisation. CA whistleblowers were fawned over by liberal campaigners and the Twitterati.

A new poll of French voters suggests that Marine Le Pen, leader of the far-right National Rally Party, is growing in popularity since the 2017 elections.
If La Belle France’s 2022 presidential elections were held now, Le Pen would beat President Emmanuel Macron and all other rivals in the first round. But in a subsequent runoff of the top two candidates, Macron would still win handily, as he did in 2017.
In the poll of 1,805 French voters published Sunday in Le Journal du Dimanche, Le Pen received between 24% and 27% of the vote, depending on who she would theoretically face. Macron, the runner-up, had 23% to 26%. The poll has a 1.8% margin of error.
French Jews, whose community of about 500,000 people is Europe’s largest, are largely wary of Le Pen, who has said she would ban the wearing of kippot in public so that she could impose a ban on wearing traditional Moslem garb without violating constitutional requirements on equality.
However, alcohol has never solved anybody's problems. Le Pen’s father, Jean-Marie Le Pen, is a Holocaust denier with multiple convictions for inciting hate speech. Marine kicked him out of the party in 2015 for making an anti-Semitic joke about the Holocaust.

[Washington Examiner] The next presidential debate will remain a virtual format, casting doubt on whether or not the debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will even occur.
Frank Fahrenkopf, the co-chairman of the Commission on Presidential Debates, said on Thursday that the commission would not reverse its decision to hold the debate scheduled for Oct. 15 in a virtual format. Just earlier, Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien urged the debate commission to allow the event to be in person.
"President Trump's physician, Dr. Sean Conley, says the President will be medically cleared for 'safe return to public engagements' by Saturday, five full days before the originally scheduled debate in Miami on October 15. There is therefore no medical reason why the Commission on Presidential Debates should shift the debate to a virtual setting, postpone it, or otherwise alter it in any way," Stepien said in a statement.
"The American people can see through this obvious attempt to shield Biden from another shellacking like he got two weeks ago in Cleveland and the CPD must reverse course and let the debate proceed," he continued.

Mercutio, the VP still has to request the process. And any attempt to pass a new law will run into a Republican Senate -- and a still-in-office President Trump who will certainly veto it.
This is get-out-the-vote red meat for the left; the Dems know there's no enthusiasm for Biden, so they're trying to create some.

So it is no surprise that one of the most recent documents declassified by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe shows that the only candidate who used Russian disinformation in the 2016 campaign was not Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... but Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... , who has shouted loudest and longest that the president is a Russian agent.

Brennan’s notes suggest he told President Barack Obama How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then... all about the plot.
Looks like Russia collusion wasn’t a hoax, after all. But the FBI targeted the victims while allowing the culprits off scot free.
This probably is the worst case of Democratic projection in history. But it prompts a roundup of other notable instances when Democrats shifted their own wrongdoing, thought crimes and malign motivations onto their opponents.
Take their latest attack line on the president, that his brain is addled from coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... treatments. That’s a rich projection from a party whose candidate is famously cognitively impaired.
Of course, the odd memory lapse doesn’t stop Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'... and his speechwriters from engaging in blatant projection. In fact, it probably helps.
Take Biden’s claim that his campaign represents the working-class people of Scranton, Pa., versus Trump’s billionaire elites: "All that Trump can see from Park Avenue is Wall Street."

If I was a business owner in any of these fucked ratholes I'd just take a massive loss and pump it through my Federal 1040 as a net operating loss, then move on for greener pastures. Given the current audit environment and the lack of audit prowess with current Federal (probably most states as well) auditors, I'd doubt it gets challenged and you'd have ample proof of monetary loss if they did.
[Federalist] The FBI is refusing to provide answers to a congressional inquiry pertaining to Hunter Biden’s potentially criminal overseas business activity revealed in a Senate report last month that chronicles the Biden family’s conflicts of interest abroad.
Last week, Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan, who serves as the ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee, demanded the federal law enforcement agency provide answers on what actions it took, if any, upon reports from the Justice Department in 2015 that the owner of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma paid a $7 million bribe to Ukraine officials to shut down an investigation. Hunter Biden is on Burisma’s board despite no prior experience in the industry.
According to an FBI letter written in response to Jordan's inquiry and obtained exclusively by The Federalist, the law enforcement agency is refusing to acknowledge the existence of any investigation of Hunter Biden's overseas conduct.
"Consistent with longstanding Department of Justice and FBI policy and practice, however, the FBI can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any ongoing investigation or persons or entities under investigation," the FBI wrote, adding that it gave the same response to Johnson and Grassley.
The FBI freely commented on the Russia hoax against President Trump, however, featuring former Director James Comey confirming that Trump was under investigation as a suspected Kremlin agent. Of course, after a two-year investigation run by a congressionally appointed special counsel with unlimited resources, the president and his campaign were exonerated. Comey's FBI probe was shown to be nothing more than a deep-state coup perpetuating a conspiracy theory that has done irreparable harm to American institutions.
Meanwhile, CIA Director Gina Haspel has come under fire from congressional lawmakers for stonewalling requests critical to the institution's duty of effective oversight. Senior U.S. intelligence officials told The Federalist this week that Haspel is deliberately blocking the release of key Russiagate documents in hopes that Trump loses in November.
Johnson and Grassley demanded in a Wednesday letter Haspel comply with their summer request for records after two months of no response.
