| #17 this is just battlespace prep for a slim chance of a Biden win: - Nancy gets to act tough in regards to Trump, her base idiots love it - If by some chance Biden wins, they would actually pursue this, saying in front of the American people, 'see, we are above partisanship, we even got rid of our OWN President' - So then Kamaltoe becomes Pres, which is much more in line with what the deep state wants anyway. |

| #11 Mercutio, the VP still has to request the process. And any attempt to pass a new law will run into a Republican Senate -- and a still-in-office President Trump who will certainly veto it. This is get-out-the-vote red meat for the left; the Dems know there's no enthusiasm for Biden, so they're trying to create some. |

| #10 This is not as funny as it sounds; the 25th is written as: Section 4 Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. The scary part is "...or of such other body as Congress may by law provide" So can Madame Ben&Jerry and the Dem-controlled House create it's own Star Chamber to find the Prez incapacitated? I think Senate approval is required since the House <> "Congress", but it's one step too close to an effective coup for my taste. |
