Carter Page Takes Comey, McCabe, Strzok to Court in $75M Obamagate Lawsuit
[PJMedia] On Friday, Carter Page — the former CIA informant whom the FBI nonetheless targeted for warrants under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) — filed an explosive $75 million lawsuit against the key actors in the FISA surveillance scandal known as Spygate or Obamagate. While U.S. Attorney John Durham’s report into this matter is still forthcoming, Page appears to have decided to take matters into his own hands and pursue justice in the courts.
It seems we here at Rantburg are not the only ones who have waxed impatient with the pace of the attorney general’s investigations.
The lawsuit names a host of defendants, including the federal government of the United States, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DOJ), former FBI Director JamesThe spine of the FBI is the rule of law Comey
The disgraced, except in his own mind, former head of the FBI...
, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, FBI agent Joe Pientka III, and more. These individuals and others have confessed to compiling and approving four FISA warrants to spy on Page despite numerous errors and omissions — warrants Comey and others said they would not have signed, knowing what they know now.

#1  Spygate was far worse than the Plamegate.
Valerie was the media darling to drive the bash Bush narrative.
I hope Officer Page is able to take full advantage and drive the narrative of the Obamagate spying scandal against the Trump campaign to bash Obama and all of his minions including Biden and against all of the operatives in the various intelligence agencies who participated in the scam.

#2  Page has filed a number of lawsuits. In August the suit brought in Chicago against D.C. lawfirm Perkins Coie was thrown out -- not for lack of evidence, but for lack of standing in Illinois.

#3  Page has filed a number of lawsuits.

I didn’t know that, b, or perhaps I have forgotten, so thank you. Does that make this suit less consequential?

#4  Seems like a very strong case. The economic harm to Page was real and very significant. Clinesmith especially (but not only) deliberately fabricated evidence against him. Clinesmith pled guilty to doing so.

10 Hypocrite Dems Who Prattle on About Masks and Lockdowns But Personally Act Like They're All BS

[PJMedia] There are our betters who ignore the COVID rules and then there are the rest of us.

We’re the people like the Georgia shopper in the tweet below who got hassled at Costco because his son wasn’t wearing a mask. To be clear, the Costco member was wearing a mask but grew upset when store management threatened to toss him out over his kid. The next thing you know, two unmasked police officers were handcuffing the masked father and taking him into custody....

Carter Page files $75M suit against FBI, DOJ, others over 'unlawful surveillance'
[NYPOST] Carter Page on Friday sued the Justice Department, the FBI and former FBI Director James Comey for $75 million, insisting he was unlawfully surveilled as part of the 2017 special counsel investigation into so-called Russian collusion.

The 59-page lawsuit, filed Friday in Washington, DC, the federal court additionally sues former FBI Assistant Director Andrew McCabe and FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Also named as plaintiffs are former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who this year pleaded guilty to falsifying an e-mail that was used by the FBI to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to monitor Page.

The surveillance “violated federal statutes enacted to prevent unlawful spying on United States persons, as well as the Constitution,” the lawsuit says.

I would like to see the awarded payments come out the violators personal pockets, and from the persons that actually pulled the strings for the civil rights violations.....NOT US the taxpayers.

Hell since General Flynn had to go into hock to defend himself and pay fines, so should they.

Mitt Shows How We Got Trump in 2016
[Red State] Mitt Romney did Mitt Romney things yesterday, sitting for an interview with former Obama hitman David Axelrod. The interview was exactly what you’d expect, with Axelrod professing his new found respect for Romney while Romney himself sings the praises of his political adversaries as lovers of the country.

In other words, it’s exactly how you got Trump.

How very convenient that Axelrod only came to "admire" Romney after he relentlessly lied about him on the 2012 campaign trail. Recall that the Obama campaign accused Romney of everything from giving a woman cancer to wanting to re-enslave black Americans. In fact, that election is often cited as the moment our politics broke irreparably. The left were absolutely vicious, and because they were able to accuse someone as milquetoast as Romney of such horrors, the right finally threw their hands up and said they are done being suckers. That’s how you got a billionaire playboy who was willing to actually fight as the nominee in 2016. It’s also how he eventually became president. Had Trump run in 2008, I doubt he’d have won. But people like Axelrod so thoroughly destroyed our politics that it took a bull in a china shop to reset the deck.

To be frank, even if you don’t like Trump’s style, there was always a middle ground. Figures like Ron DeSantis populate it with relative ease and have bright futures because of it. Romney has no interest in that though. He’d always rather attack his own side while fluffing his opponents because it makes him feel morally superior. It also happens to be an extremely easy thing to do as a Republican in Washington. Doing what Trump did, standing up to the left in so many areas, takes actual fortitude. Meanwhile, Romney can only be counted to release a statement of disapproval of anything when he’s attacking another Republican.

Mitt Romney defines the term RINO.

In the impeachment trial of Donald Trump, he voted to convict the president

Data Sources : WIKI & General MSM reports.
Originally a New England Liberal (R) Politician.
Elected Governor of Massachusetts in 2002.

Romney helped develop and later signed a health care reform law called "Romneycare" by many. It provided universal health insurance access through state-level subsidies and individual mandates to purchase insurance. Yes this was the roadmap for Obamacare.

He moved to UTAH to run for the Senate.

His Political RINO career has help increase his net worth grow to an estimated $250+ million.

That would be the only way he could win there. An 'R' next to your name immediately triggers the voting machines and poll workers to lower the percentage your vote would count.

Pennsylvania State Legislature Files Resolution to Overturn Election Results…
[theconservativetreehouse] With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

A RESOLUTION

#1  A filed a Resolution does not MEAN its been approved. Or even if the Liberal Socialist Democrat controlled Penn Gov. will allow it to be voted on.

For all we know it could be a bunch of RINO's posturing for 2022 elections. Knowing it does not stand a bat's chance in Wuhan China.

#3  No, this is exactly what the constitution requires in this situation. This resolution does not need the governors support and no state or federal court has the authority to meddle with it.

This is a model for what should be passed in all the states with cheated jurisdictions.

John Brennan Frets over ‘Criminal, Reckless' Killing of Iran Nuclear Scientist
”Stop killing my friends, dammit!” he cries. The poor man was ready to grasp the world in his hand again, after he and his friends worked so hard to get it all organized... but now Drumpf and that dreadful Israeli may have have ruined everything.
[Breitbart] Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan on Friday lashed out at the killing of the head of Iran’s nuclear program, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, labeling his death a "criminal act."

Iran announced that Fakhrizadeh was assassinated in Damavand Friday afternoon. Images of the scene show two vehicles, one with extensive fire damage and the other riddled with bullet holes. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif appeared to blame Israel for the nuclear expert’s killing.

"This was a criminal act & highly reckless. It risks lethal retaliation & a new round of regional conflict," Brennan wrote of Fakhrizadeh’s death. "Iranian leaders would be wise to wait for the return of responsible American leadership on the global stage & to resist the urge to respond against perceived culprits."
