10 IED Blasts in Kabul in 10 Days: Report
[ToloNews] Kabul witnessed 10 magnetic IED blasts and a rocket attack between November 20 and November 30, which caused the death of 14 people and maimed 70, according to data collected by TOLOnews.

Two people were maimed in a kaboom in PD7 of Kabul on Monday morning, according to police.

An attack on an NDS official, a blast targeting a police vehicle in Kabul’s PD10, a public protection unit vehicle, a military vehicle, a vehicle carrying judges, a police vehicle, and a blast targeting an army vehicle are the incidents that occurred from November 20-30.

"When you are away from home, you hear the blasts and suicide kabooms. People are tired of this. Magnetic IED blasts have increased and no one is paying attention to it," said Sadam, a Kabul resident.

The security incidents have prompted criticism by military analysts who say more needs to be done to prevent such attacks.

"They are kept in Kabul and are distributed. It would be better if intelligence institutions paid attention to this and prevented such attacks and found the staging areas," said Mehrabuddin Safi, a former military analyst.

"Such cells are dispersed. The intelligence institutions are making efforts to find, arrest and prevent such networks," said Tariq Arian, a front man for the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

The government has blamed the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
for the attacks, but the Taliban has denied responsibility
Nope. Nope. Wudn't us.

Palestinian cause a priority for Cairo: Egypt's Sisi
[AlAhram] El-Sisi met with the Paleostinian Authority President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase....
in Cairo on Monday.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi conveyed to Paleostinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday his "full support" for the PA's position on political reconciliation, a statement by the Egyptian presidency read.
That’s nice. But the Isrqelis have the upper hand now, having peeled off most of the Oalestinian’s moneyed friends, so the rest of you can posture ineffectually as much as you like.
Presidency Spokesman Bassam Rady said El-Sisi received Abbas in Cairo in a meeting attended by Egyptian foreign minister Sameh Shoukry, head of Egypt’s General Intelligence Service Abbas Kamel, his Paleostinian counterpart Maged Farag, and the Paleostinian ambassador in Cairo.
...who, it appears, is nameless. How very sad for him.
El-Sisi stressed that the Paleostinian cause will always be a priority for Cairo,
...a low priority, ‘tis true, but a priority nonetheless...
affirming continued efforts to retrieve the legitimate rights of the Paleostinian people according to international legitimacy.
Golly. That does sound impressive.
He added the current stage calls for intensifying Arab efforts to resume peace negotiations between the Paleostinians and Israelis.
Effort away!
Abbas affirmed the importance of consultations and coordination with El-Sisi over developments in the Paleostinian crisis.

He said he appreciates Cairo’s efforts, historic positions, and firm stand in supporting the Paleostinian cause, and its endeavours to preserve the Paleostinians’ rights and achieve national unity.
And such endeavours they have been, too. Completely unsuccessful on all fronts, sadly, but endeavours none the same.
El-Sisi and Abbas agreed to continue intensified coordination to follow up on the latest measures to break the current deadlock and resume peace talks.
Time is an arrow, and y’all chose to miss your last opportunity before the President Trump changed the world irrevocably.
The meeting comes one day after El-Sisi discussed the Paleostinian issue with Jordan’s King Abdullah II in a phone call. The two leaders exchanged views on means to revive the grinding of the peace processor in the Middle East.

#3  Gaza used to be part of Egypt. I suppose Israel would have given it back if they thought it would help.
IMO, Sisi has demonstrated a diplomatic priority regarding to reducing violence in the Gaza Strip. There are too many competing interests in Gaza for peace as we know it to occur anytime soon.

#4  I suppose Israel would have given it back if they thought it would help.

As I recall, Israel tried to give Gaza back int he Land For Peace negotiations, but Egypt did not want it. The old Philistine city of Gaza has been troublesome since the Roman empire, I understand.

Federal attorney Craig Carpenito said that Maria Bell,

Bell used encrypted applications to communicate with the HTS and provide aid to hard boyz to fight the Assad regime, according to a statement of the US Department of Justice.

"Bell gave money through Western Union to members of the HTS and tried to hide the source of the money, and also provided them with information and advice on weapons and ammunition," the statement added.

Fox News revealed that Maria Bell used her combat experience, as she was a member of the US Army, to provide advice to members of HTS about fighting and using some types of weapons.

It added that Bell said in a phone call with members of the HTS, "It would be scary for you to join the fight on the front lines, but I am with you."

The money Bell sent when dealing with HTS, which is classified by the US as a terrorist organization, is estimated at $3,150 in 18 batches.

Bell faces charges up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted, while her lawyer declined to comment on the charges.

The US attorney general, Dean C. Sovolos said that the FBI found 136 guns, a rifle, and 15 ammunition packages and short-range rocket launchers inside her two-room house.

Lebanese military aircraft conduct rare sorties amid heightened tensions
[ALMASDARNEWS] On Monday, the Lebanese Army Command announced that military aircraft will carry out night sorties starting at 17:00 (Beirut time) for a period of three days.

"The air force will, on November 30, December 2 and 3, 2020, from 17:00 to 24:00, carry out night flights between the following air bases: Rayak, Hamat, Beirut, and Qlayaat," the army said in a statement.

It is noteworthy that the Lebanese territories witnessed a large presence of Israeli warplanes on Monday, at medium and low altitudes, as the Israeli Air Force carried out mock raids over villages in southern Leb

[IsraelTimes] Iraqi security forces and local militias sources say Moslem Shahdan and three others died when their vehicle, carrying weapons, was hit just inside Syria after crossing from Iraq.

A senior commander in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard was killed in an apparent dronezap along the Syrian-Iraqi border, according to widely circulated reports in Arabic-language media Monday.

Remote controlled machine gun on pickup killed our guy: Iran claims
It's long but happy ending
See also this for more theories.
[DailyWire] A new report from the semi-official Iranian Fars News Agency, which is affiliated with the Iranian government, contradicted nearly all previous reports about the series of events that unfolded that led to the death of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

Initial reports said that a car bomb was detonated near a car that Fahrizadeh was riding in as he was on his way to visit his in-laws outside of Tehran. The New York Times reported that a squad of operatives then jumped out of an SUV and opened fire on the car. The Times of Israel reported that three of Fahrizadeh's bodyguards were killed in the coordinated strike before all the operatives reportedly escaped.

However, a new series of claims from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) affiliated Fars News Agency alleges that there were no operatives with guns jumping out of vehicles and shooting at the car.

Barak Ravid, a reporter with Israel's Walla News and a contributor at Axios, tweeted out a summary of the press release from Fars News Agency.

"According to the report, Fakhrizadeh and his wife were on their way to spend the weekend at their house in a Tehran suburb. There were three security cars with them and at a certain point the leading car left the motorcade to do a preliminary security check of the house," he wrote. "Right after the car at the front of the motorcade left shots were fired on Fakhrizadeh's car and it stopped. Fakhrizadeh stepped out of the car thinking his car hit an object on the road or there was a problem with the engine."

"At that point shots were fired again from a Nisan pickup truck which stopped 150 meters from Fakhrizadeh's car. The shots were fired from an automatic machine gun which was mounted on the pickup truck and operated by remote control," he continued. "Fakhrizadeh was hit by three bullets – one hit him in the spine. Seconds later the Nisan pickup truck exploded in what looks like a self destruct mechanism. According to Fars news, Iranian security forces identified the owner of the pickup truck who left Iran on October 29th."
[the assassination was Nov 27]
"Fars reported the assassination operation lasted only three minutes and was all done by remote control with no gunmen on the ground," he concluded
