[NYPOST] Close to a thousand anti-police protesters descended on Downtown Brooklyn Friday night, blocking traffic, vandalizing a city bus and shouting obscene insults at NYPD cops.
The demonstration formed soon after 7 p.m. on the streets near the Barclays Center, with protesters unfurling large banners that read "F‐k the police" and "Don’t let these pigs touch us." The crowd began dispersing by 9 p.m.
The demonstration was in response to a planned crackdown on fare evasion by the NYPD ‐ and two controversial police actions in Brooklyn subway stations in recent weeks.
In one of the incidents, an NYPD cop sent straphangers scrambling in terror when he pointed his pistol toward a window from the platform at the Franklin Avenue station in Brooklyn.
In another incident, an officer was caught on camera slugging a 15-year-old boy in a wild melee at the Jay Street-MetroTech station in Downtown Brooklyn.
"That was the straw that broke the camel’s back," one protester, a 31-year-old woman who works in media said. "I mean, it’s monstrous. My f‐king tax dollars are going to this? It doesn’t make sense."
As the protesters fanned out in the streets Friday, a group surrounded a nearby MTA bus and vandalized it with stickers and anti-cop graffiti.
"F‐k NYPD" and "NYPD KKK," they scrawled on the bus with white marker.
"They were banging on the bus, and then a kid with a white mask and a hoodie ... used a marker to mark the bus," one passenger said after getting off.
"I’m not gonna lie, it was scary," another passenger said.

The thing for a clever Guv'nor now would be a false flag op against your own cops. Find the dirtiest, most useless, doughnut stuffer and have 'im beat up by mercenary african gangs dressed in overalls and beanies shouting the same inanities.
Send in the riot police, SWAT or whatever does this kind of thing next day. Bombard the news with images of the cop in hospital, while batons do the replying around NY. Profile every yute wearing the kind of clothes worn by the attackers.
Then again, until the next term is locked in better not do anything. Until then, it's Sierra Echo's Papa. Like California. Actually, a lot of the swamp has to be drained first, before these regions are 'liberated' again.

Uh...first of all false flags are Evil. So there's that.
Second they cheer dead and hurt cops. Consider your audience.

Meh... evil, shmevil. You can't rule a city full of vermin without being a bit mischievous. But you're right. It would only give them greater morale, the bastids. And no need to hurt cops however useless.
Better to claim cops have been attacked. One would need the right personnel though. And no traitors. I see big businesses are leaving NY, and Trump will be followed by others to Florida. I know it's for tax purposes, but there's also a hopelessness and trend to just quit certain places. This concept of 'white exodus' from black zones is not healthy.

This concept of 'white exodus' from black zones is not healthy.
People call it "white flight", but that is just the obvious part. Having watched Detroit slowly turn into Detroit, the people leaving are members of the middle class, black and white, who have better prospects elsewhere. The rich don't mind since they are insulated by their gated communities, but they *will* leave for tax reasons. What you are left with is the demographic described in the article and a self-catalyzing reaction where worsening social climate chases the more civilized (and taxable!) citizens away. Wash, rinse and repeat.

A 15 year old boy, eh? A mere lad. I note without comment that a little girl in Chicago was shot on Halloween by a 15 year old who was trying to settle some gang grievance. Being a kid ain't what it used to be.

I remember in the 80's, there were anti nuclear protests in Germany that were broken up by the german police. The next day they had anti-police brutality protests and on the news it was described as, "So the West German police went out to break some heads and broke up the protest." Cue shot of West German Polizei with shields and riot staves beat the crap out of hippies. Still makes me laugh and wish we could import those cops to NY or Boston.

In my days on the street as a footpatrolman in DC, we carried hickory nightsticks and routinely had them in hand as we walked. I got very proficient in twirling it on the lanyard as I walked. It had a very great affect on manners in every conversation while I practiced the “officer friendly “ style.
They should consider past practices once in a while.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Swedish police say they have detained three people in connection with a kaboom in an apartment building in the southern city of Malmo.
Malmo is one of those Muslim colonist no-go zones that don’t exist. It’s especially no-go for the long-term Jewish residents who are being driven out, but the non-Jewish natives are just as unwelcome...
No one was injured in the blast, which broke the building’s main door, blew out windows and substantially damaged the entrance level in a southern district of Sweden’s third largest city early Saturday.
Police front man Peter Martin told Swedish news agency TT that initial information suggests the earth-shattering kaboom has no connection to a blast early Friday in another Malmo district where a parked car and a nearby building were damaged.
Later Saturday, a police bomb squad was alerted to a central Malmo park to examine an unidentified suspicious object. TT said the national bomb squad has been called out to examine suspected bombs nationwide 30 times in the past two months and 100 times this year.
Betcha if the police were permitted to track such things it would be discovered that they all resulted from gangs fighting among themselves, and that almost all the gangs were distinct communities within the Muslim colonists.

[SPUTNIKNEWS] The French police have intercepted in the country’s south a truck carrying 30 migrants colonists of Pak origin, French media reported.
The duty prosecutor in the city of Nice told the daily that there were, in particular, three teenagers aboard the vehicle. The conditions in which the migrants colonists were transported remain unknown, according to the Nice Matin newspaper.
The migrants colonists were handed over to the Italian police. The driver, also of Pak origin, was handed over to the border police authorities and taken into custody "for facilitating the illegal entry" into La Belle France’s territory.
In late October, a truck container with 39 dead bodies was found in UK southeastern Essex county. Police initially believed that the dear departed were Chinese citizens but a number of Vietnamese families have since expressed concern that their relatives may be among the dead. Five suspects, including the truck driver, were detained, and three of them were later released on bail.

[IndiaToday] Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist Danish Channa was caught by police on Saturday morning from Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir.
LeT terrorist Danish Channa was working in a Lashkar group led by Sajad Hyder. Sajad Hyder is responsible for many terrorist activities like firing at migrant labourers in Jammu and Kashmir, shooting and injuring four family members of a Sopore-based fruit merchant and burning down civilian vehicles.
Sajad Hyder's terror crimes don't stop at that. He has also been involved in threatening traders in the region and pasting posters telling shop owners to not open their shops.
Danish Channa, who was arrested on Saturday, was given a task to carry out grenade bomb attacks in the busy markets and other establishments in Sopore.
The police averted the fatal plans of Danish Channa who was planning to carry out attacks in Sopore.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] More than 100 migrant workers from India’s Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... will be moved after a spate of killings by suspected separatist forces of Evil underlined the threat to outsiders in the restive region.
Senior officials working for the chief minister of the eastern state of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, said on Saturday she decided to move the workers out of Kashmir to prevent them from becoming a potential target for bad boy groups who the government says have intensified attacks on civilians belonging to states except Kashmir.
The migrant workers will be identified and moved by train to eastern states, the officials said.
Last week, suspected forces of Evil barged into a house in southern Kashmir, marched out six men who had come to work in the orchards and paddy fields from West Bengal, lined them up and shot them, police said.
Five died, a sixth, who the button men had left for dead, survived, to tell the tale that has fanned fears of further attacks on outsiders, officials say.
"We have orders from the state leader to escort all the Bengali laborers out of Kashmir after five Moslem laborers from West Bengal were killed," said a senior police official in Kolkata, capital of West Bengal.
Migrant workers are a soft target for bad boys, and during the past few weeks 11 have been killed, including the victims of this latest atrocity, the government said.
Much of Kashmir’s economy is dependent on outside laborers who work in construction, hotels and apple orchards.
None of the bad boy groups that are fighting Indian rule in Moslem majority Kashmir grabbed credit for the attack on migrant workers.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Security forces killed a protester and maimed 91 others in Baghdad on Saturday, security and medical sources said, as thousands of Iraqis continued to gather in mass anti-government protests.
Tens of thousands have been gathering in the capital’s central Tahrir Square this week, demanding the downfall of the political elite in the biggest wave of mass demonstrations since the fall of Saddam Hussein.
Protests have accelerated dramatically in recent days, drawing huge crowds from across Iraq’s sectarian and ethnic divides.
They have been comparatively peaceful by day, becoming more violent after dark as police use tear gas and rubber bullets to battle self-proclaimed "revolutionary" youths.

[Al Jazeera] Thousands of Iraqi protesters are blocking roads leading to Iraq's main Gulf port, according to security sources, as mass demonstrations calling for economic reform and an overhaul of the political system continue for a ninth consecutive day.
Protesters on Saturday burned tyres and set up concrete blocks around the Umm Qasr port, south of the city of Basra, after security forces moved in overnight to try and disperse a sit-in.
Al Jazeera's Natasha Ghoneim, reporting from the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, said local sources reported 100 people were maimed in subsequent festivities between security forces and protesters. The Rooters news agency, citing medical and security sources, said at least 30 people had been injured.
Operations at the port, which receives the vast bulk of Iraq's imports of grain, vegetable oils and sugar, have been at a complete standstill since Wednesday.
Demonstrators first blocked its entrance a day earlier, preventing trucks carrying goods from entering or leaving the facility and prompting some international shipping lines to halt operations there, according to port officials.
"Protesters are upset, they say that the port's revenue is being diverted away from their city and leaving them with poor basic services," Ghoneim said.
"They carry signs that say, 'Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan, the abbreviation IRGC is a cognate form of Stürmabteilung (or SA), the term Supreme Guide is a cognate form of either Shah or Führer or maybe both, and they hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... out of Iraqi affairs' and 'The Iraqi government made by Iran'."
FOREIGN INFLUENCE
Many Iraqis view the oil-rich country's leaders as subservient to one or other of Iraq's two main allies, the United States and Iran, neglecting the needs of ordinary people enduring severe economic hardship.
"A lack of basic services and jobs, accusations of foreign meddling by the US and Iran and alleged government corruption are big themes that have emerged in these protests," Ghoneim said, adding that protesters at the port were carrying signs expressing anger towards Iran.
But the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hossein Salami, appeared to hit back at criticism of Iran's role in Iraq and Leb, which is also gripped by protests, saying it did not have "an eye on any country".
"But we will extend our power to the point that if any enemy wants to use a location to attack Iran, we will destroy that location," Salami said on Saturday.
"So our reach is beyond our own borders meaning that we will extend our area of power to anywhere our enemy intends to plot against us - we have achieved this power," he added.
Al Jazeera's Dorsa Jabbari, reporting from Tehran, said it appeared Salami was saying Iran would "not shy away from defending its interests beyond its borders - be that in Syria, Leb or Iraq".

Western Mindanao Command spokesman John Encinas said five rangers were injured in gun battles with around 30 followers of Abu Sayyaf sub-leader Hatib Hajan Sawadjaan in Sitio Kan Mindang, Barangay Pangdanon. Encinas said five improvised explosive devices, a detonating cord, medical and food supplies and 15 kilos of rice were among those recovered from an Abu Sayyaf camp seized by government troopers.
“The lair and the withdrawal route of the enemy, which were marked with heavy bloodstains, indicated that the Abu Sayyaf suffered an undetermined number of casualties,” he said.
Encinas said two soldiers were injured in pursuit operations in Sitio Kanlimbungan, Barangay Tanum.

[Bangkok Post] Two suspected militants were gunned down in a firefight with Thai soldiers at a checkpoint in Pattani province early Friday morning. The clash occurred on a rural road in Sai Buri district following a bomb explosion earlier in the night near a police station in Mai Kaen district and attack on an army outpost in Yarang district.
The two men were traveling on a motorcycle when rangers manning a checkpoint signaled them to pull over for a search. The motorcycle rider turned back to get away and the pillion rider fired shots at the rangers, who then returned fire. The two men were shot and killed.
Another team of rangers was deployed to the scene and found a suspicious package a short distance down the road. Bomb disposal officers reported it was a homemade bomb, and destroyed it. Authorities believe the two motorcyclists had planted the roadside bomb, targeting security forces. After placing it they encountered the soldiers manning the checkpoint along their escape route.
The suspected militants were identified as Lukman Salae of Pattani’s Mai Kaen district, and Amran Bueraheng of Sai Buri district.
A car bomb was detonated near the old Mai Kaen police station around 10pm on Thursday. Nobody was wounded. Around 10:30pm, armed men riding on two pickup trucks fired on a military outpost in Yarang district. There were no injuries, but the garage was shot up.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] An Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... Saturday by Russia killed six civilians including a child in the embattled opposition bastion of Idlib in northwestern Syria, according to a war monitor.
The strike hit the village of Jaballa in the south of the Idlib region, taking the lives of all six from the same family, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The Britannia-based monitor, which relies on sources inside Syria, says it determines who carries out an airstrike according to flight patterns, as well as aircraft and ammunition involved.
Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman said it was the bloodiest such Russian air raid in two months since Moscow announced a truce for the surrounding area on August 31.
Since then, eight other civilians have been killed in Russian airstrikes on different dates in the region, he said.
The Idlib region, which is home to some three million people including many displaced by the eight-year war, is controlled by Syria’s former al-Qaeda affiliate.

I really wish Russia could get along with Israel.
It seems to me that Vladimir Putin has a sentimental connection with what he thinks of as the Russian diaspora in Israel — the Jews who fled the Soviet Union and afterward. But he has a stronger connection with Syria as a legacy Soviet client. And to be fair, Israel is not likely to send masses of troublesome refugees fleeing toward Russian territory, committed jihadis embedded among them, nor will Israel give Russia a Mediterranean port. So for Russia, Israel can mostly be safely ignored.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] At least 13 people have died Saturday in a boom-mobile blast near a market in the Syrian border town of Tal Abyad controlled by Ottoman Turkish forces, Ankara and a rights watchdog said.
The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... 's defense ministry said 13 non-combatants were killed and another 20 people injured in the attack, which it blamed on Kurdish fighters.
The Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights meanwhile reported the deaths of 14 civilians and Ottoman Turkish-backed rebels in the earth-shattering kaboom.
The northeastern town has witnessed some of the heaviest fighting since the Turkish military launched an operation in northeast Syria last month against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which is spearheaded by the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) and was for years allied to the United States in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS) armed group.
An AFP news agency correspondent in Tal Abyad saw the skeletons of two motorbikes ablaze in the middle of a rubble-strewn street.
A group of men carried the severely burned body of a victim onto the back of a pickup truck, as a veiled young woman stood aghast by the side of the street.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said pro-Turkey fighters and civilians were among the dead and wounded in the car explosion.
"We condemn this inhuman attack of the bloody PKK/YPG terrorists who attacked the innocent civilians of Tal Abyad who returned to their homes and lands as a result of the Operation Peace Spring," Turkey's defence ministry said on Twitter.
No group has yet taken responsibility for the attack.
Earlier on Saturday, the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces said Christian fighters will now oversee security in a northern Syrian region that has witnessed fighting between Turkey-backed troops and Kurdish-led militiamen.
The SDF said the deployment will take place in villages close to the town of Tal Tamr in the Khabur river region. That area is home to Syria’s dwindling Christian Syriac and Assyrian communities.
Turkish-backed fighters have been advancing in northern Syria since last month, leading to the displacement of about 200,000 people. There have been concerns in Christian villages about possible atrocities by Turkey-backed fighters, which include former jihadists.
The SDF said it’s deploying the Syriac Military Council and Assyrian fighters in the Khabur river region. Both groups are part of the SDF.
Christians made up about 10 percent of Syria’s pre-war population of 23 million, who co-existed with the Muslim majority and enjoyed freedom of worship under President Bashar Assad’s government. Most have left for Europe over the past 20 years, with their flight significantly gathering speed since the start of the current conflict.
