Sleazy Eliot Spitzer turned a resort hot tub into a steamy love cauldron over the weekend kissing and sucking the toes of his topless mistress, Lis Smith, in front of families with children, mortified witnesses told The Post.
The disgraced Spitzer infamous for wearing his signature black knee socks while having sex with hookers appears to have a bit of a foot fetish as well, according to onlookers.
The still-married former Love Gov and Smith, Mayor de Blasios ex-mouthpiece, were spied frolicking near the family pool at around 4 p.m. Sunday at the Half Moon family resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Spitzer and his long-suffering wife, Silda Wall, announced the day before Christmas that they are getting a divorce.

Shows how far down we've gone -- not the pols, the newspapers.
A generation ago the Post would have run a pic of a hot tub with some toes sticking suggestively out of it. Not that particular hot tub? Not that particular bimbo? Who cares! Now the pic accompanying the story is Eliot and the babe in a revolving door.
Holy amateur paparazzi, I could have done that with my iPhone.
Sigh. What is this world coming to? Grumble. Natter...

A 10-year-old boy who saw Smith topless in the pool ran back to his parents and shouted, Mom theres an old guy in the Jacuzzi with this girl and shes topless and shes got her legs wrapped around him,
Giving him the old treatment, like Pris in Blade Runner, one could hope.

As per MILEY CYRUS' "Twerking", as a [1990's]Clintonian "arrogant Fascist Male Brute", I'm not sure what "twerking" = Spitzer's strategy is, but I'm pretty sure I'm too righteously scared to find out.
[NY Times] Joining a growing group of states that have loosened restrictions on marijuana, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York plans this week to announce an executive action that would allow limited use of the drug by those with serious illnesses, state officials say. Pretty much includes a large swath of the American left.
The shift by Mr. Cuomo, a Democrat who had long resisted legalizing medical marijuana, comes as other states are taking increasingly liberal positions on it -- most notably Colorado, where thousands have flocked to buy the drug for recreational use since it became legal on Jan. 1.
Mr. Cuomo's plan will be far more restrictive than the laws in Colorado or Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, where medical marijuana is available to people with conditions as mild as backaches. It will allow just 20 hospitals across the state to prescribe marijuana to patients with cancer, glaucoma or other diseases that meet standards to be set by the New York State Department of Health.

If a company has a drug policy in place, and an employee fails a drug test, "employers can take whatever action they deem to be prudent," says Curtis Graves, an attorney for the Mountain States Employers Council, a nonprofit that represents about 3,000 companies, many of those in Colorado.
Employees can even be fired for using medical marijuana with a doctor's prescription.
The reason for this apparent contradiction is that smoking pot is still illegal under federal law, Graves explains.

Perhaps the same can be said for New York or any other State for that matter.... something to think about...

So...an employee that blows a 0.08 at work could also be fired. Alcohol has been legal for quite a while. Don't mix either at work or driving.

Smoking cigarettes - bad. Smoking pot - not so bad. Damage to lungs - covered under Obamacare? Non-smokers, who also work, will pay for those who smoke too much, or don't work.
