Is "low-cost" still a prudent option, when you have to borrow the money to build them from the Chinese ?

#5 Yes g(r)om, I was thinking along those same lines. The introduction of ~~massive borrowing from~~ capitalism to the communist Chinese [known in some circles as the Amish of the Orient] has created substantial cultural understanding and political stability. You might wish to consider Foshan Chinese manufactured container housing for your new settlements. I can't recommend the pre-owned models however, they're full of sand from AFG and Iraq.

#6 There is no substitute for boots on the ground. However, using the boots right now is not a good political move because the grumpy old white men across the Potomac haven't been compromised enough yet and the public ain't there yet either. So, the drone loving control freaks will take the next logical step - Skynet. Who could have seen this coming?
