Afghan Military Aircraft Abroad Being Returned: Officials
[ToloNews] Afghan military aircraft--fixed wing planes and choppers-- have been brought back from neighboring countries, authorities said on Saturday. Further details, such as the exact number of aircraft, was not provided.

With the rapid fall of the country to the Islamic Emirate, many Afghan Airforce pilots and maintenance workers, fearing for their lives, fled the country in military aircraft to neighboring countries.

The commander of the al-Fath Corps in the northern province of Balkh, Ataullah Omari, said that efforts were underway to transfer the aircraft back.

"Those aircraft transferred abroad have been returned to the country. As a result of continued efforts, some of the aircraft were brought back to Afghanistan," he said.

The Islamic Emirate once again called on Afghan pilots to return home, saying there is no threat to them.

Balkh Airforce Commander Zia ul Haq
...the creepy-looking former dictator of Pakistain. Zia was an Islamic nutball who imposed his nutballery on the rest of the country with the enthusiastic assistance of the nation's religious parties, which are populated by other nutballs. He was appointed Chief of Army Staff in 1976 by Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, whom he hanged when he seized power. His time in office was a period of repression, with hundreds of thousands of political rivals, minorities, and journalists executed or tortured, including senior general officers convicted in coup-d'état plots, who would normally be above the law. As part of his alliance with the religious parties, his government helped run the war against the Soviets in Afghanistan, providing safe havens, American equipiment, Saudi money, and Pak handlers to selected mujaheddin. Zia died along with several of his top generals and admirals and the then United States Ambassador to Pakistain Arnold Lewis Raphel when he was assassinated in a suspicious air crash near Bahawalpur in 1988...
Assim said that maintenance staff had recently repaired an aircraft that was broken.

"An aircraft was broken, and it should have been sent to Dubai for repairs... but our engineers and maintenance repaired the aircraft," said Ziaulhaq Assim, commander of Balkh Airforce.

This comes as the Afghan Air Force conducted a military drill about one week ago.

Acting Defense Minister Mullah Mohammad Yaqob said that the Islamic Emirate was committed to establishing a strong Air Force.

Normalization: Reopening embassies, meeting Talib ‘acting’ FM
Muttaqi Meets 16 Foreign Envoys in Doha
[ToloNews] The Islamic Emirate delegates led by acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi today in Doha met with "16 designated ambassadors and representatives" from various countries and discussed issues related to Afghanistan, the Foreign Ministry announced.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdul Qahar Balkhi said many of the ambassadors and envoys came from European countries, and there were also representatives from the United States, Australia and Canada.

Macron: France, Europeans Seek to Open Joint Mission in Kabul
[ToloNews] Several European countries are working on opening up a joint diplomatic mission in Afghanistan that would enable their ambassadors to return to the country, French President Emmanuel Macron said on Saturday, Reuters reported.

Western countries have been grappling with how to engage with the Taliban after they took over Afghanistan in a lightning advance in August as US-led forces were completing their pullout.

The United States and other Western countries shut their embassies and withdrew their diplomats as the Taliban seized Kabul, following which the Taliban declared an interim government.

"We are thinking of an organisation between several European countries... a common location for several Europeans, which would allow our ambassadors to be present," Macron told reporters in Doha before heading to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

The United States, European countries and others are reluctant to formally recognize the Islamic Emirate, accusing them of backtracking on pledges of political and ethnic inclusivity and to uphold the rights of women and minorities.

Africa Horn
UN Renews Anti-Piracy Ships Off Somalia for Only 3 Months
[Garowe] The U.N. Security Council voted unanimously Friday to allow international naval forces to continue using all necessary means to fight piracy off the coast of Somalia — but only for the next three months because the Somali government says there has been no piracy incident for over four years and it's time end the operation.

The council had been renewing the authorization for regional organizations and countries to fight against piracy and armed robbery off the coast of the Horn of Africa nation for 12 months. But this year the Somali government, whose consent is required, objected to another yearlong renewal sought by the United States, which drafted the resolution, and agreed only to three months after negotiations with the U.S. and other council members.

"We believe that the Security Council resolutions on piracy and armed robbery off the coast of Somalia have successfully achieved its intended objective," Somalia's U.N. Ambassador Abukar Dahir Osman told the council after the vote.

Britain
UK Govt: ‘Not In Public Interest’ to Disclose How Many Afghan Evacuees Are Ex-Deportees or on Watch Lists; ‘MidEastern’ Men Try To Buy Local Girls
Moslem colonists making the news in England over the past few days.
[Breitbart] The British government has told Breitbart London it knows how many Afghans airlifted to the UK were on watch lists or had previously been deported from the country — but insists it is not in the public interest to reveal it.

Germany and Sweden — countries with a less than stellar reputation for being forthright about public safety issues linked to immigration — have both admitted that some of the Afghans they evacuated from Kabul during its fall to the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
turned out to be people they had previously deported, with German interior minister Horst Seehofer revealing that his country had taken in Afghan evacuees who were "high-calibre criminals", some "relevant to security" and regarded as a "serious threat".

Boris Johnson
...pro-Brexit British prime minister, succeeding no-Brexit Theresa May. BoJo is noted as much for his sparkling personality and his hair as for his Conservative policies....
’s government has been less forthcoming about such issues, although reports have got out that at least one Afghan evacuee had been on Britannia’s "no-fly" list and was seemingly airlifted in error. Another Afghan — a former special forces commando — was revealed to have been arrested in a dawn raid on the hotel he was hosted at not long after his arrival.

A separate Freedom of Information request was made concerning the potential relocation of members of the Afghan National Police (ANP) to the United Kingdom, and whether any measures had been put in place to vet them in light of the systemic child sexual abuse which has been reported among its ranks.

The Home Office’s response was vague, simply claiming that any such evacuees would be subject to "the same strict security checks as those resettled through other schemes" and alluding to "civil powers... and other measures to manage those who pose a threat to our national security" in general.

Asked whether it had "produced any reports, reviews, etc. related to potential child safeguarding issues with respect to the relocation of Afghans to the UK since the beginning of 2021" the Home Office admitted that it had not.

Police: Man of ‘Possible Middle Eastern Origin’ Tried to ‘Buy’ Woman’s Daughter Outside School

[Breitbart] A mother in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, was left alarmed and horrified when a man of “possible Middle Eastern origin” approached her as she walked her young daughter to school and attempted to “buy” her.

The incident in the multicultural city took place on the morning of December 1st, with the male — one of a group of three, it is believed — described as looking like he was in his late thirties or early forties and wearing a grey hooded top and dirty navy bottoms, with his face partly obscured by a head warmer.

The shocking incident follows similar events in Doncaster, another urban centre in South Yorkshire, earlier in November, when another woman was followed through a Primark store in the city centre and offered a “good price” for her daughter.

South Yorkshire Police — who initially denied they had received reports of the incident — later announced an investigation, saying that “It was reported that on the 12th of November at around 4 p.m., a woman and young girl were in Primark where they believed they were being followed by a group of men” and that “The men made them feel uncomfortable and allegedly made inappropriate comments towards the young girl.”

While the police offered no descriptions of the suspects beyond referencing their sex, the mother of the girl said in a social media post quoted by local media that they were “Four foreign men”.

Yorkshire has been exposed a hotbed of so-called grooming gang activity in recent years, with a large number of mostly-South Asian background men raping and pimping mostly white working-class girls and young women in locations including Huddersfield, Rochdale, and Rotherham, with police and social services repeatedly failing to intervene even when they were aware of the abuse.

Sulaimani to Dover: The journey of a young Kurdish migrant to the UK
Very long, but an easy read.
[Rudaw] The weather was getting cold and wet when Harem Osman (not his real name) arrived on the French coastline in late October, hoping to board a dinghy that would take him to the UK. He had set off from the Kurdistan Region in northern Iraq with a group of friends in October, taking a route which had seen him travel through Belarus, Poland, Germany, and finally La Belle France, where he says he could even see the white cliffs of Dover not far from where he was sleeping rough in northern La Belle France.

Harem said that he travelled with seven of his friends from Sulaimani province on a "guaranteed journey" to the UK which cost him 16,000 dollars.
"Life was not easy in Kurdistan, the last job that I did was selling watermelon by the side of the road with my dad," Harem said. "I wanted to come to the UK to work."

Harem and his friends were determined to reach the UK but as he watched and heard the ordeals of so many migrants colonists, mostly Iraqi Kurds, who would jump into inflatable boats from the coastline of Dunkirk before falling into issues and having to be rescued by the French coastguard, he made a promise to find another way to reach the UK.

Europe
Afghans lodging most asylum applications in the EU
And some of them are real Afghans, just as before some of those applying as Syrians were actually Syrian. Whatever it takes, dude.
[KhaamaPress] European Asylum Support Office (EASO) has said that the asylum requests by Afghan people to Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
have increased dramatically and is now the biggest country that lodges the highest number of asylum requests in Europe.

Syrians were previously the largest asylum seekers for the past seven years consecutively who have now made 50% lesser requests compared with Afghans.

Latest statistics indicate that there were 10,000 asylum applications by Afghans in August that reached 17,000 in September showing a 72% rise.

An analysis released by EASO shows that 71,200 asylum applications were lodged in the EU in September this year that is the highest number of applications since November 2016.

The rise in applications by Afghans to the EU also reflects evacuation operations by the EU after the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
takeover in mid-August.

Afghans becoming the largest group lodging the most number of asylum applications to the EU is not a surprise as the ongoing humanitarian crisis and the greatest economic collapse have forced over hundreds of thousand Afghans to leave their home country one way or another.

Despite the undesired situation in Afghanistan, there are still people who are waiting for everything to settle and return to normal.

Man accused in Boulder King Soopers shooting is found incompetent to stand trial
[Colorado Sun] Experts have found a man charged with killing 10 people at a Colorado supermarket earlier this year is mentally incompetent to proceed in the case, attorneys said during a court hearing Friday.

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa,
the ISIS-curious, Trump-hating, untreated paranoid schizophrenic known wolf whose aggressive, infidel-hating Syrian refugee family did not bother to stop him from getting guns and running amok in a Jewish grocery store just before Passover. Mr. Al Issa would have preferred to shoot up a Trump rally the previous year, but the Covid shutdown meant the scheduled rallies were cancelled...
22, is accused of opening fire at a busy King Soopers in the college town of Boulder in March, killing a police officer, shoppers and several store employees including an Olympic hopeful distance runner.

His motive has not been revealed by prosecutors.

District Attorney Michael Dougherty said four doctors have now determined that Alissa isn’t mentally competent. He requested that Alissa be sent to the state hospital for treatment.

Time bombs planted in society will continue to explode if not defused: Fawad
[NATION.PK] Federal Minister of Information Fawad Chaudhry Saturday said that "time bombs that we planted in society will continue to explode if not defused".

In a series of tweets on Saturday, Fawad condemned the Sialkot incident and slammed the apathy towards such incidents and warned that it will lead to a bigger tragedy.

"I’ve been thinking what to write to condemn the Sialkot incident since yesterday, words have become useless. Such incidents only affect us for 48 hours, after which everything returns to normal."

"Until the next such incident occurs, our conscience remains buried; this apathy is an indication of a bigger storm. Blood has been spilled in the countries due to people’s dead conscience," he remarked.

Iraq
Kurdish, Iraqi forces meet in Baghdad following increased ISIS attacks
[Rudaw] A high-level security meeting was held on Saturday in Baghdad between Kurdish Peshmerga forces and Iraqi forces to ramp up cooperation following a deadly attack by the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....

"It was agreed to strengthen intelligence work and increase cooperation between the central [Iraqi] and Region’s forces and to combat terrorist operations and prevent their occurrence," the statement, issued by Joint Operations Command and published on Telegram read.

"It was agreed to continue bilateral meetings between the joint security and military leaders to develop a clear vision for confronting terrorism," added the statement.

Three civilians and 18 Peshmerga fighters have been killed in the attacks conducted in recent days by ISIS forces of Evil in areas disputed by Erbil and Baghdad. The group has increased its attacks on Kurdish forces in these areas.

The latest was late on Thursday night when ten Peshmerga fighters and three non-combatants were killed with others injured in Erbil’s Makhmour town.

"ISIS [Arabic acronym for ISIS] is not looking to control cities and places, they are aiming to kill, injure and weaken the forces," the Kurdistan Region’s Vice President Sheikh Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa, who is also the former commander of the Unit 70 forces, told Rudaw on Saturday.

Sirwan Barzani, commander of Peshmerga forces in Makhmour, told Rudaw late Friday that the US-led global coalition against ISIS have decreased Arclight airstrike

"There are 100 - 150 people [ISIS] in the area, they have created chaos, they are not a force that defends, they attack and return. Their formation and resting place is Gharra area. Civilians help them too, for sure," Ibrahim Ahmed, Peshmerga commader in the Qaratapa-Hamrin front said on Saturday.

Lifting sanctions on Iran will be political suicide for Biden administration: US analyst
One can only hope...
[NPASYRIA] Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
calls for the elimination of all sanctions, but honestly I am not very optimistic as some sanctions are included in the law of Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA), David Roches, professor at Near East South Asia (NESA) Center for Strategic Studies said yesterday.

This came with the resumption of nuclear talks with Iran in Vienna last week, with Iran returning to the negotiating table after a five-month hiatus.

In an exclusive statement to North Press, Roches excluded the lift of the sanctions on Iran as it called for the inclusion of all sanctions, the matter that is not going to be happened due to the refusal shown by American circles, for a simple example, the money sent to Iran for American hostages is taken from US taxes.

On the other, the US called to expand the agreement to include prohibitions on Iran’s control on militias and ballistic missile program, but "I do not think the Iranians are going to accept that."

"So I think there will a breakdown in the negotiations which will lead to re-imposition sanctions based on who blames who for the breakdown," Roches added.

"The latest round of Iran nuclear talks ended because Iran right now does not seem to be serious about doing what is necessary to return to compliance with a 2015 deal," US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said yesterday.

"The United States would not let Iran drag out the process while continuing to advance its program and that Washington will pursue other options if diplomacy fails," he told Rooters.

The NESA professor pointed out that most of the sanctions on Iran are imposed by the president, and there are some sanctions that are required by the law of Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA). Therefore, "it would just be political suicide for president Biden to lift these sanctions."

On December 1, the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Iran had started the process of enriching uranium to up to 20% purity with one cascade, or cluster, of 166 advanced IR-6 machines at Fordow. Those machines are far more efficient than the first-generation IR-1.

Regarding the plan B which is being discussed every now and then, Roches indicated that "Plan A is JCPOA and plan B is to go in war with Iran," adding, "to go on war with Iran is plan ZZ it is way down the priority because president Biden does not want to have another war in the Middle East."

"In negotiating with Iran, the Iran is not negotiating in very good faith. There will be some attempts to counter some of Iran’s marine behavior like seizure of ships and attacks on neutral shipping in the Strait of Hormuz."

In his speech with North Press, the US analyst, mentioned Israel and its response to Iran’s acts in the region, "If Israel sees a clear threat and it thinks that it has the ability to do something about it, it will do it without waiting for American support or sanctions."

Following the Vienna talks, the diplomats of Britannia, La Belle France and Germany issued a statement saying, "Over five months ago, Iran interrupted negotiations, and since then, Iran has fast-forwarded its nuclear program."

"This week, Iran has backtracked on diplomatic progress made. Iran is breaking with almost all of the difficult compromises crafted in months of tough negotiations and is demanding substantial changes to the text that undermine the draft, which was between 70 and 80 percent finished," they added

#6  In the interim, sanctions relief under some form of "diplomatic overture" is ValJar's current tasking from Tehran. Its always about the money, for them, for the corrupt DC elites, and for the continued support of the Central Committee at the Kalorama Kompound.

Hizbullah Says 'Open to Solutions' Leading to Cabinet Revival
Suggestions, yes, but not any changes that in any way reduce Hazbollah power.
[An Nahar] Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
is "still open to all solutions that lead to reviving Cabinet sessions," MP Hassan Fadlallah of the group’s Loyalty to Resistance® bloc said on Saturday, a day after one of two crises paralyzing Cabinet was resolved with the resignation of Information Minister George Kordahi."We in Hizbullah are seeking the success of the government in its work... and we have always expressed our support and encouragement for the ministers to carry out their missions and for the work of ministerial panels, but we also want the government to work collectively," the MP added.

He, however, noted that there is "a clear path that can be taken by those in charge" of the government in order to end the crisis.

"They have solutions in their hands which they can resort to in order to exit the crisis of its meetings’ suspension, especially that the reasons have become known," Fadlallah went on to say.

Cabinet has not convened since October 14, when a political crisis erupted over the investigations of Beirut port blast investigator Judge Tarek Bitar, with Hizbullah and Amal Movement demanding that a decision be taken in Cabinet to remove him over alleged bias. President Michel Aoun

What's Next for Govt. after Kordahi's Resignation?
[An Nahar] Conflicting reports emerged Saturday on whether Najib Miqati’s Cabinet will convene next week following yesterday’s resignation of Information Minister George Kordahi.

Unnamed sources told Kuwait’s al-Anbaa newspaper that the standoff over Judge Tarek Bitar’s probe into the Beirut port blast will be defused through partitioning the case and referring the accused ex-PM and former ministers to the Higher Council for Trial of Presidents and Ministers. The sources added that this would be the second part of a bargain that started with Kordahi’s resignation.

"The second phase begins with the convention of Cabinet in the presence of the ministers of Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
and the Amal Movement, which will likely happen on Friday," al-Anbaa quoted informed sources as saying.

Al-Joumhouria newspaper meanwhile reported that no "appropriate solution" has yet been reached despite the intensification of contacts.

It, however, added that "a new attempt is seeking to revive the first initiative of the Justice Minister, which had called for forming a judicial committee tasked with laying out the foundations on which the trial of presidents and ministers should be based."

Cabinet has not convened since October 14, when a political crisis erupted over Bitar’s investigations, with Hizbullah and Amal demanding that a decision be taken in Cabinet to remove him over alleged bias. President Michel Aoun

Biden Admin Waives Sanctions on Iran as Nuclear Talks Restart
Of course he does. Wouldn’t want to inconvenience our Iranian friends.
[Washington Free Beacon] The Biden administration quietly waived sanctions on Iran to allow the hardline regime to sell electricity to Iraq, according to a non-public notification obtained by the Washington Free Beacon that was provided to Congress just as nuclear talks between the United States and Tehran resumed this week.

The timing of the waiver notification—which was signed Nov. 19 but not transmitted to Congress until Nov. 29, the day nuclear negotiations resumed—has prompted accusations the Biden administration is offering concessions to Tehran to generate goodwill as talks aimed at securing a revamped version of the 2015 nuclear deal restart following a months-long standoff.

During the several-month pause, Tehran increased its nuclear program, including the enrichment of uranium and installation of advanced nuclear centrifuges. One senior congressional source familiar with the matter said the delay in transmitting the waiver to Congress indicates the administration is sensitive to the optics of waving sanctions just as negotiations resume.

Richard Goldberg, the former director for countering Iranian weapons of mass destruction on Trump's White House National Security Council, told the Washington Free Beacon that the latest electricity waiver amounts to a "dressed-up Chanukah present to" Iran.

"This is just another unfortunate example of projecting weakness and deference at a time when the U.S. needs to build leverage and project strength," said Goldberg, who is now a senior adviser to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies think tank. "If the waiver was going to be renewed for Iraq relations, it should have been messaged and announced well before arrival in Vienna. It just screams desperation."

Iran insists the United States unwind all economic sanctions that were imposed by the Trump administration, a demand the Biden administration says it is willing to make good on. The E3—Germany, the United Kingdom, and France—said on Friday, however, that Iran's demands are "not serious," according to reports. "Iran is backtracking on almost all of the difficult compromises reached in months of tough negotiations and is demanding substantial changes to the text," E3 diplomats were quoted as saying in Axios.

The sanctions waiver gives Iran another 120 days to sell electricity to Iraq without facing penalties, an arrangement that has generated income for the hardline regime. The Trump administration had limited the waiver's time frame in an effort to wind down these sales, but the Biden administration renewed it for the maximum period of 120 days.
