#2 Overall REPORTED crime rates are down compared to the 90s, but many things that used to be reported are not any more. Petty theft, looting etc. In some places car jacking is no longer reported, I hink.

Where the Rich Liberals so stupid as to not think crime follows the $$$$$$. Having looted and etc. most of the high $$$$$ stores in LA, over the last 2 years, the Liberals on the surrounding Hills are where the $$$$ is now.
