Capital punishment in Wisconsin was abolished in 1853. Wisconsin was one of the earliest United States states to abolish the death penalty, and is the only state that has performed only one execution in its history. Wikipedia

Since Wis. does NOT have a DEATH PENALTY, after the states 1st and its only execution, ironically held in Kenosha.

So at best those seeking justice can only hope he slips in the prison shower. Where he would be found to have broken his neck, arms, fingers, legs, back, nose, lose his teeth and with multiple bars of soap in dark places.

NOTE: The effort to repeal the state death penalty was lead by State Sen. Sholes (D, LR,GP), who just happened to be the editor of the Kenosha Telegraph newspaper. He used his newspaper to fight and repeal the WIS. death penalty.

BTW: Again I as. Where does the Bail $$$$ go once this pile of Pig Crap is placed in prison for life. Does BLOM get it or whom?

#13 What is keeping the Kenosha court from trying Brooks separately over this death, and setting a separate $5 million bound for this additional charge? IMNSHO they should have set $5 million bail for each of the casualties.
