Florida, beer, urine, trailer park...you know where this is heading
Another "Great Moment in the History of White Trash"...
WESLEY CHAPEL — Deanne Elsholz said her husband urinated on the bathroom floor.
Well, at least ah was in the bathroom, wommin!
David Elsholz just wanted to go back to sleep.
Shut up, wommin! Ah gotta get up early! If'n ah don't, the illegals git all the plum jobs at the labor pool!
And now...here come the stereotypes.
It was almost midnight Monday at their mobile home at 5951 Woodsman Drive in the Angus Valley community. Deputies who arrived later said the place was cluttered with Natural Light beer cans, and both husband and wife appeared to be drunk.
Nuthin but the best fa us, snookums!
"What are you doing?" Deanne, 44, asked David, 50, when she heard his urine spraying the floor, according to what she told authorities.
Whut's it look lahk I'm doin, wommin! Ah's peeing in the bathroom!
She said her husband then slapped her about the head with a towel and, in retaliation, she threw a glass from her nightstand at his face. It hit him in the nose, a report states, and blood poured down his chest and arms.
What y'all hit me in tha face wit a glass fo, wommin!
Then, Deanne "ran into the bathroom and slipped on David's pee," the report states.
Dammit, David.! Ah fell in yer pee!
Serves ya raht, bitch, fa cuttin me with a glass!

She told deputies David kicked her in the ribs while she was on the ground, and she crawled to get her phone and called 911.
Damn, bitch! Ah slipped in mah pee and kicked ya in tha ribs!
David's story was that he was sleeping and woke up to use the bathroom. After urinating, he went back to bed but Deanne started yelling at him, the report states.
...and ah think I deserves credit fa that, officer, cuz usually ah ju roll ovah and pee out tha winda.
"David told her he didn't want to argue and he just wanted to sleep."
Not now, baybee. Ah gut a headache...
Then she hit him with the glass, he told authorities.
Ah'll cutya, David! Ah'll cutya!!
Deanne was deemed the aggressor in the brawl and arrested. She is charged with domestic battery — something David has been charged with twice in recent years, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office.
Ha-ha, wommin! Ah'm still in tha lead!
Deanne is being held without bail in the Land O'Lakes jail. She complained of rib pain and was taken to a local hospital to be checked out. Doctors said she was fine, the report states.
Ah luv ya, baby! Ah'll call tha publick defenda when ah sober up n' we'll get this heah thang all stratened out! Doan worry, baby!

Terry Nichols On Hunger Strike At Florence Supermax
(Florence, CO)--Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols is on a hunger strike to protest the meals at the supermax federal prison near Florence, Colorado.
Listen, you cowardly little bitch, the secret to a successful hunger strike is that people have to care that you're on one. I have a feeling very few people do..
The 54-year-old claims the refined foods he's been forced to eat at the lockup violate his religious beliefs by harming his body, which he calls God's holy temple.
So he doesn't eat. And he dies. And nobody cares. Win-win for everybody.
So he doesn't eat. And he dies. No one cares. His holy temple gets to meet up with God. Who dispenses appropriate judgement. Win-win-win-win.
Nichols sued the Federal Bureau of Prisons last March demanding a diet rich in raw fruits and veggies, whole grains, wheat bran supplements, digestive bacteria and enzymes.
Ah, "demanding". I'll bet they love when you do that at Supermax. Really makes them...stand up and take notice.
I think anyone who files a formal legal brief using the term veggies should be allowed to starve himself to death post haste. Unless it's the journalist who assumed that term met stylebook usages, in which case reapply the above sentence as appropriate. I've accepted the move from luncheon to lunch, but veggies is entirely beyond the pale.
In a handwritten note filed with the court Thursday, Nichols says he stopped eating back on February 5th because he believes prison officials are playing "games" with his food in retaliation for the pending lawsuit.
Getting paranoid staring at that same old concrete wall everyday, Terry? Has the wall started to talk back to you yet?
He adds that he's, quote, "prepared to die if necessary because he is done allowing his body to be defiled."
Sure you are. Why don't you try it and see what happens?
Nichols' last hunger strike was in 2001, when he was being held in Oklahoma City for the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building that killed 168 people.
Sounds like that one was real serious too...
He is now serving a life sentence at the supermax prison.
...sounds like it's driving him towards insanity. I got no problem with that.

#1  Stopped eating back on Feb 5... Why not backdate it even further to make your appeal seem more timely. I stopped eating back in 2008. They should give this guy some rope, some country western or blues albums, a tv showing the faces of those he killed and a lot of burbon and let him solve the problem himself.

#5  Meh. If you were really serious about toxins, Terry, you'd stop drinking the water. I heard it's fluoridated....
Posted by: Cornsilk Blondie || 02/19/2010 13:52 Comments || Top||

#6  Beyond a certain point, he may have a point. It's a little known prison trick to provide disliked inmates with a diet of nothing but junk food. Fat, sugar and starch, with lots of soda to drink. Little or no exercise, and keep them indoors under fluorescent lights.

In just a few months of that, their health will be shot. They'll gain lots of weight, lose muscle tone and endurance, have a weakened immune system and be prone to infections, have severe constipation, and start to develop lots of other health conditions.

Then you start playing with the thermostat at night, alternating too warm and too cool. With any luck, they'll be dead before the year's out.

#9  So expect the ACLU or some other worhtless organization to step in and demand he be fed, force fed if needed. and the prison should comply; with 3 inch galvanized pipe as the feeding tube, hydraulically inserted. (choice of insertion point optional)

#10  Comments better than the story. The 54-year-old claims the refined foods he's been forced to eat at the lockup violate his religious beliefs by harming his body... Should have thought about your special dietary needs before you got yourself into supermax. Hey, they call it prison.

General Jack D. Ripper: Mandrake, do you realize that in addition to fluoridating water, why, there are studies underway to fluoridate salt, flour, fruit juices, soup, sugar, milk... ice cream. Ice cream, Mandrake, children's ice cream.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Lord, Jack.
General Jack D. Ripper: You know when fluoridation first began?
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: I... no, no. I don't, Jack.
General Jack D. Ripper: Nineteen hundred and forty-six. Nineteen forty-six, Mandrake. How does that coincide with your post-war Commie conspiracy, huh? It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual. Certainly without any choice. That's the way your hard-core Commie works.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Uh, Jack, Jack, listen, tell me, tell me, Jack. When did you first... become... well, develop this theory?
General Jack D. Ripper: Well, I, uh... I... I... first became aware of it, Mandrake, during the physical act of love.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Hmm.
General Jack D. Ripper: Yes, a uh, a profound sense of fatigue... a feeling of emptiness followed. Luckily I... I was able to interpret these feelings correctly. Loss of essence.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Hmm.
General Jack D. Ripper: I can assure you it has not recurred, Mandrake. Women uh... women sense my power and they seek the life essence. I, uh... I do not avoid women, Mandrake.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: No.
General Jack D. Ripper: But I... I do deny them my essence.

The gospel according to Sir Elton: Jesus was gay
Mebbe. Probably not. But when your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. >:-}
JESUS was GAY - according to the gospel of SIR ELTON JOHN.
The singer makes his controversial claim about the Lord in a new US interview that will enrage America's bible belt.

Elton, 62, declares as he pours out his heart to a magazine: "I think Jesus was a compassionate, super-intelligent gay man who understood human problems."

He adds: "Jesus wanted us to be loving and forgiving. I don't know what makes people so cruel. Try being a gay woman in the Middle East - you're as good as dead."
I don't know about women, but if you're a guy and get on the wrong guy's $hi+ list, you probably are.
He goes on in the same interview to describe how he and DAVID FURNISH, 47 - now his "husband" - first got together.

The pop veteran tells Parade magazine: "I was attracted to David immediately. He was very well dressed, very shy. The next night we had dinner.

"After it, we fell in love very quickly."

He said of previous lovers: "I'd always choose someone younger. I wanted to smother them with love. I'd take them around the world, try to educate them.

"One after another they got a Cartier watch, a Versace outfit, maybe a sports car.

"They didn't have jobs. They were reliant on me.
Maybe you should have been the "husband".
[ /gorb ducks and runs for cover ]

"In six months they were bored and hated my guts because I'd taken their lives and self-worth away. I hadn't intended to."
When they broke up, did he get the watch, outfit, and sports car back?

#6  The world needs more men like Besoecker. I have found that a modicum of Evil makes a man predictable and more trustworthy. What I really fear are men( and women) who are too moral.( some people are moral because they are stupid and some do it on principle..those are the crazy ones) You dont know when they are going to DO that.

Its simply a matter of finding what KIND of evil they find attractive. Everybody has one of the five kinds of major tastes in Evil. True, there are seven kinds sins but 98% will go for one of the five. All you have to do is watch where they twitch when you run it by them.

Then you ....find out the price for a deal.

#10  What does he know about being a gay woman in the..uhmmm, ok.

I once heard an observation, "Ever notice that in a gay relationship, one partner take on the role of the man? One would think that, being a gay relationship, the participants would have a more equal/non-gender approach but those relationships seem doomed to failure. So here you have two people who love each other and must cross outside of the accepted standards of society, then must so openly crutch upon the traditional family structure."
-anonymous gay friend schnockered on schnapps

Normally I'd put file this in the geriatric drug-head who other than being fabulous and having catchy music, when observing the lyrics and message really has nothing to say unless it is about himself.

Projection, perhaps, but it could be looked at as a person in twilight finally considering the teachings and impact of Jesus. Unfortunately the cynic in me weighs in and takes measure the attention whore just may need another hit or two of media before fading away in the gutter of fad street with headline snot running down his nose.

Swiss prostitutes armed with defibrillators
So good, they carry defibrillators. I'd put that in the brochure...
Prostitutes in the picturesque Swiss lakeside town of Lugano are adding defibrillation to their list of services following the death of several elderly punters whose hearts just couldn't take the pace.

According to the Corriere della Sera, there are currently 38 brothels and sex clubs in the Lugano area, and more are planned to accommodate the rising tide of customers who pop over the border from Italy.

For some, though, this proves to be a day trip too far. The most recent case was a pensioner who suffered a heart attack while enjoying Lugano's delights with the aid of "pharmaceutical assistance".
Next time read the friggin' package insert, Luigi ...
Accordingly, brothel owners plan to arm their girls with defibrillators, after suitable training.
Those who choose to leave the profession will be well on their way to careers in nursing home care. Amazing the vistas that open up as one acquires new competencies.

Strong Quake Reported Near N.Korea-Russia Border
A strong underground earthquake registering a magnitude of 6.9 on the Richter scale occurred about 21 km from the Russian border with North Korea around 10:13 a.m. on Thursday, the Korea Meteorological Administration announced based on data by the U.S. Geological Survey.

The epicenter was 42.7 degrees northern latitude and 130.9 degrees eastern longitude 110 km southwest of Vladivostok near the border of North Korea, China and Russia.

The KMA said the quake was strong but the actual surface wave magnitude was a mere 2 because it happened 562.5 km below from the surface.

Niger coup successful, president arrested
[Al Arabiya Latest] Soldiers have detained Niger's President Mamadou Tandja in a military coup led by a soldier named Major Adamou Harouna, Nigerien military sources said on Thursday. "The coup leader has succeeded," one source said. The president and the ministers are being detained not far from the presidential palace, the sources added.

France earlier told its nationals in Niger to stay indoors after reports a coup was under way in the former French colony that was rocked by explosions and gunfire, a diplomat said. About 1,500 French nationals live in Niger, along with some 500 other Europeans, according to the diplomat.
What, Somalia was getting crowded?
Niger is a major source of uranium for France's state-controlled nuclear energy company Areva, which is the impoverished nation's top private employer.

Soldiers opened fire earlier Thursday in the capital Niamey in what a senior French official said was a coup against President Tandja. Witnesses said the firing appeared to be centered on the presidency.

Tandja, 71, has spent more than a decade in power, having extended his term through a controversial referendum last August after dissolving parliament and the constitutional court. Niger has since been isolated on the international stage.

BNP men clash with cops
[Bangla Daily Star] BNP activists and police clashed in the city's Paltan area yesterday, leaving at least 10 people injured. Police picked up some 13 opposition workers from the scene.

BNP leaders claimed cops attacked their post-rally procession without provocation, while police said they had to charge baton to disperse "unruly party activists damaging vehicles on the street".

During the melee, a pedestrian named Nesaruddin, 48, was crushed to death by a private car at Paltan intersection. His brother Jahiruddin said Nesar was a lawyer's assistant and not involved in politics.

Police and witnesses said after the BNP's Muktangan rally ended at around 5:30pm, some workers tried to set fire to a bus at Purana Paltan. But police charged baton and broke up the crowd. In a few minutes, tension spread to Naya Paltan where BNP men got locked in a clash with the cops. Chase and counter-chase between them went on for around 45 minutes.

Stone-throwing demonstrators damaged several vehicles and tried to set three more including a police van on fire in Paltan.

Vehicular movement on roads in front of BNP's Naya Paltan headquarters and adjacent areas remained suspended for over an hour.

Later, BNP held a press briefing at its headquarters and demanded a judicial inquiry into the incident. Party's Senior Joint Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir claimed at least 100 of their workers had been injured.

"It was a planned police attack on our peaceful procession," he said.

Others present at the briefing included Opposition Chief Whip Zainul Abdin Farroque, Mahbubuddin Khokon and Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia last night condemned the police attack on her party's procession and demanded immediate release of the detained activists. In a statement, she also asked the authorities to ensure proper treatment for the injured party men.

"The Awami League government has not taken lesson from the past. It attacked our rallies and processions across the country," read the statement signed by Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, joint secretary general of the party.

Khaleda, also leader of the opposition in parliament, said it [government] has no respect for the opposition.

Tibetan Leader Meets Obama
[Quqnoos] Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, is expected to meet US President Barack Obama in Washington on Thursday

China has urged the Obama administration to scrap plans for the meeting, which is viewed in Beijing as another irritant in relations between the United States and China.

Tensions between the two countries have arisen over issues from trade to currencies to the US plan to sell 6.4 billion of weapons to Taiwan.

China vowed last week to impose unspecified sanctions against American companies selling arms to Taiwan and curtail military-to-military contacts.

China regards the spiritual leader as a separatist who is fermenting unrest in Tibet.

Mindful of Chinese sensitivities, Obama held off meeting the Dalai Lama until after he first met Chinese leaders during a trip to Asia in November.

Further, in a nod to diplomatic courtesy, Obama will not receive the Dalai Lama in the Oval Office of the White House and will, instead, greet him in the Map Room, a space which is generally used for social occasions.

China has recently become increasingly vocal in opposing meetings between foreign leaders and the Dalai Lama.

Washington has said it accepts Tibet is a part of China but wants Beijing to sit down with the Dalai Lama to address differences over the region's future.

Little Known Federal Law Offers Green Cards for Green Cash
45-story condo tower proposed for Seattle: The $225 million project would be built with money from foreign investors who, under an obscure federal program, can parlay investment in certain neighborhoods into permanent U.S. residency, or "green cards." An application by the city and the Sky project's developer, Twin Development, to include downtown Federal Way in the program was approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services last fall.

Without that designation and the inducement of green cards, the proposed condo tower wouldn't have penciled out, said Twin's co-manager. The Federal program is known as EB-5. It grants would-be immigrants residency if they invest at least $500,000 in a project that creates at least 10 jobs in a designated "regional center" targeted for economic growth.

India-Pakistan
India, Israel to negotiate free trade pact
Good. Israel needs to expand her major markets beyond the U.S. and Europe.
India and Israel have decided to negotiate a bilateral free trade pact, even as the two sides will work towards improved cooperation in areas like biotechnology. This was the outcome of a 45-minute meeting between Minister of State for Commerce Jyotiraditya Scindia and Israeli President Shimon Peres that was also attended by the Indian envoy here Navtej Sarna.

"The two leaders also agreed to continue to place emphasis on ties in the application of science and technology, particularly in areas related to agriculture and water management," an Indian official said.

"It was also mutually agreed that the next meeting of the Joint Trade and Economic Committee should be held at an early date in New Delhi," he said, adding that the challenges posed by global terrorism were also discussed.

During his other engagements here, Scindia proposed a practical step to enhance high-tech cooperation with a joint technology incubator initiative in India with representation from both sides.

The minister also met top Israeli industrialists to discuss promotion of trade and commerce between the two countries and delivered an address on "Indian Economy in the Next Decade -- An Engine for Growth."

Bilateral trade between India and Israel was worth $3.5 billion in 2008-09, with exports from India amounting to $1.5 billion, while imports out of Israel were valued at $2.09 billion.

Bilateral trade increased at a compounded annual growth rate of 15 percent over the last five years.

Scindia's engagements included a visit to a biomedical incubator dealing with infrastructure support for start up companies and an Indo-Israeli joint venture dealing with drip irrigation.

Yvo de Boer resigns as top UN climate official
Yogi Bear Yvo de Boer, the UN's top climate change official, says he will resign after nearly four years in the post.

His departure takes effect from 1 July, five months before 193 countries are due to reconvene in Mexico for another attempt at a global deal on climate.
Good luck with that fellas ...
Nations failed to reach a binding deal at the Copenhagen meeting in December.

Yogi Mr de Boer said he was announcing his departure now so that a successor could be found well before the Mexico meeting later this year.

The former Dutch civil servant was appointed as executive secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 2006. As the UN's climate negotiator, he was widely credited with raising the profile of climate change issues.

We were about an inch away from a formal agreement. It was basically in our grasp, but it didn't happen... so that was a pity
Ooooooooooooh. Close but no cigar...
But suspicion and distrust between developing and industrial countries barred the way to a binding accord at the UN's climate change summit in Copenhagen in December.
That and the fact that more people are realizing that climate change is bullshit...
In a statement, Mr de Boer said: "It was a difficult decision to make, but I believe the time is ripe for me to take on a new challenge."
...getting while the getting's good.
Mr De Boer said he would become a consultant on climate and sustainability issues for KPMG, a global accounting firm, and would be associated with several universities.
Yeah, didn't think he was gonna become a truck driver...

Southeast Asia
Women caned for illicit set 'grateful'
THE first Malaysian women to be caned under Islamic law for having illicit sex have reportedly said they regretted their actions and welcomed the punishment.

The three women, whose identities were not revealed, gave the first account of the caning which took place earlier this month, drawing condemnation from human rights activists and applause from some Muslim groups.

"On the day I was caned, I was scared but, at the same time, I knew I deserved it and was willing to take the punishment," said one of the women, a 25-year-old who went by the name of "Ayu".

She told the New Straits Times that the punishment - administered while they were fully clothed and by a female prison officer wielding a thin rattan cane - did not hurt.

"Those out there who are having sex before marriage should really consider the consequences and not only think about momentary pleasure," she told the daily.

The three women said they turned themselves in to religious authorities after being wracked by guilt over having pre-marital sex.

"Ayu" has a one-year-old daughter with her boyfriend, who she plans to marry, and the other two women also gave birth out of wedlock.

Human rights campaigners, who were stunned by the caning of the three women which had not been foreshadowed by authorities, were sceptical over the comments published in several Malaysian newspapers.

"These three women are just normal people who have been surrounded by all kinds of legal mumbo jumbo and pressured into agreeing to be caned," one activist said, declining to be named because of the sensitivity of the issue.

Islamic authorities triggered uproar last year when they sentenced mother-of-two Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno to six strokes of the cane after she was caught drinking beer in a hotel nightclub.

Her case, which was to have been the first time a woman was caned under Islamic law in Malaysia, is still under review after she was given a last-minute reprieve amid intense media coverage.

Malaysia's Bar Council has said it was "shocking" that the caning of the three women went ahead while the Kartika case was unresolved.

Legal commentators have said that the Islamic courts -- which operate in parallel to the civil system in Malaysia -- are becoming increasingly confident, threatening Malaysia's status as a secular nation.

The Sharia courts have been clamping down on rarely enforced religious laws that apply to Muslim Malays who dominate the population - including a ban alcohol and sex between unmarried couples.

Muslim Murderer To Not Be Executed By Arizona Because He Is Muslim
A Glendale man accused of killing his daughter in an "honor killing" will not face the death penalty.

After sparring with the suspect's defense attorney over its death-penalty-review process, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office has said it will not seek death for Faleh Almaleki, 49. The Iraqi immigrant is accused of killing his daughter, 20-year-old Noor Almaleki, for being "too Westernized."

Police say he used his Jeep Cherokee to run down his daughter and another woman in a Peoria parking lot Oct. 20. Noor later died of her injuries. Almaleki is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and two counts of leaving the scene of a serious accident. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The decision not to seek the death penalty comes after Almaleki's attorney, Billy Little, a public defender, asked a judge to take special precautions to ensure the County Attorney's Office wouldn't wrongly seek the death penalty because Almaleki is a Muslim.

Little requested that the office make public the process it uses to determine whether to seek capital punishment.

"An open process provides some level of assurance that there is no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs," Little wrote, referring to County Attorney Andrew Thomas' Christian faith.

Laura Reckart, a county prosecutor, responded that Little's concern about the "supposed bias" of the office's death-penalty-review process was "without legitimate factual or legal basis."

She wrote that the state can seek the death penalty for any person convicted of first-degree murder if it can prove the existence of at least one aggravating factor, not because of religion.

However, the debate stopped there. On Tuesday, Reckart filed a motion indicating prosecutors would not seek the death penalty. Mike Scerbo, a spokesman for the County Attorney's Office, declined to comment on the decision.

Prosecutors said Almaleki has admitted killing his daughter because she disgraced the family by not following traditional Iraqi or Muslim values. They liken the case to honor killings that occur in the Middle East, Africa and other parts of the world. In tribal societies where the practice occurs, male family members feel they must kill a rebellious relative who shames them by not adhering to traditional values.

Noor had reportedly married a man in Iraq and returned to Arizona to live with a boyfriend and his mother in Surprise, police said.

#9  So we have a clear case of religious discrimination: if I, a Christian, deliberately run down my daughter, kill her and injure her friend, I will be put to death.
Almaleki, as a Muslim, does the exact same thing, and he gets a life sentence.
(For the record, I don't have a daughter, and wouldn't run her down no matter what. I might give her a stern talking to, and if that didn't work, I might throw her out of the house, though.)
