#2 Believe it or not, the Dem weasels in NJ were looking at changing the laws on Senator replacements (a-la Mass)on 12/07/09 while Corzine was still in office, and Christie was waiting to be seated. I don't know how far it got or where it stands. LINKY

#7 Don't forget Lautenberg got to the Senate in 2002 in clear violation of New Jersey election laws (no new candidates within 30? days of election) when Sen. Torricelli resigned under Federal indictment. Constitution? That's for suckers and proles.
