#1 Mr De Boer said he would become a consultant on climate and sustainability issues for KPMG, a global accounting firm, and would be associated with several universities.

What does an accounting firm and "several universities" have to do with global warming? ..... oh, sorry. My bad.

#2 It's misleading to call KMPG an accounting firm. They have a pretty substantial consulting business.

#3 But they do also offer accounting services, lotp. ;-) My high school class's valedictorian works there, after having dropped out of Harvard Law because it wasn't challenging enough.
