BUT, if we are to follow SCIENCE. We should focus on where the problem areas are actually.

Currently for C-19/21 Infections per million for the last 7 days.

#1 is the Cayman Islands.
A lot of Western and Eastern Europe are #2 to #56
USA is #59.
South Africa is #109 out of 207 nations.

DEATHS per/Million over the last 7 days
#1 Bulgaria.
#43 USA
An again, a good ways down the list is South Africa @ #86.

So maybe the problem ain't the South African strain (??yet??)

But! If its so darn bad then shutdown ALL international travel ASAP. Stop, hold 5 days and TEST any and all persons (WH/Congress/Federal employees included) entering the USA to check for C-19/21 infection. If infected, no matter what their social, elitist, rank or political status. They are to be securely Quarantined in a CDC approved Medical Quarantine Treatment Facility, until no longer found an infectious threat to others.
