Gov. Hochul personally orders ARREST of NYC 'gloved beast' sex offender freed after being charged with knocking out diner in shocking attack - leaving victim in coma with a brain bleed
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Bui Van Phu, 55, from the Bronx, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after punching Jesus Cortes, leaving him in a coma, on Friday, August 12

  • But on Thursday, he was allowed to leave Bronx Criminal Court after the DA charged him with assault - a misdemanor which is not eligible for bail

  • Today, Gov. Kathy Hochul said she ordered his arrest after she 'took action in my own hands' once she'd discussed the charges filed by the DA's office

  • The DA's office earlier defended the charges, saying it 'will continue to investigate the alleged attack ... and is obtaining additional evidence'

  • 'As the investigation continues, it will be determined if elevated charges will be brough against the defendant,' the statement said

  • The registered sex offender was convicted in 1995 of sexual abuse and spent six years in prison with lifetime parole

  • Cortes, had to have brain surgery after the attack and is in an induced coma

Should have been immediately revoked. The DA and his minions are accessories to any subsequent crime.

7-11 Joins In the Gascon Recall Victory Celebrations With Store-Wide Savings
[CtizenFreePress] More of the kind of thing we saw yesterday. Tweets can be seen at the link.

Courtesy of Skidmark, the Daily Mail has the usual photos, adding:
  • More than 100 people descended on the convenience store in Los Angeles, California, on August 15, after blocking the roads

  • They ransacked the store while shouting at each other, with surveillance footage capturing them throwing items across the counter

  • One member of staff said that he feared for his life, and put up 'no resistance' to the looters according to the police

  • LAPD are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to come forward, claiming that those involved had also been driving 'recklessly' before the incident
LAPD Det. Ryan Moreno said that there was 'no resistance' and 'no fight put up' by the staff members working that day.

He added: 'We really want to prevent this from becoming a new trend.'

Those involved face charges of vandalism, grand theft and looting when they are apprehended by authorities.

Before the store incident, the crowd held a street takeover nearby and blocked traffic with their vehicles and performed 'donuts.'

Another street takeover, just an hour later and less than two miles down the road saw a teenage boy shot dead.

The brazen incident comes after Proposition 47 was passed in California in 2014, meaning that some property theft was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor.

The law, aimed at complying with a California Supreme Court order to reduce prison overcrowding, raised the threshold for felony theft to $950 from $400.

Two or more people who conspire to 'cheat and defraud any person or any property, by any means which are in themselves criminal' can face only one year in a county prison, a fine of $10k or a combination of th two.

Soft-on-crime progressive District Attorney George Gascón has been slammed for his policies which other politicians claim ‘weaken’ their laws.

LAPD data shows that as of March 2022 robberies had skyrocketed in Los Angeles by a staggering 17.2% from the same period of time in 2021.

Fed-up California assemblyman Rudy Salas, a Democrat, introduced a bill that would lower the amount a suspect can steal before facing a felony to $400, which was the original threshold before Proposition 47 passed.

Salas said: 'Enough is enough, we need to fight back against the criminals who are stealing from our communities.

'We have seen the unintended consequences of Prop 47’s weakening of our theft laws and I believe California voters are ready to make their voices heard on this issue again.'

The wild street takeovers have become more of an issue in recent months, with locals in LA begging police to do something about the problem.

#4  I have wonder for some time about the issue of the Soros backed prosecutorial election strategy as a tool for transformational change in urban America. It is beyond doubt working to destroy the public trust in the traditional model of our criminal justice. The argument is one of traditional circular logic: The system is racist and disproportionately punishes people of color. The premise is that since it is racist to imply that people of color are disproportionately criminal in their behavior, the only explanation must be racism.

(The fact that if you simply transpose the argument for criminality from race to economic/educational factors and proportions of single-family homes lacking a male father figure, you get exactly the same outcomes. Namely that poorly educated males from impoverished, matriarchal led homes are disproportionately prone to criminal behavior.)

But that issue aside, the question of the Progressive DA's toxic no bail, undercharging of arrestees and widespread blanket un-enforcement of existing law is the wellspring of the epidemic of criminal behavior. The looming question, is can they cloak the blanket disregard for existing law under the established principal of 'Prosecutorial Discretion'? I posit they in fact cannot. That such policy itself is a crime, and usurps illegally the legislative power that created the laws itself. Blanket failure to enforce, or reduce charging unreasonably by policy is in fact, by permissive intent, the same as the commission of the criminal act itself. It is malfeasance in office, an act of perjury against the oath of office itself and illegal acts made under color of authority. When is a state legislature going to demand that the courts act to arrest the DA's in question or disbar them for misconduct as an officer of the court? Enough is enough, we are witnessing the widespread arson of the criminal justice system!

Soros And Biden In 1989 Talking About The ‘De-Nationalization’ And ‘Radical Reorganization’ Of Economies
[NotTheBee] Thirty years before the Great Reset and climate policies became mainstream, you have a billionaire activist and the future President of the United States talking about how to "radically reform" the national sovereignty and economy of nations.

And yes, I get that they are talking about this within the context of the last years of the Soviet Union, the political realities of the Eastern Bloc, and the fall of the Iron Curtain.

But holy cow, Soros went on to become a household boogieman in conservative circles because he spends billions to get his people elected, and Joe Biden went on to become Vice President and then President in administrations that openly support the elitist policies of the World Economic Forum and other globalist institutions.

These people set out to reorganize the world to their liking, they've said so many times over the years, and now we're at a place where these guys and their pals have their fingers in pretty much every institution and policy in the Western world, from your local radio station and DA office to the $739 billion spending bill Congress and the White House just passed.

Man I had hoped the boomers were just being paranoid!

#1  Something Is Looming Geopolitically, And We Better Start Taking It Seriously

The link goes with the above Soros-Biden Agenda story --- As a result of western governments’ taking collective action under the auspices of a ‘climate change’ agenda, we are on the cusp of something happening with ramifications that no one has ever seen before.

Western governments’, specifically western Europe, North America (U.S-Canada) and Australia/New Zealand, are intentionally trying to lower economic activity to meet the intentional drop in energy production.

This is the core consequence of the Build Back Better agenda as promoted by the World Economic Forum. - (more@link)

#4  It's like a James Bond movie with George Soros as Ernst Stavro Blofeld. This guy wants to be king of the world and is willing to do, as Liz Cheney said, whatever it takes to realize his ambition. He has politicians like Cheney and Biden in his back pocket and nobody gets wise because the media won't talk about it. Problem is, Bond sold out and Christopher Steele took his place.

Government Corruption
'Crossfire Hurricane' not dead - FBI Unit Responsible for Raid on Mar-a-Lago Also Behind Russiagate Hoax
[PJ] If you thought the details of the raid on Mar-a-Lago couldn’t get shadier, you were wrong. Donald Trump has said from the beginning that the raid was another hoax and part of the original witchhunt.

Looks like he was right. The FBI division overseeing the investigation of his Trump’s handling of classified material just so happens to be the focus of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation of FBI abuses during the Russigate probe.

"The FBI’s nine-hour, 30-agent raid of the former president’s Florida estate is part of a counterintelligence case run out of Washington—not Miami, as has been widely reported—according to FBI case documents and sources with knowledge of the matter," reports the Epoch Times. "The bureau’s counterintelligence division led the 2016—2017 Russia ’collusion’ investigation of Trump, codenamed ’Crossfire Hurricane.'"

Peter Strozk, who lead Crossfire Hurricane, was fired and is no longer there, but "several members of his team remain working in the counterintelligence unit, the sources say, even though they are under active investigation by both Durham and the bureau’s disciplinary arm, the Office of Professional Responsibility."

Strozk infamously told fellow FBI official Lisa Page in texts that the Russia probe was an "insurance policy" in case Trump got elected.

Mitt Romney Just Stomped All Over Liz Cheney's Presidential Dreams
[RedState] Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) just lost her primary this week after she was delivered an epic stomping by Harriet Hageman and the people of Wyoming.

Cheney not only lost, but she lost by 38 points, even more than the polls were predicting. Why? Because the folks in Wyoming had enough of her obsession to get Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
. She completely failed them as a representative, not caring about their opinions, and attacking them for supporting Trump, but also not serving them on any of the real issues with which she should be concerned.

But in the grand tradition of those who fail, wanting to fail upward, Cheney is now considering whether to run for president because not even winning her race in Wyoming is somehow an indication that she should run nationally. She even compared herself to Abraham Lincoln in her concession speech. Talk about delusional.

There’s no doubt that some on the left might support such an effort, thinking that she might draw votes away from the eventual Republican nominee in 2024 if she ran as a third-party candidate. But there’s no way that she becomes the Republican nominee.

A lot of the media is still in the phase of pumping her up while she’s still attacking Trump.

But now that she lost and got such a royal trouncing, it sounds like at least one "Never Trumper" might be jumping off that Cheney train, at least when it comes to her running for president — Sen. Willard Mitt Romney, aka Pierre Delecto
...former governor of Massachussetts, the Publican nominee for president in 2012, now Senator from Utah. He is the son of the former governor of Michigan, George Romney, who himself ran for president after saving American Motors from failure, though not permanently. Romney has a record as a successful businessman, heading Bain Capital, and he rescued the 2002 Winter Olympics from the midst of bribery and mismanagement scandals. He is currently a trans Republican and a member in good standing of the Never Trump Party, attempting to assume the mantle of the late John McCain...
(R-UT), the guy who flips with the wind.

"I’m not going to encourage anyone to run for president. I’ve done that myself, and that’s something I’m not doing again. I don’t know if she really wants to do that. She would not become the nominee if she were to run. I can’t imagine that would occur," Romney told the Deseret News on Thursday.

Cheney, he said, might run for other purposes but "I’m not in collaboration with that effort."

So he’s not going to be on board with an aborted effort to take away from the Republican nominee. That’s intriguing, coming from Romney, but expect more people not to be on board with this either if he’s dumping all over it. The funniest part is the last sentence. He doesn’t want anyone to think he would be on board with the "collaboration" he thinks is going to come down the pike. And he thinks she might run for "other purposes."

What would those "other purposes" be? Getting a ton of money to the anti-Trump organization she’s going to set up? Lincoln Project 2.0? The first one didn’t go well. Talk about craven use of the process. But that would be Liz Cheney.

But when you can’t even get Mitt Romney who hates Trump, you might have a problem.
