Army officer says squatter moved into her DeKalb home while she was on duty, now she can't evict him
[WSB-TV Atlanta] DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A U.S. Army officer says a squatter moved into her DeKalb County home while she was serving on active duty, and now she can’t have him evicted.

She told Channel 2 Consumer Investigator Justin Gray that she found out when her real estate agent was making final preparations to sell the house.

"He’s not a tenant. He’s a squatter," Lt. Colonel Dahlia Daure said.

"You didn't build that house."

Over 130 vehicles broken into, several guns stolen at Henry County, GA. apartment complexes
[WSB-TV Atanta] STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. — Neighbors in Stockbridge are on edge after they say thieves broke into dozens of cars overnight at two Henry County apartment complexes.

Neighbors living on Rock Quarry Road woke up to multiple car windows shattered and their items tossed and tampered with.

Stockbridge Police said a group of thieves hit 132 cars in two apartment complexes, and Carter was told they got away with several guns.

"Listen, I woke up to a storm...not the weather but a thief in the night," Kevin Varnell said.

Sweeping glass into a dustpan was not how Warnell wanted to spend his Sunday morning.

"Both of my cars, my daughter’s car, everything just destroyed and chaos," Varnell said.

Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney 'can't sleep' over Bud Light backlash
[NYPOST] Transgender influencer Dylan Stench of Death Mulvaney
...the transexual influencer who single-handedly trashed a major American beer brand owned by a Belgian company, tainted Maybelline and Condé Nast, and then demanded that anybody who called him/her/it a man be arrested...
admitted on a recent podcast episode that the relentless backlash over her Bud Light partnership has kept her up at night.

The TikTok star told fellow transgender activist Schuyler Bailar that the intense, weeks-long uproar over her paid sponsorship with the beer company has gotten under her skin, but that the fiasco may have been a blessing in disguise.

"Now there are hundreds of thousands of people that do not like me, and I still sometimes can’t sleep but it in a weird way has been a blessing to sort of break that people-pleasing mentality," Mulvaney said during a Monday episode of Bailar’s "Dear Schuyler" podcast. "Because I can’t, there’s no way that I can win those people over."
Such a feminine response. Probably as real as Mr. Mulvaney’s faked female persona.
Mulvaney — who has tried to remain poised in the face of overwhelming criticism and transphobia — said her social media pages have transformed into a "cultural war" since announcing her partnership with Bud Light last month.

The fallout has led to nationwide boycotts and caused Bud Light sales to plummet week after week, with the carnage spilling into parent company Anheuser-Busch’s other brands like Budweiser and Michelob Ultra.

The influencer implied that she might not have accepted the paid sponsorship had she known the onslaught of opposition it would spark, for which she wasn’t ready.
There he was, making easy money playing a role as unlike real females as the female impersonators in the burlesque shows, when suddenly the cheers turned to boos.

Adidas To Sell Stockpile Of Yeezy Shoes
Easy enough.
Shoe the migrants and homeless with a Biden grant.

[ZeroHedge] Warehouses operated by Adidas AG are stuffed with a market value of more than $1 billion of unsold Yeezy products. Top executives have been mulling over what to do with all those Yeezy shoes since it terminated its contract with Kanye West last October.

Adidas' new CEO Bjorn Gulden offered new insight Thursday at an annual shareholder meeting of what he plans to do with the shoes.

"Burning is not the solution," Gulden said. He said over time, the German sportswear maker will "try to sell parts of the product" and donate the profit to charities of people who "were hurt" by West's antisemitic comments last year.

Adidas previously warned that if it were to dispose of the remaining inventory of Yeezy shoes -- it would suffer an operating loss of as much as €700 million ($765 million) in 2023. This would mark the company's first loss in three decades.

Kansas City becomes 'safe haven' after Missouri passes bills on transgender care
Soon to be overrun by M-F migrants.
[JustTheNews] The day after the Missouri legislature passed a bill banning gender transition surgeries for minors and a moratorium on prescribing medication for transitions, the state's largest city passed a resolution to become a sanctuary for those seeking the services.

Ordinance 230385, a measure declaring Kansas City a "safe haven for gender-affirming health care through adoption of a gender-affirming health care policy," was introduced by Democratic Mayor Quinton Lucas. It passed 11-1 on Thursday.

Before the vote, Lucas said the ordinance will ensure citizens in the transgender community “know that our city supports them and supports gender-affirming health care that they will need in connection with receiving any type of medical care or services.”

“What this does is say to our community is that we support you, we support the decisions that you are going to be making in private with your physicians,” Councilwoman Andrea Bough, the only member to speak on the ordinance, said before the vote. “This community is welcoming and affirming.”

The ordinance was discussed during the city’s Transportation, Infrastructure and Operations Committee on Wednesday as the legislature was passing Senate Bill 49, which prevents health care providers from performing gender-transition surgeries on any minor. The bill also restricts health care providers from prescribing or administering cross-sex hormones or puberty-blocking drugs to a minor for a gender transition until Aug. 28, 2027, unless the minor was receiving treatment prior to Aug. 28, 2023.

Republican Gov. Mike Parson said he would call the legislature into a special session if they didn't send him bills stopping gender-transition care and preventing transgender women from participating in women’s sports. The legislature also passed on Wednesday Senate Bill 39, which prohibits transgender women from competiting in women’s sports.

“All children, regardless of their gender or orientation, are invaluable and should not be subjected to potentially irreversible surgeries and treatments prior to adulthood,” Parson posted on social media Wednesday. “The presence of biological males in women’s sports limits fair competition from hard-working female athletes. Women and girls fought hard for the equal rights they enjoy today, and they should not be deprived of athletic opportunity due to biological advantages of the opposite sex.”

The ordinance states Kansas City personnel shall not criminally prosecute or impose administrative penalties on an individual for providing, seeking, receiving or assisting another individual who is seeking or receiving gender-affirming health care. It also directs city personnel to regard as its lowest priority enforcement of any Missouri law or regulation which imposes a criminal punishment, civil liability, administrative penalty or professional sanction with any gender-affirming actions.

Bough said she wanted to dispel emails being sent to fellow members spreading fear concerning the ordinance.

“This does protect, we believe, the sanctity of a family and an individual and their ability to make decisions,” Bough said. “It does not give any right or power or privilege to someone – a young person who maybe is not capable of making a decision. It leaves that decision with that child and their parents.”

Philippines coordinating with Kuwait embassy, recruitment agencies after entry ban
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Philippines’ Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is coordinating with its embassy in Kuwait and recruitment agencies in response to the Kuwaiti government’s entry ban on Filipino workers.

In a statement issued on Friday, the DMW said the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informed it of the suspension of new entry visas for Filipinos.

"We shall continue to pursue the track of labor diplomacy in ensuring the welfare and safety of our oversees Filipino workers (OFWs), while we await more details as to the rationale and issues surrounding the action of the Kuwait government," the statement said.

"We are closely working with the DFA and the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait (PE-Kuwait) in a unified, whole-of-government approach to the situation."

Local media in Kuwait reported on Tuesday that the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior had banned all types of work and entry visas for Filipinos as per the orders of interior minister Sheikh Talal al-Khaled al-Sabah.

The suspension reportedly was due to the Philippines having not "complied with the provisions of the labor agreement between the two countries," local news outlet Kuwait Times quoted unnamed sources in the ministry as saying.

However,
a clean conscience makes a soft pillow...
no further details were provided.

The Philippines’ DMW said it was "ready to assist our OFWs affected by this action of the Kuwait government," and urged all Kuwait-bound workers to connect with them directly.

The latest suspension would not be the first entry ban between the two countries. In February, the Philippines barred first-time workers, especially domestic workers, from entering Kuwait after the horrific rape and murder of a housemaid by a Kuwaiti teenager.

About 268,000 Filipino workers are employed in Kuwait. According to data from the Department of Migrant Workers, there were more than 24,000 cases of violation and abuse against Filipino workers in 2022 alone.

According to the DMW, instances of abuse against Filipino workers have increased in recent years, with dozens reporting cases of rape, human trafficking, labor contract violations, and illegal terminations.

'Bridgerton' star Adjoa Andoh calls royals 'terribly white,' sparking most UK TV complaints of year
[NYPOST] "Bridgerton" star Adjoa Andoh is under fire for deriding the royal family as "terribly white" during live coverage of the coronation — sparking more official complaints than any other UK broadcast this year.
African rulers, traditional or otherwise, appear to be terribly black. So what's yer point?
The 60-year-old actress, who plays Lady Agatha Danbury in the royal-themed Netflix show, made the racial remark while a guest commentator for ITV’s live coverage of Saturday’s crowning of King Charles III.

As the king and his kin waved to wellwishers from a Buckingham Palace balcony, Andoh decried how the event had "gone from the rich diversity of [Westminster] Abbey to the terribly white balcony.

"I’m very struck by that," she said as fellow pundit Myleene Klass appeared aghast.
It was an Anglo-Saxon nation until the post-Colonial influx of pushy and ignorant colored folk.
UK regulator Ofcom confirmed to The Post on Thursday that there have already been 4,165 complaints about her remarks — making it the most complained-about moment of 2023.

Government Corruption
FBI Sued Over Trans Shooter's Manifesto
[Townhall] A conservative law firm is taking the Federal Bureau of Investigation to federal court for withholding the manifesto of trans-identified shooter Audrey "Aiden" Hale, who mass murdered six victims, including three children, at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 27, as litigation mounts over law enforcement's refusal to release Hale's writings.

Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL)'s lawsuit against the FBI was filed Wednesday morning in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of its clients: The Star News Network, a Nashville-headquartered conservative media company that operates a nationwide family of digital newspapers; its editor-in-chief Mike Leahy; and reporter Matt Kittle.

The plaintiffs had submitted a public records request on April 20 under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requesting access to Hale's manifesto and, after the FBI denied the formal FOIA request seeking a copy of the manifesto, WILL appealed to the U.S. Department of Justice, a preliminary step required by federal law. Then on May 5, the Biden administration's DOJ rejected the expedited administrative-appeal challenge and affirmed the FBI's April 25 decision, triggering WILL's latest legal action.

According to the FBI's denial memo addressed to The Star News Network's journalist, the bureau stated that the material requested is "located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure," pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A). The FBI's letter also asserted that the information's release could "reasonably be expected to interfere with [law] enforcement proceedings."

In some cases, as independent journalist Tayler Hansen reported, migrants are being given NTAs to appear before an immigration judge in 2026 and 2027:

DHS documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that as of February, migrants with NTRs have been given scheduled immigration hearings as far out as a decade from today. In New York, for instance, many border crossers will not have to go before an immigration judge until October 2032.
