She pissed off the Iranians by accusing them of having bad DNA. Her dealings with N. Korea's "rocket man" Kim Jong-unnn was simply appeasement. And when the Chinese balloons were floating across the US snapping pics of US military/nuclear sites she wanted to reverse decision Blinken's decision to cancel a visit to China who has substanitally lined the pockets of "The Big Guy" and his numerous family members and non-family member acquaintances.
