Council of Jihadi Leaders and Political Parties To Help Ease Challenges
[Tolo News] The joint commission of the Council of Jihadi Leaders and Political Parties said on Friday they will never try to erode the national unity government, It is said that seven members of the commission will be appointed by the government and soon the commission will start work to evaluate the ongoing situation in the country.

Many believe that if the council is determined to work to help strengthen the political system, this would be helpful at curbing national issues; however there is a perception in the country that those who pursue particular ambitions must not be included in the council's structure.

After a series of consultations and discussions, former Jihadi leaders and political parties are now trying to help the national unity government to overcome challenges which the country faces.

The council has a joint commission and seven members will be decided by government.

"The commission should have a look at the last year and find out which factors really caused the ongoing crisis and abnormalities. The commission should also refer the recommendations of Jihadi leaders and political parties to government," council member Sadiq Mudabir said.

Meanwhile,
...back at the Hubba Hubba Club, Nunzio had his hands full of angry bleached blonde...
the head of the council has said that the commission will assess the performance of the national unity government during the last year to find out what caused the current situations.

"The council is determined to be helpful to government. The council will never try to weaken the government," Mudabir said.

"If the council supports and works for stability of government, it would prove effective, but government must prevent entry of those who want to gain political influence," law expert Nasrullah Stanikzai said.

Following the collapse of the strategic city of Kunduz in northern Afghanistan to the Taliban recently, a number of former Jihadi leaders under the leadership of former Jihadi commander Abdul Rab Rasool Sayyaf
...Afghan Salafist warlord, owned by Saudi Arabia. He was the guy who invited al-Qaeda to come into Afghanistan and make themselves at home...
gathered to form such a council.

Former Jihadi leader Abdul Rab Rasool Sayyaf, former defense minister Bismillah Mohammadi, former Jihadi leader and former vice president Mohammad Yunus Qanuni, former Jihadi leader and ex-minister of water and energy Mohammad Esmail Khan and other prominent Jihadi leaders and heads of political parties are members of the council.

Afghan Govt Welcomes Obama's Decision
[Tolo News] The Afghan government on Thursday night strongly welcomed U.S President Barack Obama
If you have a small business, you didn't build that...
's decision to delay the draw down of American troops in Afghanistan.

The Presidential Palace announced in a statement that "the government of Afghanistan, on behalf of the people, welcomes the US decision for its continued partnership and cooperation with the people of Afghanistan particularly over cooperation in the security sector that the two countries agreed to within the framework of th Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA)".

The decision to maintain the current level of troops in Afghanistan reiterates the continued partnership and relations between the US and Afghanistan and this shows that threats still exist against the common interests of the two countries, the blurb read.

The common interests in fact explain stability and development of Afghanistan and war against regional and international terrorism, the blurbs added, saying that the decision came as a result of months of deliberations between the two presidents and as a result of joint cooperation and accurate assessment of the situation.

The Afghan leadership is firmly committed in its stance to further boost bilateral relations and cooperation against terrorism.

The president and chief executive of Afghanistan in ongoing consultations with their partners across various sectors including soldiers, officers and army commanders have evaluated the needs of the armed forces of the country particularly with regards to their struggles against terrorism, the statement says.

The Afghan forces continue to be responsible for security in the country and in defending territorial integrity and national illusory sovereignty against threats inflicted by the enemy and the new US decision can help to further strengthen the Afghan cops and boost their war capabilities, read the statement.

The Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan wants to reaffirm its commitments to the Afghans and to its international partners that it will continue with the process of rule of law, reforms, protection of human rights
When they're defined by the state or an NGO they don't mean much...
, protection of women rights and economic development, the statement added.

In conclusion it read, the Taliban and other terrorist groups should remember that their efforts against security forces will not change into reality and they will face historic defeats.

Africa North
Tripoli confirms two new Lockerbie suspects, including Qaddafi spy chief
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The two new Libyan suspects in the Lockerbie bombing probe are Abdullah al-Senussi, the former spy chief of ousted leader Muammar Qadaffy
...Proof that a madman with money will be politely received for at least 42 years until his people get tired of him and kill him...
, and a second man, Muhammad Abu Ejaila, a front man for the government in Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
said on Friday.

Senussi is currently being held in a jail in Tripoli after he was sentenced for his role in the deaths of protesters during the 2011 uprising against Qadaffy. No details were immediately available on the second suspect in the 1988 airline bombing.

Jamal Zubia, director of the media office of the Tripoli government, sent a message to journalists confirming the names but saying the Libyan attorney general's office had not been officially informed about the two suspects.

Islam was 'never part of Europe': Hungary's Orban
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban defended his hardline stance against refugees, the vast majority of whom are Muslim, saying in an interview published Friday that Islam "has never been part of Europe".
Except for that Gates of Vienna thing...
...and Bosnia-Herzegovina...
Speaking to Germany's Focus news weekly about the record migrant influx, he said "the language of the European elite is ideological and dogmatic".
There was that Moslem occupation of Spain, I guess.
"Islam has never been part of Europe, it came to us," Orban told Focus in an interview to be published in full Saturday.
I don't think Andrea Doria liked them, either.
The Muslims conquered Sicily in the 9th century and elsewhere, from where they raided Italy and France.
He conceded that Germany's Turkish migrants, who arrived in their tens of thousands from the 1960s for work, now "belong to German history and therefore Europe's too".

"But spiritually, Islam was never part of Europe. It's the rulebook of another world," said Orban.

He also hit out at La Belle France and Germany for refusing to countenance "any doubts" over a multicultural society.

"We in Hungary decide what we want or don't want. We don't want that," he said.

Almost 600,000 people have arrived in Europe so far this year, with many of them heading for Germany and Sweden.

Orban asserted that most asylum seekers arriving in Europe are actually economic migrants.

"Not everyone is entitled to a life in Germany or a life in Hungary. That's only for those who have worked for it," he said.

In the face of a historic surge in migrant arrivals, Hungary in September sealed its border with Serbia. On Thursday, it announced it had also completed a fence along the Croatian border.

Hungary's use of fences and its treatment of migrants, including serious festivities on September 16 between police and migrants, has been sharply criticized, including by UN chief the ephemeral Ban Ki-moon.

Turkey says wall along Syrian border to be completed soon
[Rudaw] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
has finished the first phase of a 36.5 kilometer wall along its border with Syria, CNN Turk reported Thursday, to stop the influx of more war refugees.

It said the first phase of the barrier, on the Syrian-Turkish border city of Hatay, had been completed.

Each barrier block is three meters high and two meters wide, the network said, and weighs seven tons. Each has been stamped with the Turkish government's logo.

CNN Turk reported that the wall project is to be completed in the next few days, putting a stop to smugglers and migrants en route to Europe.

Turkey has captured more than 500 refugees for trying to cross the border illegally in several provinces around the country over the past three days, the Hurriyat Daily News reported on Wednesday.

Some two million war refugees, mainly from Syria, have fled to Turkey, where most are housed in camps.

'Wanted Ankara suicide bombers eluded police for four months'
[Hurriyet Daily News] The jacket wallahs responsible for the double blasts that killed 99 people in Ankara have been on a police wanted list for the past four months, daily Hurriyet has reported.

The suicide bombers have been identified as Yunus Emre Alagöz and Ömer Deniz Dundar, both members of the "Dokumacilar" group based in the southeastern province of Adiyaman that has recruited jihadists for the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Alagöz, whose identity was confirmed both through a DNA test and images from security cameras, was the brother of Seyh Abdurrahman Alagöz, who detonated a suicide bomb on July 20 at the Amara Cultural Center in the southeastern district of Suruc, killing 33 others.

According to sources, the police headquarters in Ankara received intelligence of a possible kaboom targeting the peace rally three days before the demonstration on Oct. 10.

The intelligence included a list of 16 people with links to ISIL as prime suspects of the planned attack. Alagöz and Dundar were also on the list, which included photographs and identity card information regarding the 16 suspects.

Additionally, the names of both attackers were in the National Judiciary Network System (UYAP) and the GBT, a law-enforcement database.

Despite numerous security operations in Ankara to find the suspects, none of the 16 people were detained before the attacks.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shattered spaceship, Fffflirgoll the Arcturan slithered stealthily toward the control room, where the humans had barricaded themselves...
an investigation launched into footage from the attacks revealed how Alagöz and Dundar made their trip to Ankara and into the rally ground.

The attackers set off from the southeastern province of Gaziantep with a private car and initially arrived at Ankara's Gölbasi district. From there, they took a taxi to a café in central Balgat district, 10 minutes from the Ankara train station, where they enjoyed breakfast and waited for the rally ground to become more crowded.

Once the declared time of the rally had arrived, the attackers took another taxi to the station. They subsequently walked toward the front of the Ankara Train Station and detonated their bombs.

Reports indicate both suicide bombers prepared for the attack as part of sleeper cells in the Dokumacilar group in Gaziantep. Orhan Gönder, the alleged bomber in the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) rally in the southeastern province of Diyarbakir on June 5, as well as the Suruc bomber were also involved in the sleeper cells.

Three people with ties to the suicide bombers have been detained by police.

One of the three allegedly own the private car that brought Alagöz and Dundar to Ankara, while the other two were their driver and guide.

Two people believed to be involved in the attacks, alongside three people with ties to ISIL, have also been caught, raising the number of detained suspects to eight.

Authorities in Ankara also removed the city's intelligence and security chiefs due to their failure to stop the attacks. So far, however, the country's interior and justice ministers have resolutely refused to resign over the affair despite pressure to do so. Instead, Interior Minister Selami Altinok denied that there were any security shortcomings following the blast.

Ankara bombing suspects formerly probed, cleared of al-Qaeda links
[Hurriyet Daily News] The two suspects over the deadly Oct. 10 suicide kabooms in Ankara had previously been probed by Turkish prosecutors for alleged links to al-Qaeda, but the investigation was closed down, news website Radikal has reported.

Ömer Deniz Dundar and his twin brother Mahmut Gazi Dundar were reportedly probed last year on charges of having links to al-Qaeda, but the investigation launched by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in the southeastern province of Adiyaman was closed. The probe was halted despite the testimony of Mehmet Dundar, the father of the twins, that they had gone to Syria to join Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) jihadists.

The father said on Sept. 30, 2013 in his testimony that his sons had gone to Syria to join jihadists before coming back to Adiyaman.

After staying for two months in Adiyaman, the two then returned to Syria at the same time as the Adiyaman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office started the investigation into 19 suspects - including the two Ankara bombing suspects and Seyh Abdurrahman Alagöz, the suspect implicated in the Suruc bombing - on charges of having links to al-Qaeda.

Alagöz's last name was stated as "Dundar" in the indictment.

The indictment stated also that the two Ankara bombing suspects had a phone conversation with Salih Kucuktas, one of the 19 suspects, on Dec. 3, 2013, which suggested that the Dundar brothers had been to Syria on multiple occasions.

The deadly Ankara blasts killed at least 100 civilians and maimed hundreds of others on Oct. 10 ahead of a peace-themed demonstration at the heart of the Turkish capital.

The town of Adiyaman has become notorious in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
as a site of radicalism among poor youths. Last year, the Adiyaman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office filed a case against three people - Mehmet Isbar, Salih Kucuktas and Mustafa Dokumaci - on charges of having links to al-Qaeda. The case is still ongoing.

Dokumaci was accused of handling recruiting activities for a holy warrior camp called "Dokumacis" in Adiyaman, which was later revealed to have links to ISIL.

Isbar, Kucuktas and Dokumaci were reported to be tried without arrest, but the investigation launched in the same case against the 19, including Dundar brothers and the Suruc bombing suspect, was later closed without coming to trial.

Seyh Abdurrahman Alagöz was implicated in the deadly Suruc bombing that killed dozens and maimed more than 100 in Turkey's southeastern province of Sanliurfa in late July.

At least 16 other suspects, including Kasim Dere, Mehmet Isik, Mehmet Mustafa Cevik, Yakup Aktulum and Ridvan Yaman - listed in the roster of wanted suspects prepared by the national police force and the National Intelligence Agency (MIT) - were also cleared in the investigation into the "Dokumacis."

MHP leader sees 'security failure' in Ankara massacre
[Hurriyet Daily News] A serious security failure led to the Oct. 10 double suicide kaboom in Ankara that killed at least 99 people, Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahceli has said, suggesting that the government should have resigned if it were not an interim government that will serve only until the Nov. 1 snap election.

In an interview with private broadcaster Haberturk late on Oct. 15, Bahceli said Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was wrong to claim that the current interim government, the caretaker of which is his Justice and Development Party (AKP), should not be dubbed an "AKP government."

"The prime minister is talking very wrongly and is distorting facts. He is destroying institutions while covering up the truth. If bombs are carried to Ankara by coming a long way, like 935 kilometers from Raqqa, then it means there is a failure or there are facts that we do not know," Bahceli said.

Referring to the removal of Ankara's police, intelligence and security chiefs from their posts after the attack in order to ease the investigation into the bombing, the MHP head said these removals "relieved society."

"There is a need for a very close investigation of the Suruc massacre and the Ankara massacre. Cities have become unlivable since July 20 [when festivities between the security forces and outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party snuffies erupted]. In such an environment, the resignation of two ministers is not very meaningful," Bahceli said.

Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu has repeatedly called for dismissals at the Interior Ministry, demanding prompt action from Davutoglu for either the dismissal or resignation of both the justice minister and the interior minister.

"It is actually the government whose resignation is primarily required. But there are only 15 days left until the election, so such a resignation would not be very meaningful," Bahceli told Haberturk.

Accusing PM of 'power vacuum' upon Ankara massacre, CHP-HDP leaders insist on dialogue
[Hurriyet Daily News] The heads of the Republican People's Party (CHP) and the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) have both continued their criticism of Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu following the deadly Oct. 10 Ankara suicide kabooms, saying The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
is currently in a dangerous power vacuum.

Speaking separately following a joint meeting on Oct. 16, both CHP head Kemal Kilicdaroglu and HDP co-chair Selahattin Demirtas called on people to "not give up hope," underlining the urgent need for "dialogue channels in politics" to secure healthy conduct amid the ongoing turmoil.

"Mr. Davutoglu is a person who has been overwhelmed with the intensity and heaviness of the incidents. His recent statements are particularly full of contradictions. I'm following these statements with concern," Kilicdaroglu, told news hounds after his meeting with Demirtas and fellow HDP co-chair Figen Yuksekdag at parliament.

His remarks came after being reminded of Davutoglu's remarks about the "difficulty" of tracking jacket wallahs trained in and originating from Syria, where fighters of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are based.

"They came from Syria. So how did they come from Syria to Ankara? Is something like this possible? It is like the incident took place on the Syria border, or inside Syrian territory. No, the incident took place in Ankara. It took place 500 meters away from the Ankara Police Department. There is a serious power vacuum in Turkey. Society's conscience is troubled by this," Kilicdaroglu said.

The grassroots of the HDP had a major presence at the peace rally where at least 99 people were killed, while the CHP also lost party members and local executives in the attack.

Shortly after Kilicdaroglu, Demirtas also spoke to news hounds. After being reminded of Davutoglu's recent statement that he would agree to meet Demirtas only if he publicly acknowledges making a mistake by blaming state forces for the attack, the HDP co-chair said it was actually the prime minister who should apologize.

Turkey part of just three coalition airstrikes against ISIL since August
[Hurriyet Daily News] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) targets in Syria since August.

Turkish war have jets struck ISIL positions in Syria in two of the three aerial campaigns so far, with the last of the air strikes coming late on Oct. 14, according to Turkish sources in Ankara.

In the last Arclight airstrikes, the F-16 jets hit ISIL compounds alongside coalition aircraft that took off from the Incirlik Airbase in southern Turkey late on Oct. 14.

U.S. predators later struck a number of ISIL vehicles that were trying to escape, sources said, clarifying a White House statement.

"We have seen in the last 24 hours or so that Turkey has stepped up its activity in Syria ... Reports overnight [state] that the Turks for the first time successfully struck a mobile ISIL target inside Syria," White House front man Josh Earnest had said during a daily press briefing on Oct. 15

Turkey conducted its first joint air strikes as part of the U.S.-led coalition against ISIL on Aug. 28.

In the same month, after months of hesitation, Turkey agreed to be part of the military campaign against ISIL, as well as granting expanded access to the U.S.-led coalition forces to Incirlik Air Base, a pivotal tactical spot from which to launch fighter jets. The US and Turkey finalized the agreement on Aug. 24.

Several terrorists' homes to be demolished
[Ynet] Notices distributed to the families of the murderers of Naama and Eitam Henkin and Malachi Rosenfeld, 48 hours before the demolitions were due to be carried out.

Demolition orders were issued on Wednesday evening for several homes belonging to holy warriors behind murders of Israelis in recent months.

The seven orders, which according to the notices would be implemented within 48 hours, were distributed to the family of Naama and Eitam Henkin's murderers; two members of the cell that killed Malachi Rosenfeld in Silwad; the home of Muhannad Halabi who murdered Aharon Bennett and Nehemia Lavi; and to the family of Danny Gonen's killer, in Qalandiya refugee camp.

The Cabinet decided on a series of steps this week in order to try and stem the rising tide of terror that has swept the country. The home demolitions form part of these new measures, along with the banning of rioters from the Temple Mount and not returning terrorists' bodies to their families.

Demolitions are already being carried out. At the beginning of the month, an IDF engineering corps -- with the assistance of police teams - demolished the homes of Mohammed Jabis, who carried out a tractor attack in Jerusalem in August 2014, and Abu Jamil Jasan Ben Mohammed, who took part in the shooting and stabbing attack at a Har Nof synagogue in November 2014.

A room in the home of Mutaz Hijazi, who attempted to murder Yehuda Glick, was sealed off as well.

Kerry calls Abbas, Netanyahu to urge Mideast calm
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] U.S. Secretary of State John F. I was in Vietnam, you know Kerry
Former Senator-for-Life from Massachussetts, self-defined war hero, speaker of French, owner of a lucky hat, conqueror of Cambodia, and current Secretary of State...
has called the Israeli and Paleostinian leaders to express concern at recent violence and ask them to work to restore calm, an official said Friday.

The move comes amid mounting festivities in Israel and the Paleostinian Territories that have raised fears of a full-scale uprising, with an overnight arson attack on a Jewish holy site in the West Bank the latest incident to heighten tensions.

U.S. and Israeli officials said Friday that Netanyahu and Kerry plan to meet in Berlin next week.

Officials were not able to confirm the exact timing of the talks, but Netanyahu already has a scheduled meeting with Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel
...current chancellor of Germany. She was educated in East Germany when is was still run by commies, but in 1989 got involved with the growing democracy movement when the Berlin Wall fell. Merkel is sometimes referred to by Germans as Mom...
on Wednesday.

State Department front man Mark Toner noted that Kerry had previously spoken of a desire to meet Israeli and Paleostinian leaders about the unrest in the coming days.

Robert Gates: US rebel training program 'nuts,'
h/t Gates of Vienna
A doomed US plan now on hold to train Syrian rebel fighters outside the country to fight the Islamic State was "nuts," former defense secretary Robert Gates said.

President Barack Obama's administration has suspended its $500 million train and equip effort in the latest embarrassment concerning a Syria strategy that has stumbled from one setback to the next.

Where's the refunded portion ?

Kurdish forces in Syria recovered some air-dropped U.S. weaponry
[Ynet] The Pentagon said on Thursday that Kurdish forces in Syria appeared to have recovered some of the ammunition and equipment that the United States air dropped for Syrian Arab groups on Sunday.

"My understanding is that it was specifically to Syrian Arab forces and that there were other groups, opposition groups, that may have also been able to recover some of the weaponry as well," Pentagon front man Peter Cook told a news briefing.

Pressed as to whether that included Kurdish groups, Cook said: "Yes, yes. That's my understanding - Kurdish forces as well."

Russia agrees all technical questions for Syria flight safety with U.S.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Russian defence ministry said on Friday it had agreed all the necessary technical questions needed to seal an agreement with the United States on flight safety over Syria and that a final memorandum would be signed in the near future.

"All technical matters have already been agreed upon, with Russian and U.S. lawyers now cross checking the text of the document," said Colonel-General Andrei Kartapolov, according to the Interfax news agency.

"We hope this document will be signed in the very near future," he said, saying Moscow still wanted broader cooperation with the United States and other countries when it came to Syria.

Russia's entry into Syria's civil war has stoked concerns about an accident between U.S. and Russia jets. The Pentagon has cited cases in which Russia aircraft came within miles of drones and piloted U.S. fighter jets.

A U.S. official, who spoke to Rooters on condition of anonymity earlier this week, said the U.S. and Russian militaries were finalizing a memorandum of understanding that set out basic air safety procedures in the skies above Syria.

ISIS pays recruiters $10,000 per person: U.N.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is paying supporters up to $10,000 for each person that they recruit to wage jihad in Syria and Iraq, UN experts said Friday after a visit to Belgium, one of the main countries of origin for so-called imported muscle.

Elzbieta Karska, who chairs a UN group studying the issue, said ISIS is using social media and informal networks of friends and family, with many of them in Syria, to recruit new jihadists in Belgium.

The UN experts learned from Belgian contacts that 500 imported muscle in Iraq and Syria originated in Belgium, the highest per capita of any EU country, she added.

"We have heard... about situations where recruiters were paid from two, three thousand to 10,000 dollars depending on... who was recruited," Karska told a presser in Brussels, adding the findings were preliminary.

"If somebody was well educated like computer specialists or doctors, they were paid more," the Polish human rights
...not to be confused with individual rights, mind you...
lawyer added.

Her colleague Patricia Arias, a Chilean lawyer, added "they are paid by Daesh [Islamic State]," the Arabic acronym for Islamic State.

The Belgian-based myrmidon group Sharia4Belgium enlisted the first wave of recruits for Syria in 2010, according to Karska's UN body, which was set up by the Geneva-based UN Commission on Human Rights.

With Sharia4Belgium now broken up and many of its members jugged
Keep yer hands where we can see 'em, if yez please!
, recruiting has changed.

In the last year, "the key method of recruitment is reportedly through informal networks of friends and family, and through social media," Karska said.

"A significant degree of recruitment currently occurs through friends and family in Syria, who are also paid on the basis of the number of persons they recruit and on whether the recruits subsequently marry," she said.

Karska and Arias said an increasing number of women or girls is leaving Belgium to marry jihadists or care for those who are ill or maimed, but some may actually fight.

They had no figures on how many women had left Belgium, but said the number of boys and men departing for jihad had declined from about 10 per month three years ago to about four or five per month today.

Their average age is 23 years old and declining, Karska said.

The working group led a fact-finding visit to Tunisia a few months ago and plans a third trip in March to Ukraine, where the Western-backed government in Kiev is fighting pro-Russian rebels in the east.
