| #6 It's mentioned the article that not all incidents are beng reported by the administrators of the centers. Perhaps she did report it and it was ignored - or she was pressured not to report it. |

| #4 To complain is xenophobic, and quite probably would not be believed. Also, it is highly likely she is not German, but an immigrant of some sort, perhaps Turkish or Yugoslavian. Finally, what odds that the rapists did not threaten to harm her or her family if she complained? |
