Dominion Voting Systems is one of the largest voting technology companies in the United States.
It provides voting machines and tabulators to many local governments.
More than 30 states use these voting machines to scan ballots in US elections and tabulate votes.
Eric Coomer’s profile as director at Dominion Voting Systems was recently scrubbed from their website
Coomer joined Dominion as VP of engineering in 2010, according to the GWP.
His bio says he graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics.
Eric Coomer was later promoted to Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security although Coomer has since been removed from the Dominion page of directors.

But that's wrong.

The fact is that in an age when one hacker can skim millions from bank accounts undetected, steal trillions of passwords and personal data, or conduct a ransomware attack that can shut down an entire hospital system or the operations of a city, such a "grand conspiracy" could consist of one person. All you need is a true believer, one convinced of the righteousness of their cause, changing a few lines of code in a software package that then gets distributed and installed in a myriad of electronic voting and counting machines, and do so as they cover their tracks.
All it takes is a hacker army of one committed zealot with superior coding skills.
If the Mossad can get the Stuxnet virus into an Iranian nuclear facility, just how hard do you think it would be for Frankie the coder to slip a few lines into commercially available software?
If that doesn't make you want to go back to pencils, voting in person and hand counting ballots, you might be a Democrat.

Super easy, barely an inconvenience - if the company is in on the scam. Even if they are not, you only need one or two co-conspirators (code conspirators?) to pull it off.

The ability to shift votes from one candidate to another is called a “weighted race feature” and this feature is written into all four of the major elections software companies that are used across America, Smith said. It’s not limited to Dominion.
As I understand, this "feature" has existed forever, at least since Diebold was a thing. I am beyond puzzled trying to think of a legitimate use for it.

[Argus Leader] President-elect Joe Biden has floated a nationwide lockdown and mask mandate in response to surging coronavirus cases across the country.
But even if he follows through and orders all Americans to stay at home and cover their faces when in public, don't expect to see those mandates enforced in South Dakota.
The office of Gov. Kristi Noem said in a statement to the Argus Leader Friday that the first-term governor, who's risen to stardom in the Republican party for her hands-off approach to managing the pandemic, has no intention of using state resources to enforce any federal COVID-19 orders.
Biden, who's poised to be seated as the 46th president of the United States in January, has been critical of President Donald Trump's handling of the pandemic, and has said he favors a national mask mandate. Michael Osterholm, one of Biden's advisors on health matters, has also said publicly that nationwide lockdown lasting four to six weeks could help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, which is attributed with killing more than 240,000 Americans.
Noem reiterated her position on lockdowns Thursday on social media when she said they don't effectively stop the spread of COVID-19 but have negative effects on businesses and the overall economy.
"We already know that lockdowns don't stop the spread of the virus. However, they destroy small businesses and jobs, and they make it difficult for families to put food on the table," she wrote.
As of Friday, 62,327 South Dakotans have been diagnosed with COVID-19 since the pandemic began, and 568 have died from the virus or virus-related conditions.

[FOXNEWS] A Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, judge has ruled that Gov. Gavin Newsom overstepped his authority when he issued an executive order requiring vote-by-mail ballots sent to all registered voters, according to reports.
Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled Friday that Newsom did not have the authority to amend or change existing election law — even during a pandemic.
The ruling put a permanent injunction on Newsom, prohibiting him from changing existing law under the California Emergency Services Act (CESA), according to KCRA.
The ruling does not affect the results of the 2020 general election.
Newsom issued the order on June 3, just before the state Legislature passed a similar law. Two assemblymen, James Gallagher, R-Yuba City, and Kevin Kiley, R-Rocklin, sued Newsom, arguing that it was the Legislature’s role — not the governor’s — to change law.
"I think that is a very dangerous thing," Kiley said in his October testimony, according to Newsweek. "And he's made good on his word, and he's been issuing order after order after order."
The governor’s lawyer unsuccessfully argued that the June order was rendered moot by the Legislature's passage of a similar bill.
"Executive Order N-67-20 issued by the Governor on June 3, 2020 is void as an unconstitutional exercise of legislative power and shall be of no further force or effect," Heckman's ruling said.
"The California Emergency Services Act (CA Government Code §8550 et seq.) does not authorize or empower the Governor of the State of California to amend statutory law or make new statutory law, which is exclusively a legislative function not delegated to the Governor under the CESA."
Heckman worried that Newsom's action could set a precedent that would allow governors to abuse the CESA to "amend statutory law or create new statutory law even during a state of emergency."
