Statistical evidence of fraud probably won't stand up in court unless a perpetrator(s) can be identified.
Collecting ballots and marking them with just 'Biden' is the quickest way to fraud your way to victory. If you work with ballots requested in the two weeks before the election, one person can do perhaps several thousand per day.
Another way to do it is to have one ballot and scan it multiple times but this might be exposed by a recount.

To Betty Guelph's point, these recent batches of late-arriving mail-in ballots appear to be heavily weighted toward Biden-only. Not a few percentage points but more than 20%, maybe even half or more.
The chances of such an anomalous result occurring naturally, without fraud, are literally one in a few million.

Should be super easy to compare this anomaly with the last 15 presidential elections. Then determine the mean and standard deviation for % of ballots that were cast only for president.
A safe bet is that this year's numbers are three or four or more standard deviations from the 60-year mean.
No wonder the Democrats are kicking out election observers and covering up windows in the ballot-counting hall.

Yesterday it was reported that a voter machine in one Michigan county flipped 6,000 votes from President Trump to Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... . This so-called computer ’glitch’ fix in one of Michigan’s counties led to 6,000 votes switching from Joe Biden to President Trump. The Head of the Republican Party asked for an additional 47 counties be recounted after the fix since these 47 counties also use the same Dominion software.
We reported yesterday that all the swing states used the same software. But these machines are also used in many other states, including Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,.
Michigan was not the only state having problems with this machine. In Georgia on election night these same machines had ’machine glitches’. Far left Politico reported on this. Now we’ve uncovered another Republican, this time in Oakland, who was told he lost his race but then ’system glitches’ were uncovered and when addressed, he won his race:
A computer error led election officials in Oakland County to hand an upset victory Wednesday to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican a day later.
In Oakland County’s 15th County Commission District — representing Rochester and Rochester Hills — the initial count gave a 104-vote margin to the Democrat, Melanie Hartman, amounting to a razor-thin majority of 50.08%…
…“Apparently, there was a technical glitch in Rochester Hills. And so I actually ended up winning by a little over 1,100 votes,” said a chuckling Kochenderfer.
The margin was 1,127 votes, to be exact. That gave him a 51.67% share of the total (with 48.23% going to his opponent, Hartman).

I think they *had* to use the software into republican counties in order to win the statewide races - not to mention the Presidential race.
Who wrote the software? Who, in government, accepted, and approved it? Exactly how long was this software in place?

A United States Postal Service whistleblower revealed his identity on Friday after higher-ups saw his Thursday interview with Project Veritas. According to Richard Hopkins, a carrier in Erie, Pennsylvania, his supervisors and others above him were ordering carriers to backdate ballots that were received after Election Day. Once Hopkins' bosses pieced together that he was the whistleblower, he was allegedly relieved of duty.

The GoFundMe website has blocked funding for the GOP expert who wants to apply standard quality-control tests to Democrat-run vote-counting agencies in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other states.
The fundraising page was memory-holed after donors contributed $220,000 to the project, said Matt Braynard, a demographic and data expert who worked on Trump’s 2016 successful campaign.
In response, Braynard started a second fundraiser on a second site, GiveSendGo.com. The second site says:
We raised $220k on GoFundMe before we were deleted for "Prohibited Content." None of the money was disbursed to us. This is the same platform that raises money for bail for terrorists. Help us out by 2x’ing what you gave before to help make up what we lost.
We will use the funds to acquire voter data from the seven swing states (and more depending on funding) and cross reference the early/absentee/inactive voters who cast ballots with the Master Death Index and the National Change of Address Database to detect potentially fraudulent ballots.
We will then deploy a call center to track down people who moved or were otherwise inactive and ask that they confirm whether or not they actually cast a ballot. Anyone who says they did not will be provided with an affidavit.
All of our findings will be made public.

Braynard said GoFundMe sent him a vague cancellation notice that said:
We are writing to inform you that your GoFundMe has been removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
The content of your fundraiser falls under our "Prohibited Conduct" section. You can view our Terms of Service by following this link.
But Jack Morse, a reporter for Mashable.com, provided Braynard a comment from GoFundMe:
"This fundraiser violates GoFundMe’s terms of service. This fundraiser attempts to spread misleading information about the election and has been removed from the platform. All donors will be fully refunded."

Then they can say, ]Look. It was a clean election. You just lost.’
Biden’s donors have a stake in demonstrating this was a clean-run election. If my analysis and methodology determine that there was little to no indications of fraud, I will come out and say it. I’ve done this before when I organized poll watching in Virginia. W didn’t find any kind of voter fraud, and I put out a press release the next day saying that.
If I don’t find anything here, I will come right out and say it. And there’s nowhere for me to hide because the data is the data."
On Friday, media reports said Trump’s re-election campaign is expected to hire conservative operative David Bossie to lead its post-2020 presidential election legal efforts.

The President defeated Democrat Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island... by 648,690 votes or six percentage points, 52%-46%, while Cornyn defeated Hegar by ten percentage points, 54%-44%.
That’s a change from what we have seen in most previous elections in Texas, when the Republican Presidential candidate won more votes than anyone else in the state.
The last Presidential candidate in Texas who didn’t win the most votes in the state was George W. Bush, then Texas Governor, in 2000.
At the time, Republican U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison won 282,452 more votes than Mr. Bush.
He had 3,799,639 votes compared to her 4,082,091 votes.
That year, Bush defeated former Vice President Al Gore ...Former Vice President, Nobel Prize winner, Global Warming prophet and speculator, and crazed sex poodle Al Gore... in Texas 59%-38%.
Hutchison beat Democrat Gene Kelly 65%-32%.
As for Senator Cornyn, he not only won more votes than President Trump statewide, but in each of the big four counties in North Texas: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties.
When asked if Republicans didn’t vote for the President or if they voted for Biden and if Democrats voted for Cornyn, Tarrant County GOP Chair Rick Barnes said it’s most likely a combination.

[DAILYWIRE] Texas state officials announced late on Friday afternoon that they have charged a social worker with 134 felony counts of election fraud and other related charges.
"Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced that his Election Fraud Unit assisted the Limestone County Sheriff and District Attorney in charging Kelly Reagan Brunner, a social worker in the Mexia State Supported Living Center (SSLC), with 134 felony counts of purportedly acting as an agent and of election fraud," the state said in a statement. "State Supported Living Centers serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Brunner submitted voter registration applications for 67 residents without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent."
"Under Texas law, only a parent, spouse or child who is a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering a person to vote, after being appointed to do so by that person," the statement continued. "None of the SSLC patients gave effective consent to be registered, and a number of them have been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court, thereby making them ineligible to vote in Texas."
The statement added that if she is convicted, Brunner faces up to 10 years in prison for these offenses.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton praised the law enforcement officials who were involved in the investigation:
I strongly commend the Limestone County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and Elections Office, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud. Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice. My office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this insidious form of fraud.

[WRAL] Kristin Cooper, Gov. Roy Cooper's wife, is apologizing for a comment she posted on Facebook about a conservative group gathered outside the governor's mansion.The comment was deleted, but someone took a screenshot and sent it to Michelle Morrow, who organized the conservative voter rally at the State Capitol on Sunday.
"She said it wasn't her proudest moment, but that [she] could not tolerate pathetic clowns and what we were doing on the State Capitol," said Morrow. In the post, Cooper also admitted she had given the middle finger to families with children holding flags.
Kristin Cooper apologized on Thursday, writing, "My personal Facebook comments and actions leading to it were inappropriate, and I am so sorry. I apologize to anyone I may have hurt, and I ask for forgiveness."
Morrow said the group had a permit and it was a peaceful event, but that didn't keep people from harassing them, including a group of passing drivers.
"There were a lot of people that said 'F Trump' and 'F the police.' There were a lot of people screaming to go home," described Morrow. "We just assumed it was people who are angry or they're fearful and they're just immature and that's how they're going to express themselves, so we just moved along and didn't engage them."
Around 60 people showed up to the rally, including several families. The goal of the rally was to get Christians to vote.
Morrow brought her eight-year-old son Matthew to the rally.
"He was the young boy who was holding the 'Back the Blue' flag on Sunday," she explained. "There was a 'Back the Blue' flag, a Trump flag and then other people had American flags."
Morrow added that she found Kristin Cooper's alleged behavior "startling for the First Lady of North Carolina because as every North Carolina citizen, we should be concerned about our religious liberties and about the right to peacefully assembly and about our First Amendment right to speak."

[THEHILL] Approximately 40,000 mail-in ballots were delivered by the United States Postal Service on Thursday as it continued court-ordered sweeps of postal centers across the country, Rooters reports.The Postal Service reported early Friday that it found 1,076 ballots at its Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center, about 300 at a Pittsburgh processing center and more at other centers across the state.
Ballots in Pennsylvania must be postmarked by Election Day but can be received by Friday evening and still count. It is one of more than a dozen states with deadlines to receive ballots stretching into next week.
Ballots have also been delivered in North Carolina, where about 500 were found during sweeps, Rooters reported.
U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan on Thursday ordered twice-daily sweeps to be conducted during the morning and afternoon at Postal Service facilities in states where the deadline to receive ballots has been extended due to the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic.
About 150,000 ballots were delivered Wednesday following sweeps, according to a lawyer for nonprofit organization Vote Forward.
"The vast majority were destined for postmark states and would be delivered on-time under state election law," the Postal Service said, according to Rooters.

A CIA program known as “Scorecard” allows its users to change voting outcomes by hacking into the transfer between local reporting stations and state or national data centers.
Don't transfer these ballots to a central point until they are closely supervised, documented and certified at the local level. Don't rely on transfer software.
That doesn't get the election out of the soup this election. To do that, every ballot in these battleground states has to be physically examined. Toss out everything that does not pass legal muster or is questionable. CV-19 cannot be used as an excuse for conducting an election that the American people can accept as having integrity.
