Baltimore Ravens star Earl Thomas is 'held at gunpoint by his wife after she found him naked in bed with several women after a night out'
Earl Thomas was allegedly confronted by his wife Nina following a night out in Austin, Texas on April 13
Nina had tracked Earl to an Airbnb where she discovered him in bed with his brother and several naked women
Nina is accused of holding a loaded 9mm Beretta to Earl's head; she was arrested for burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault
The couple have been married since 2016 and share three children together
Earl took to Instagram Wednesday to address the incident, and asked fans to 'pray' for his relationship
[Daily Mail] after they were told they didn't need them and should be saved for hospitals
The Transportation Security Administration stockpiled 1.3 million N95 face masks, according to a review of internal records and interviews by ProPublica
It did so as airport traffic dropped 95 percent and thousands of its workers were told to stay home to avoid getting infected with coronavirus
In early April the Department of Homeland Security told the TSA N95 masks should be 'reserved' for healthcare workers
Two TSA officials raised concerns about the stockpile and suggested sending the masks to hospitals scrambling to find enough for medical workers
But the TSA ignored their concerns and DHS guidance as it held onto the masks
The TSA reportedly received more than a million N95s, which block 95 percent of particles that can transmit the virus, from Customs and Border Protection, which found them in an old Indiana warehouse.
The agency also had around 116,000 masks left over from the swine flu pandemic in 2009, a memo shows.
Both of the stockpiles were older than the manufacturer's recommended shelf life, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has said that expired masks remain effective against spreading COVID-19.

*in the commercial, she is introduced as the duchess of suckseggs, can they do that? Yes. She is Mrs. Duke of Sussex.. What she is not, at least for a year — and probably forever — is Her Royal Highness. I suspect he is still Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, but now addressed as milord instead of your royal highness.

I am really saddened by the fate of Prince Harry. He seemed like a decent sort, for a snotty little upperclass twit. He fought in Afghanistan,he piloted Apache helicopters.
Then he married Meghan.

Considering the Disney trajectory, the couple would be the perfect successors to Reba and Swayze's Fox and Hound 2.

[IsraelTimes] Court’s oldest justice has been admitted twice since November because of infections, will have gallstone removed in non-surgical procedure. and a software/firmware update
US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is glad to be home after being discharged Wednesday from a Baltimore hospital, the court said.
Ginsburg, 87, spent one night at the Johns Hopkins Hospital to receive nonsurgical treatment for an infection caused by a gallstone. She participated in court arguments by telephone from her hospital room Wednesday.
She will return to the hospital for outpatient visits over the next few weeks and will eventually have the gallstone removed, the court said. The procedure does not involve surgery.
The court’s oldest justice has been in the hospital twice since November because of infections. She also received outpatient radiation treatment in New York in August for a tumor on her pancreas.

With a few exceptions 70-75 really isn't prime time. I speak from personal experiece. Why can't we face it and enjoy the simple pleasures? The American people deserve much better.
[SPUTNIKNEWS] The Supreme Court of the United States is the country's highest level of judiciary and holds primary authority over both state and federal matters of the law. Oral arguments are held in which two parties file briefs on the merits of a case in question.
A Supreme Court oral argument was interrupted on Wednesday afternoon when the distinctive sound of a toilet flushing could be heard amid an ongoing debate. Supreme Court Justice Frank Drebbin?
Due to social distancing measures, the public has for the first time been able to remotely listen in to oral arguments held by the Supreme Court.
As key issues regarding the First Amendment are heard being discussed, an audibly flushing toilet is heard.
The culprit behind the flush has so far been unnamed, but the mishap highlights problems faced by justices, lawyers, and the world as many adjust to working from home amid the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. Not Bee ... again?? Ima run outta mask-money at this rate
Brought to you by something called "The Village of a Thousand Elders".
So much for the wisdom of "elders".
[WANDTV] All Illinois shoppers out and about during the pandemic are asked to tip their masks in order to avoid confusion and anxiety between the public and business owners.
The "Tip Your Mask" initiative is a coordinated effort involving multiple Illinois police departments. With store owners concerned about people hiding their faces and potential crimes being committed, people are asked to slightly lower their mask and briefly show their faces when they enter a store to let employees know they are simply there to shop.
People are asked to wash their hands and sanitize as soon as they can after tipping their masks.
Gov. JB Pritzker is mandating Illinoisans wear face masks in public beginning May 1. The CDC currently recommends people do this.
Reverend Wonder Harris, founder of the Village of A Thousand Elders, told NBC affiliate KWQC business owners in East Moline told him it would ease their minds if people would tip their masks and show they were just in the store to buy things.
"If people were to commit a crime, they wouldn't tip the mask because they'd be caught on camera," Harris said.
In comments to KWQC, Pastor Darryl Thompson said he and other minorities might feel concerns about racial bias and could be hesitant to wear a face mask in public. He told his son to only wear a mask once he's inside of a business due to fears of what other people might think about a black man wearing a mask.

Brilliant. Have a certain spot people coming in out of the heat and into AC, with their grubby hands, go up to their sweaty T-zone to dink with a mask, take it off, breath heavy a couple times, try to get it back right on short time and without mirror, and move on so the next person can come right to the same place and repeat.

[BREITBART] New York state is reporting more than 1,700 previously undisclosed deaths at nursing homes and adult care facilities as the state faces scrutiny over how it’s protected vulnerable residents during the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic.
At least 4,813 people have died from COVID-19 in the state’s nursing homes since March 1, according to a tally released by Gov. Andrew Sonny Cuomo’s administration late Monday that, for the first time, includes people believed to have been killed by the coronavirus before their diagnoses could be confirmed by a lab test.
Exactly how many nursing home residents have died remains uncertain despite the state’s latest disclosure, as the list doesn’t nursing home residents who were transferred to hospitals before dying.
The revised list shows that 22 nursing homes, largely in New York City and Long Island, have reported at least 40 deaths.
Parker Jewish Institute in Queens and Isabella Geriatric Center — one of New York City’s largest nursing homes with 705 beds — have reported the highest number of deaths: 71 and 64, respectively.
Audrey Waters, a spokeswoman for Isabella Geriatric Center, said in an email last week, "Isabella, like all other nursing homes in New York City, initially had limited access to widespread and consistent in-house testing to quickly diagnose our residents and staff. This hampered our ability to identify those who were infected and asymptomatic, despite our efforts to swiftly separate anyone who presented symptoms."
In many cases, the state’s new figures reveal many more deaths than previously reported at nursing homes: Isabella Geriatric Center had 13 COVID-19 deaths reported as of May 1, and now reports the deaths of 21 patients who were confirmed to have COVID-19 along with 43 deaths of residents presumed to have COVID-19. And Ozanam Hall of Queens now is reporting a total of 53 deaths, up from just 10.
Several veterans homes have been especially hard-hit by the virus: The Long Island State Veterans Home has reported 53 deaths; including 48 confirmed and five presumed COVID-19 deaths. The New York State Veterans Home at St. Albans in Queens has reported 33 deaths while New York State Veterans Home at Montrose in Westchester says 22 residents have died.
Cuomo promised on March 2, when only a handful of coronavirus cases had been reported in New York, to make a "special effort" for nursing homes and congregate homes housing senior citizens. The state directed nursing homes to screen visitors and consider modifying visiting hours on March 6, and later suspended visits to nursing homes statewide March 12.
But the governor is facing criticism over his administration’s role in overseeing and supporting New York’s overwhelmed, state-regulated nursing homes as many have struggled to treat COVID-19 patients, amass enough personal protective gear or ensure adequate staffing.
[Foxnews] The Los Angeles City Council Wednesday voted to identify hotels refusing to take in the homeless during the coronavirus pandemic and said they could possibly be "commandeered." Putting homeless into better accommodations than you or I live in - for free. That's Democrats
Only 1,582 people have been placed in hotels, far short of the city’s goal of housing 15,000, FOX 11 in Los Angeles reported.
"Each hotel brings new hope, each room could save a life," Mayor Eric Garcetti said of Project Roomkey, according to KABC-TV.
"If hotels are making a distinction among people classifying housed and unhoused differently in terms of accommodations that they’re going to be repaid for, that the city and county will pay for with reimbursements, then I think there’s a potential civil rights violation," Councilman Mike Bonin said. "If the problems are on the hotel end, the public should know why, and then we should consider commandeering as they’ve talked about in other cities."
SAN FRANCISCO GIVES DRUGS, ALCOHOL TO HOMELESS ADDICTS IN HOTELS DURING CORONAVIRUS, SPARKING DEBATE
The council also plans to investigate if hotels refusing to house homeless have received tax breaks from the city recently.
The motion, co-authored by Bonin, says, some hotels have been "unwilling to participate, reneged on initial interest, citing security concerns, liability issues, objections from corporate management or fear of lost revenue from being branded a 'homeless hotel,'" according to KABC.
"It would seem to me to be a complete justification that we expect something back especially during an emergency," Councilman Mitch O’Farrel said of hotels that have received tax breaks.
The Ritz Carlton in downtown Los Angeles, which has luxury condo residences, was among those resisting.
The hotel has received millions of dollars in tax breaks from the city over the years, according to FOX 11.
The condo residence’s homeowner’s association cited security, health and property value concerns in a letter to homeowners saying they would resist housing the homeless.
Art Avaness, broker and owner of RE/MAX DTLA who manages six units in the building, told FOX 11 they were "shocked and offended" the hotel might be forced to participate.
HUNDREDS OF HOMELESS TEST POSITIVE FOR CORONAVIRUS IN DENVER
"In theory, it’s a great idea, I support the program but in practice specifically for this property, it just isn’t, because you want to house hundreds of homeless people in a structure that’s literally in the same building with 224 homeowners?" he told FOX 11. "Having it in your own home basically is just a little too much, in fact, it’s offensive."
Avaness told KABC the average price for a one-bedroom unit is around $1 million. "Minimum one million and goes all the way up to $40, $42 million," he said.

Chris, I think that argument could be made; forced quartering of state agents. In fact, 'during wartime' would be a subgroup of 'during emergency'.
To create the illusion of private property rights, many question must still be asked: accordingly what is the substitute for fair trade lodging fees? Who does the maintenance if residents are not allowed outside? What is the compensation if/when residents are released to de-con the structure and/or replaces fabrics? Food? What about damages due to the various forms of cabin fever, cuz if they can't keep drugs out of prisons this is an impossibility? Who is liable for the eventual theft, rape, medical emergency, or fire? What happens when a group decides they have had enough and decide to leave - lock the doors, armed guards?
No way should they sign onto this and expose themselves legally to any and all misdeeds with a poor-faith business partner with the full power and protection of law on their side. Say one of these places burns down, hundreds dead included those who actually paid to stay. Lawsuit. State: oh, well your residence wasn't up to fire code. It was a campfire! Ah, so you admit your rooms were not properly constructed for any residents. This building wasn't designed for homeless people! Ah, discriminatory and negligent, and racist. Tsk, tsk.
Place is going to be ruined, you on the hook, no make them take it, maybe have your day in court but avoid the hanging.

How many employees in the City of LA are qualified property rental managers?
Without the cooperation of the housing and rental industry they have nothing. The Gov may take a couple scalps to make a show but will have to back down. Cooperate, and your business will never again be yours. Go ahead, apply for eviction of non-paying, see how that works for ya.

The chickens are coming home to roost. All this time Garcetti and his ilk thought it was OK to let these people sleep, pee and poop on the streets instead of incarcerating them in tent cities or barracks out in the boondocks like any responsible government would do to vagrants and the mentally ill. Well, it was OK until it wasn't. If I had to stay in a Los Angeles hotel, which I hope I never do, I'll be sure to look for the ones that the LA City Council identifies as being "unwilling to participate" in this cockeyed scheme of theirs.

SAN FRANCISCO GIVES DRUGS, ALCOHOL TO HOMELESS ADDICTS IN HOTELS DURING CORONAVIRUS
[AlAhram] The United States will provide $225 million in emergency aid to Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... to support food programs, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Wednesday, as aid groups there are forced to scale down operations due to Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... interference and amid a spreading coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... outbreak.
"This assistance will provide the UN World Food Program’s emergency food operation in southern Yemen, as well as a reduced operation in northern Yemen, which the WFP was forced to scale down earlier this month because of the ongoing interference of (the) Iran-backed Houthis" Pompeo told a news conference.
Yemen is already grappling with the world's biggest humanitarian crisis caused by a war between the Saudi-led coalition seeking to restore the internationally recognized government, and the Houthi movement that drove the government from power in Sanaa in late 2014.
Around 80% of Yemen's population, or 24 million people, rely on aid, and 10 million are facing famine. Yemen has the world's fourth highest internally displaced population and healthcare is scarce in rural areas.
The country has reported a total of 26 coronavirus infections with 6 deaths but due to inadequate testing and a shattered health system aid groups fear a devastating outbreak. According to WHO only 200 tests with results have been delivered nationwide.
Under such circumstances, a gap in aid funding is a major risk. The United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... last week warned that 31 of 41 major UN humanitarian assistance programmes will scale down or stop in coming weeks without more money as donors and aid agencies have increasingly complained of interference and obstruction from Houthi authorities.
Rooters reported last month the United States was readying a "substantial contribution" to help Yemen but that it had to find alternatives to the WHO after President Donald Trump ...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election... criticized the agency being "China-centric" over its handling of the coronavirus outbreak, and paused funding.

Kim Jong Un once filmed talking to possible body doubles North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un was once filmed chatting to two identically dressed lookalikes (short video at link) — escalating wild conspiracies that a body double was recently used to claim he is alive and well.
Footage from July 2017 discovered by the Sun shows the Hermit Kingdom’s leader with the doppelgangers as he showed off a new missile.
The pair appear the same height and size, with identically cut hair shaved at the back and sides, and wearing suits perfectly matching the one worn by their leader, the Sun noted.
The footage appears to strengthen rumors that Kim, 36, has long used body doubles to help ward off assassination attempts, which the International Business Times has said is a “well-known fact.”
The speculation heightened this week over images of Kim as he appeared at a ribbon-cutting function to dispel reports that he was seriously sick or even dead.
Web sleuths claimed there were clear discrepancies in facial, hairline and dental features when compared with previous appearances.

[Forbes] - Sweden’s coronavirus death toll now stands at 2,854. As the total accelerates ever higher than its Nordic neighbors, the Swedish Public Health Agency (FHM) is now looking at why the infection has hit the country’s elderly care homes so hard.
The Swedish capital Stockholm has been the epicenter of the outbreak in Sweden so far, accounting for almost half of all deaths recorded. According to data released last week, 630 of the 1,406 coronavirus deaths in Stockholm were people in elderly care homes. Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter reported that at least 541 care homes across Sweden have had at least one case of the coronavirus. If there is one, there is more.
Deputy state epidemiologist Anders Wallensten said the extensive spread of the infection in elderly care homes was "highly unfortunate"* but didn’t believe Sweden’s delayed action on coronavirus restrictions was to blame: *Sweden’s FM cites Palestinian despair in discussing cause of Paris attacks (https://www.timesofisrael.com/paris-attacks-rooted-in-palestinian-plight-sweden-fm-says/)
