Hundreds waited in lines of up to three hours outside the nearly three dozen dispensaries with licenses

Customers can purchase 30 grams of cannabis flower and up to five grams of cannabis concentrate

Democratic Governor JB Pritzker granted more than 11,000 pardons for low-level marijuana convictions

#2 Pot that's grown legally have to pay taxes and fees to the state.

Pot that was seized and burned, has neither paid taxes nor fees.

#3 'Street' pot will end up being cheaper as it won't have the tax burden.

And now anyone caught in possession of pot can claim that they got it legally, unless there's some rule that you have to hang on to your receipts. Of course, the forgers have a new venue there.
