[PJMedia] Despite the fact that the Mueller report proved there was no collusion between Donald Trump and the Russians during the 2016 campaign, Democrats were convinced that there was more evidence out there, perhaps in the tiny fraction of the report that was redacted for national security reasons, that proved Trump actually did collude with the Russians.
It turns out that the most interesting things about Mueller's investigation were not what was redacted from the report, but what wasn't included in the first place. According to investigative reporter John Solomon, Bob Mueller hid evidence exonerating Donald Trump Jr. over the infamous Trump Tower meeting, during which Democrats were convinced he had met with a Russian lawyer to discuss dirt on Hillary Clinton.
But .... it's full of redactions! Shirley, that's where the Russian Collusion is hiding!

A prosecutor that does this, hides evidence that exonerates the person they are prosecuting should be arrested and serve the full penalty of the crime being prosecuted. If the crime is treason (working with a foreign government to undermine the US elections) then up against the wall.

No, it should be a federal crime meriting public execution. They are supposed to be the legal and public arm of the law, so when they commit crimes, the penalty needs to be ten times worse. At this point, an FBI agent is less trustworthy than a reporter or used car salesman and are potentially all traitors.

Entirely appropriate in view of all the hysteria being ginned up by Schumer, Pelosi, and the media.
We have to unwind all the stay-at-home and other orders--and probably sooner rather than later--but it is going to be more difficult to walk people back from the ledge if the Democrat leadership and the media keep pouring on the panic and hysteria without any context whatsoever.

[Washington Examiner] The team is back in action. On Thursday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the creation of the House Select Committee on the Coronavirus Crisis. The new panel will have the authority to investigate any aspect of the virus emergency and the Trump administration's handling of it.
Pelosi's announcement came a day after House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff called for a 9/11-style independent commission to investigate "mistakes" in the virus response. Shortly after that, Schiff told the Washington Post that in Congress, House Democrats must investigate the Trump administration's handling of virus testing and the government's distribution of personal protective equipment for healthcare workers.
"We need to make sure there's no favoritism in terms of political allies, no discrimination against states or governors based on lack of presidential flattery," Schiff said, indicating the probe would be aimed squarely at President Trump.
Less than three months after sending to the Senate impeachment articles to remove the president from office and less than two months after the Senate trial ended in Trump's acquittal, the Pelosi-Schiff team is up and running again.

...Hell, they gotta do something - Biden is dead in the water, there's not going to be a triumphant coronation at the national convention (for that matter, Bernie hasn't given up yet) and if we pull out of this with fewer than 200K deaths, Trump will be a hero.
