#1 Gee, what a surprise! We also woke up to 5" of fluffy white stuff on the ground this morning here in Colorado Springs. Of course, this isn't the first time, or even that rare. I've seen it snow as late as July 4th. . .

#3 One swallow doth not a summer make, but that nice solar physicist babushka, Valentina SomethingSomethingova, said we were in for a cool spell the next few years, what with the Grand Solar Minimum and all. We shall see.
