And he bows out with more delegates than Liewatha and St. Tulsi combined.

I wanted him to stay in to the bitter end and spend LOTS more money. Every cent he spent would lighten the burden of his existence on us all. They must be really scared of Sanders. Sanders and his support freaks scare me.

With SC voting last Saturday and NC yesterday, we are FINALLY free of political ads, at least until the summer. And that is certainly reason to celebrate here.

Funny how Steyers and Bloomberg tried to sell themselves as economic geniuses smarter than Trump when their campaigns just burned money and never got any traction. Meanwhile Trump went through the 2016 election with minimal spending.

If only Bloomberg had hired Russians to buy $100,000 in barely literate Facebook ads, instead of spending $700 MILLION, he’d be president now. That’s what the media have told us for 3+ years.

So now they're left with a mentally challenged old white guy ....and Joe Biden.

I wouldn't mind Bernie as a candidate as I think crushing him in the general would be helpful for the country. having said that I didn't vote for him. The GOP has a closed primary in CA so as a libertarian (less junk mail begging for money) I had to write Trump in on my ballot.
[Free Beacon] Former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile had harsh words for RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, who said Democratic superdelegates may try to prevent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) from being the party's presidential nominee.
"Ronna, go to hell," Brazile said on America's Newsroom, startling anchors Ed Henry and Sandra Smith. "No, go to hell, I'm tired of it, Ed. We are not trying to prevent anyone from becoming the nominee. If you have the delegates and win, you will win."
"This notion that somehow or another Democrats are out there trying to put hurdles or roadblocks before one candidate, that's stupid," Brazile said. She added that Republicans are scared President Donald Trump will lose his reelection bid in November.
"Donna, with all due respect we had [McDaniel] on to talk about what she sees happening here in the same way we ask you to," Smith said.

As I predicted (and you didn't believe me), Biden will be the candidate, and most likely with Bloomberg's money.

Well, your call was right but your analysis was off. Biden's success has zip to do with Bloomberg's or anyone's money.
I'd guess the explanation is about 80% due to the African-American vote going with Obama's VP, with the remainder owing to the coronavirus scaring people and making them risk-averse.
As to Bernie he seems to have become the La Raza / Chicano candidate. Yet another reason to end the scourge of Mexican / C. American low-end mass immigration.

Biden also won Mass. and (probably) Maine.
And I guess Texas, too.

^ Those are the people (outside of VT's shitty little hippie/red neck enclaves) who know Bernie and Fauxcahontas best. Familiarity, contempt... No wonder the good people of MA and ME rejected both of those ridiculous morons.

I watched the post-game.
Be it the animatronic emotion laden words of the ladies or the inebriated hype of from the guys, they all wore the heavy gauntlet of government and the broach of moral superiority.
The cute little montage put together is chocolate over the Red Hots of the full transcript.

Indeed. Democrats created a monster and now they don't know if they can control it. Yesterday's results must be encouraging for them but, as the demographics continue change, it will become more and more difficult.

That's not what I said. I predicted that Biden would prevail and THEN campaign with Bloomberg's money.
Which is the worst case scenario for Trump. Biden is a flawed candidate, but his flaws are well known and already "priced in".
All he needs now is a convincing VP. My bet is on Klobuchar.

Of course a lot can still happen. But with Bloomberg's money machine and ground game behind him, Biden can afford to stay above the fray.
Every attack Team Trump may launch against him can be countered tenfold now. Bloomberg wants to see Trump gone.
Many people think Bloomberg wasted his money. Trust me, he didn't. He's reported to have added 2.5 bn dollars to his wealth in the last 12 months.
It's not over yet, of course. But my money would be on Biden.

Fear and loathing of Trump should not substitute for cold eyes analysis.
If I had Bloomie's money I would not waste it on Biden's third (!) run for presidency. He was a weak candidate the first two times; he's a lame and withered version of his earlier self.
Still worse: the American people have only just begun to learn about the massive, endemic, billion $$$ corruption of Biden's brother. And then there's his son.
Every single charge brought against Trump is actually more true of Biden: weird and erratic? Check. Flaky? Check. Using the power of his office to suborn corrupt interventions by foreign prosecutors to benefit a family member? Check. War profiteering on behalf of his brother? Check.
$500 million would be better spent betting on Trump's re-election.

Hillary spent $1.2 billion in 2016 (campaign + PACs), Trump spent $650 million. How did that turn out for her?
This time Trump will likely raise $2 billion if needed so Bloomberg's money doesn't look all that scary, especially when spent on behalf of a corrupt blowhard fast entering senility.
In addition, Trump now has a successful record, has strip searched, anally probed and verified to be squeaky clean, while Biden has ... well he'll always have Hunter.

Hunter's a piker compared to Biden's brother James. War profiteer hired specifically to win, and given one-third of the profits from, a $1.5 BILLION Iraq reconstruction housing contract awarded while Biden was Zero's point man on Iraq in 2010.
War profiteering.
A large chunk of a billion and a half.
For "reconstruction" in the Iraq shithole.
To James Biden, VP Joe's brother.
Biden has not even begun to face serious criticism, let alone fierce attacks.
If he's struggling to remain calm and coherent now, there is no way he'll survive the firefight he will be in following the convention.
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice signed legislation Monday to punish doctors who do not aid a baby born after an attempted child sacrifice abortion.
The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act easily passed both bodies of West Virginia’s Republican-dominated legislature this month. The bill was largely a symbolic gesture since existing laws already prohibit doctors from withholding medical help in such cases of failed child sacrifice abortions.
"I stand for life ‐ in all cases, at all times," Justice said at the Monday signing ceremony. It is "unbelievable, to tell you the truth, that we have to do such a thing."
The new law allows the state medical board to revoke the license of any doctor who does not care for a baby born after an attempted child sacrifice abortion. Abortions in West Virginia are illegal after 20 weeks gestation, and the state’s lone child sacrifice abortion clinic in Charleston refuses to perform an child sacrifice abortion later than 16 weeks.
Democrats in the West Virginia legislature criticized the bill as redundant and an answer to a problem that does not exist. Just like Voting Fraud
"A child born alive who would somehow be killed ‐ that would be murder. It would clearly be murder. There's nobody doing that, and if they do do it, they're in jail," Democratic Sen. Mike Romano of Harrison County said.

[NYPOST] A top adviser to Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem represntative from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details... has abruptly left her campaign, The Post has learned.
The freshman politician’s campaign front man, Corbin Trent, revealed his surprise departure when a news hound contacted him for comment on Sunday.
His affiliation with AOC was also scrubbed from his twitter account.
Trent referred questions to AOC’s campaign manager Rebecca Rodriguez, who declined comment.
He was part of AOC’s brain trust when she shocked the political world by ousting ex-Rep. and then-Queens Democratic Party leader Joe Crowley in the 2018 Democratic Party, becoming the youngest woman elected to Congress.
AOC, a democratic socialist, has emerged as one of the most powerful voices on the political left in the US. She is heavily favored to win re-election later this year in the 14th congressional district covering parts of The Bronx and Queens.
Trent, 31, is a co-founder of Justice Democrats, the progressive political action committee that recruited and backed Ocasio-Cortez’s successful insurgency that toppled Crowley and backs other leftist primary challengers against incumbents deemed too tied to the status quo and monied interests.
Corbin, who declined comment on his departure, on Tuesday said he’s now a paid staffer on Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign, pitching in with communications and other strategic work. AOC also is a Sanders booster.
He also worked on Bernie Sanders’ 2016 campaign for president.

[NYPOST] Sen. Elizabeth Being Native American has been part of my story since the day I was born Warren ...Dem Senatrix from Massachussetts, who traces her noble lineage all the way back to Big Chief Spouting Bull. It has been alleged that she speaks with forked tongue but she denies that. She had a DNA test to prove her lineage and it turns out she's colorless... says she still sees a path to the nomination ahead of Super Tuesday ‐ despite not having won any states yet and not hedging her bets on winning any today.
Warren (D-Mass.), who currently holds a mere eight delegates after disappointing finishes in early states, will continue collecting what she hopes will be enough delegates to remain competitive in the case of a contested Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee, as her campaign manager, Roger Lau, outlined in a memo Sunday.
"Our internal projections continue to show Elizabeth winning delegates in nearly every state in play on Super Tuesday, and in a strong position to earn a sizable delegate haul coming out of the night," Lau wrote in the memo, published on Medium.
In mid-February, Lau wrote in a different memo that he expected Warren to take home delegates in all but one Super Tuesday state.
"Warren is poised to finish in the top two in over half of Super Tuesday states (eight of 14), in the top three in all of them, and is on pace to pick up at-large statewide delegates in all but one," he wrote.

[DAILYWIRE] Democrat presidential candidate Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... embraced far-left anti-gun Death Eater Robert Francis O’Rourke; ...Kennedyeque businessman, musician, skateboard artiste, and politician who represented Texas' 16th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 2013 to 2019. He was born into a local political family in El Paso, Texas and is a graduate of a prep school and Columbia University, which is not in Texas. In 2005, he was elected to the El Paso City Council. He was elected to Congress in 2012 after defeating eight-term incumbent Silvestre Reyes in the Democratic primary. He declined to seek re-election in 2018, instead running for the Senate against Republican Ted Cruz, running a campaign that drew national attention because of his skateboarding skills. A few months after he lost, he announced his campaign for President... during a rally on Monday night in Texas, declaring that the failed Senate and presidential candidate was going to lead Biden’s anti-Second Amendment efforts. "I’m counting on you. I’m counting on you," Biden continued. "We need you badly, the state needs you, the country needs you. You’re the best."

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
