Cartel Hit Man Charged With Murdering Texas Family
RUIDOSO, New Mexico -- A suspected Mexican cartel hitman has been charged for the brutal double murder of a Texas family. The brutal killings occurred as the family members were sitting down for dinner together in the Texas border area home in Hidalgo county.

This week, Justice of the Peace Charlie Espinoza formally charged 21-year-old suspected cartel hit man Jose Carlos Campos Martinez with two counts of capital murder and set his bond at $1,750,000 before sending him back to his cell.

The charges against Campos stem from a double execution where two gunmen stormed a house in rural Mission, under orders of a drug cartel, and indiscriminately sprayed several rounds at a family that was having dinner.

On November 8, 2012, sheriffÂ’s deputies responded to the 3000 block of 5 Mile Road to a house where five persons had been shot by two gunmen that had fled in an SUV, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas show.

The victims included a 12-year-old male teenager, his 13-year-old brother and a 19-year-old woman, however 64- year old Ramiro Rodriguez and 52-year-old Castos de los Santos died at a local hospital as a result of their wounds.

Not far from the murder scene, sheriffÂ’s investigators found an abandoned Cadillac Escalade with firearms, gloves and face masks. For close to two years the murder remained unsolved until DNA evidence gathered from the crime scene and the SUV resulted in a positive match to 21-year-old Jose Carlos Campos Martinez who was in custody on another crime.

Investigators told Breitbart Texas that they believe that Campos was working under orders of a Mexican cartel at the time of the murder. While officials would not confirm with cartel was responsible for the hit, historically, the area just south of Hidalgo County has been under the control of the Gulf Cartel which crosses its drugs and smuggles humans across the Rio Grande using the Rio Grande Valley as a corridor before getting its goods into northern cities.

#2  An end has to be put to this $hit pronto amigos. However, we don't have a leader with the will do anything about this--in fact he has exacerbated the problem by issuing an executive order to flood the border with kids and who knows who else. He's been busy implementing a Cloward-Pivens strategy to bring illegals to country and take down the system.

Cartel Assassins Arrested at Border For Texas Assissination
MCALLEN, Texas -- Two suspected cartel gunmen went before a federal judge this morning in connection with the murder of a Mexican attorney in the Dallas suburb of Southlake.

Breitbart Texas has learned that federal authorities arrested Jesus Ledezma and Jose Cepeda, Friday at the Anzalduas International Bridge. Both men are suspected hitmen for the Beltran Leyva cartel who have been charged in the Northern District of Texas with crossing from Mexico with the intent to commit murder.

Both men face up to life in prison if convicted. During the hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dorina Ramos, both men waived any hearing in South Texas and asked to be taken to the Northern District to stand trial.

Sources close to the investigation have told Breitbart Texas that Ledezma also was a Mexican law enforcement official in the city of San Pedro, Nuevo Leon. The two gunmen were part of a group that spent more close to two years tailing Juan Jose Guerrero Chapa before gunning him down outside of a shopping area on May 22, 2013 where they shot him close to 10 times in front of his wife.

Guerrero was a Mexican attorney and businessman who had represented various key figures for the Gulf Cartel. The individuals behind the planned execution of Guerrero had fled back into Mexico and fallen out of the radar of U.S. authorities until Ledezma and Cepeda showed up at the port of entry trying to get back into the United States. Ledezma's position in law enforcement dealt with intelligence gathering which appears to have played a role in Guerrero's murder since sources close to the case confirmed that the hitmen had photographs, recordings and had carried out complex surveillance prior to killing Guerrero with close to 10 gunshots.

#1  This story is not just about a cartel hit. The bold indicates how foreign intelligence can and most likely are gathering extensive information inside the US. Obama has even let illegals be housed inside our major military installations.

Bangla: Housewife killed for giving birth to 'a dark-skinned girl'
[Dhaka Tribune] For giving birth to a girl with dark complexion, a housewife was allegedly killed by her husband in Gobindaganj upazila of Gaibandha. The victim is Shakila Begum, 20.

A case has been filed with Gobindaganj cop shoppe in this regard.

According to the case statement, Shakila got married to Al Amin, 30, resident of Betgara village in the upazila, two years ago. Al Amin used to beat her over petty issues since the marriage.
First mistake: marrying a wife-beater.
Expecting situation to improve,
Second mistake: expecting situation to improve.
Shakila conceived without Al Amin's consent.
Third mistake: getting pregnant.
On August 30, with help of her sister, Shakila got admitted at a local clinic and gave birth to a girl. Hearing the news, Al Amin got infuriated and did not go to the clinic to meet the mother and the child.

On September 5, Shakila returned home with the new born.
Fourth and final mistake: coming back home.
Seeing the baby Al Amin started beating Shakila for giving birth to "a dark skinned girl."

At one point, Shakila fell sick and Al Amin poured poison in her mouth and left her on the premises outside the house. He locked the house and fled away.

On Tuesday, seeing the dead body lying on the premises, the neighbours called police.

Police has sent the body to Gaibandha sadar hospital morgue for an appointment with Dr. Quincy.

Al Amin and his family members have been runaway since Monday, said Gobindaganj cop shoppe Officer-in-Charge (OC) ABM Jahidul Islam. Shakila's brother Jahidul Islam has filed a case in this connection.

Quoting Al Amin's family members, the OC said Shakila killed herself by drinking poison after her husband and others called her names for giving birth to a dark skinned child.

The child is currently under the custody of Shakila's brothers, said the OC.

Last five months 1,197 held for trying to smuggle SR2bn drugs into KSA
[ARABNEWS] Security agencies have tossed in the slammer
Please don't kill me!
1,197 people, including 456 Saudis, for allegedly smuggling drugs worth SR2 billion into the Kingdom over the past five months, said Maj. Gen. Mansour Al-Turki, Interior Ministry front man, on Tuesday.

"The smugglers had tried to bring in drugs valued at more than SR1.87 billion," he added.

He said 741 of the arrested smugglers are foreigners from 35 countries.

Al-Turki said security officers had faced armed resistance from the drug smugglers and traffickers during the operations.

"As a result, 43 coppers were maimed," he said. Four smugglers died, while six others were maimed in shootouts.

He said the various types of drugs seized from smugglers included more than 21 million amphetamine pills. "About 13 million of these pills came from Sudan and we were able to catch them with the support of Sudanese security agencies," the front man said.

The huge drug bust also included around 16,370 kg of hashish, 7.3 kg of raw heroin and more than 5.8 kg of heroin ready for marketing, besides 6.3 kg of 'shabu' and 79,960 other narcotic tablets.

"We have also confiscated SR17.65 million in cash from the smugglers and traffickers, in addition to 506 weapons and 18,193 live ammunition," the front man said, while praising the cooperation of Saudi customs and other government departments in combating drugs.

3 policemen hurt in gunfight
[Dhaka Tribune] At least four people, including three coppers, have received injuries in a shootout between police and Yaba smugglers in the district town early Tuesday.

Of the injured, Sub-inspector Titu Datta of the district Detective Branch (DB) of police and Yaba trader Nazrul Islam, 31, son of Abul Hossain of Teknaf, were admitted to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital.

Cartels Threaten Texas Border Volunteers
VILLA PANCHO, Texas -- The actions of a group of volunteers looking to help secure the border appears to have angered the Gulf Cartel.

The letters CDG which stand for Cartel Del Golfo or Gulf Cartel were scrawled along various points on the border fence just yards from where the group of volunteers set up camp on occasion. While local media outlets have called the group a militia, group spokesman K.C. Massey was quick to say they were not a militia, they do not have a command structure, they do not have uniforms or insignias but they are simply volunteers.

The group set up their operations in the Brownsville area sometime in July patrolling private properties and ranches along the banks of the Rio Grande. During their regular patrols, the group moves around the edges of the river looking for human smugglers bringing immigrants across, Massey said. In addition to the patrols, the group collects the trash left behind by immigrants which serves the purpose of not only keeping the area clean but also to know if there is new trash in the area that smugglers are using the area again.

"Everything that crosses through this river is controlled by the Gulf Cartel so by us being here we have hurt their pockets," he said. "We have seen them on the other side yelling obscenities at us but we are not going anywhere. When we encounter traffic we go towards them and for the most part our presence is enough to push them back to the river."

By pushing back the immigrants the group claims to keep those individuals from entering the country, having to get processed and eventually becoming a burden on the taxpayers. In case of emergencies, the group carries first aid kits to help immigrants who may need help or a drink or water.

In recent days the group of volunteers, which does not have a name simply calling themselves border protectors, came under heavy criticism by local media outlets following a shooting incident where a U.S. Border Patrol agent fired four shots at one of the members.

Massey and John Forrester, the group member who came under fire, spoke with Breitbart Texas about the shooting where he was not injured.

The group members had been patrolling the Sabal Palms sanctuary when they encountered a border patrol agent on foot and offered to help, Massey said.

While the agent went into the brush to look for a group of immigrants that had fled, the group spread out along the river to watch the agent's back without going into the brush, he said. As he walked along the river, Forrester spotted an immigrant who ran back towards the river, the group member said.

"The guy stopped looked at me and jumped into the river," Forrester said. "I ran to where he crossed and I heard a crashing around me. I had a weapon for my protection. I look out of the woods and see an agent and I relax but then I hear ... DROP YOUR WEAPON!"

Forrester claimed to have never pointed the AK-47 rifle at anyone and that when told to drop the weapon he did.

"Hey, hey, hey, I'm here helping you," the group member said. "And you need to work on your marksmanship."

Investigators with the Cameron County Sheriff's office initially looked into the shooting but did not file any charges against Forester who claimed he was legally carrying a weapon in private property.

Forrester came under fire from local media since he had been convicted of a felony count of burglary of a building 15 years ago. When asked about his past, Forrester said that he had indeed broken into a building when he was in his late teens to steal a bubble gum machine but after serving his prison term he has kept a clean criminal background. According to Texas law, a man that has been convicted of a felony is able to possess a weapon five years after completing his sentence.

"After five years he is legal to have a weapon in private property," Massey said. "They want to villainize him who has changed his life and is doing something good."

Despite the criticism that the group has gotten, local property owners have welcomed them with open arms. Pamela Taylor, a retired first generation immigrant from England who has lived most of her adult life in her property along the river, claims that the volunteers have kept out the constant waves of smugglers who come across her property and at times cause damage.

For more than 20 years, Taylor has kept track of the activity in her property, has installed cameras and even set up ice chests with water and ice for border patrol agents, cops and anyone who needs a drink of water. Since the group began patrolling by her property, the traffic has come to a standstill, she said.

"When they (Masseys' group) first got here they came to introduce themselves and were very polite," Taylor said. "Last week they even came to fill up the ice chests with water. I have nothing but praise for those young men."

Moscow said the Sukhoi Su-24 attack aircraft and an Antonov An-26 transport plane were carrying out "planned flights over neutral waters of the Black Sea near the Russian Federation's state border".

"The flightpath of the planes of the Russian airforce ran through an area where the HMCS Toronto was located, without approaching the foreign military vessel," Major General Konashenkov told Russian news agencies.

Opp questions status of 2010 flood panel report
[DAWN] LAHORE: Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly Mian Mahmoodur Rashid says had the Shahbaz government implemented recommendations of the judicial commission on 2010 floods, the people of the province would not have been hit by waters.

Talking to news hounds here on Monday, he said casualties and financial losses could have been averted or at least curtailed to the minimum had the PML-N's Punjab government implemented recommendations of the one-man judicial commission headed by Lahore High Court Justice Mansoor Ali Shah on the 2010 floods.

Mr Rashid asked Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif
...Pak dynastic politician, brother of PM Nawaz Sharif, chief minister of Punjab...
why Justice Shah's report was not made public, and why the persons held responsible for the flood havoc in the commission report got off scot-free as no cases were instituted against them.

He also asked to what extent recommendations of the commission had been implemented until now.

He sarcastically said that lion, election symbol of the PML-N, transformed into jackal when it came to implementation of recommendations of commissions' reports.

Mr Rashid, who is also a member of the Pakistain Tehrik-e-Insaf

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Iran develops radar-evading chopper: General

Iran is manufacturing three domestically-designed helicopters including a radar-evading chopper, the latest in military advancements in the Islamic Republic, a senior military official says.

The helicopters are being made by Iran Helicopters Logistics and Renovation Organization (IHLRO), affiliated with Iran's Civil Aviation Organization (CAO).

"Besides overhauling all helicopters,... the IHLRO has designed three types of helicopters in three different categories to meet the country's future needs," said Brigadier General Mohammad Ali Ahmad-Abadi, the IHLRO managing director.

He said semi-heavy 14-seater Homa helicopter is "radar-evading" and could carry weapons, adding that the twin-engine 8-seater Saba "will be able to meet marine, rescue and relief as well as transportation needs."

The general said the third helicopter would be used in military training.

On September 1, Iran unveiled two domestically-manufactured state-of-the-art radar systems -- Arash-2 and Kayhan -- capable of detecting stealth aircraft and long-distance targets.

Kayhan, which is a two-dimensional radar system, is capable of detecting and tracking hostile aerial targets, including conventional aircraft and stealth jets that fly on high altitudes.

The Arash-2 radar system can track targets at an altitude of around 100,000 feet.

Iran is also set to unveil later this month a new indigenous surface-to-air missile defense system named Talash-3, which was successfully test-fired recently.

In recent years, Iran has taken great strides in its defense sector and attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.

The Islamic Republic has repeatedly assured other countries that its military might poses no threat to other states, saying that its defense doctrine is entirely based on deterrence.

Yale chaplain quits after blaming Israel for anti-Semitism
[TIMESOFISRAEL] The Rev. Bruce Shipman, an Episcopal chaplain at Yale University, resigned in the wake of his letter to The New York Times that blamed rising anti-Semitism in Europe on Israel.
Blaming the victim is always popular. When the victims are Joooz it's double-plus popular...
The Episcopal Church at Yale issued a statement on September 4 announcing that Shipman, "on his own initiative, had resigned as Priest-in-Charge of the Episcopal Church at Yale, effective immediately."

The statement does not reference the letter to the Times, saying instead, "It is our belief that the dynamics between the Board of Governors and the Priest-in-Charge occasioned the resignation of the Rev. Shipman.

"The Episcopal Church at Yale, its Board of Governors, the Bishops of the Episcopal Church in Connecticut, and the Rev. Bruce Shipman are all committed to a civil dialogue on difficult issues that divide peoples of this world and pledge ourselves to the prayerful and humble work of reconciliation and peace in our hurting and divided world," the statement concludes.

Megyn Kelly Takes On Ward Churchill
[MEDIAITE] Megyn Kelly tonight brought viewers the first part of her contentious showdown with Professor Ward Churchill, best known for his controversial comments about the "little Eichmanns" who were in the World Trade Center when the planes hit on September 11th. Churchill came under intense scrutiny and was fired by the University of Colorado at Boulder.

What concerned Kelly most in the first part of the interview was that "little Eichmanns" comment, the argument being that Eichmann played a role in horrible atrocities even though he didn't directly carry out the Final Solution, which he views as similar to the financial workers in the World Trade Center on 9/11. Kelly asked, "How could you draw a moral equivalence between 3000 dead Americans and a murderous Nazi like Adolf Eichmann?"

He argued, "They are proactively involved and knowingly involved lending their proficiencies... which is served by the U.S. military." And Churchill stood by the Eichmann comment, saying, "You do not have to be the one who turned on the gas if you're making it possible for the gas to be there."

The most stunning part of the segment was when Kelly and Churchill went back-and-forth over some odd words of praise he gave to the snuffies who attacked the United States on 9/11.

#3  I saw this POS interview. The guy hates America and is always looking for a forum to express his vile notions. I'm surprised he doesn't belong to the Westboro crowd--maybe he is even too crazy for them.

Just in case, send me a jar full and I'll dump it on his grave when I go there to do the same.

#7  Yep Ole Ward is one of those Weather Underground guys that found a home spouting nonsense and preaching critical theory in academia.

Sort of like Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dorhn, only Ward didn't kill anyone planting bombs in police stations.

Odd the President would have people like that in his inner circle...odd until you understand the empty suit doesn't like America

Wasn't he the department head? Makes you wonder what they teach in that department. Can't be good.

DA drops charges in case of blocked coal shipment

#1  The global warming crowd reminds me of the Papal authorities that would not look through Galileo's telescope for fear of seeing the truth.

Much as they went after Kepler and Copernicus to preserve the Terra centric view of the universe and the flat earth theory.

When are we going to just throw those fools out? They really do want us to live in caves as they cling to the fantasy of wind and solar power replacing all fossil fuel power supplies.

#2  Sounds to me like the next instance ( and there WILL be one now, thanks to this POS DA) the coal carrier will experience a steering casualty and run over the Dave T. (There's a Beach Boy parody in there just waiting to be found, " I hit the Sloop Dave T, my first mate and me,We swung the wheel 'round, but the hull made a crunching sound..."

Also, this week in Seattle, a bunch to tree huggers barricaded the BNSF lines to block oil unit trains; they were requested to disperse, most did, but a few ( 3?) are being charged with a variety of misdemeanors. Hoper the Left Coast doesn't get wind of Bristol's F.U.
