[JustTheNews] The fraudulent applications were allegedly on behalf of homeless people
Two men have been charged with 41 counts for allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
I was under the impression such things are usually handled by the Justice Department...
Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, and 53-year-old Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, aka Mark Anthony Gonsalves, were each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit.
Montenegro faces an additional 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, the district attorney’s office also.
Montenegro allegedly submitted more than 8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications from July to October 2020. He also is accused of falsifying names, addresses and signatures on nomination papers, under penalty of perjury, to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.
Montenegro faces a possible maximum sentence of 15 years and eight months in state prison. Arevalo faces a possible maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
Overdose deaths rose by 70 percent this year in Oregon.

[IsraelTimes] The CEO of Twitter says the social media site flagged some 300,000 tweets as part of efforts to combat disinformation in the period around the 2020 US election between President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... and Democrat Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg ...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates.... are testifying Tuesday at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing called to question their companies’ actions around the closely contested election.
The senators are deeply divided by party over the integrity and results of the election itself.
Prominent Republican senators — including the Judiciary Committee chairman, Sen. Lindsey Graham ...soft-spoken senator from South Carolina, former best buddy of John Maverick McCain. Since McCain's demise, Graham has become more outspoken, more Republican and more of a supporter of President Trump. The speech he gave in support of Brett Kavanaugh was downright manly and really cheesed off the Dems... of South Carolina — have refused to knock down Trump’s unfounded claims of voting irregularities and fraud, even as misinformation disputing Biden’s victory has flourished online.
Graham, a close Trump ally, has publicly urged: "Do not concede, Mr. President. Fight hard."
Zuckerberg and Dorsey promised politicians last month that they would aggressively guard their platforms from being manipulated by foreign governments or used to incite violence around the election results — and they followed through with high-profile steps that angered Trump and his supporters.
Twitter and Facebook have both slapped a misinformation label on some content from Trump, most notably his assertions linking voting by mail to fraud. On Monday, Twitter flagged Trump’s tweet proclaiming "I won the Election!" with this note: "Official sources called this election differently."
In his written testimony for the hearing, Dorsey said, "We applied labels to add context and limit the risk of harmful election misinformation spreading without important context, because the public told us they wanted us to take these steps."
Between October 27 and November 11, he said, about 300,000 tweets were labeled for content that was disputed and potentially misleading, representing 0.2% of all US election-related tweets sent during the period. Of the labeled tweets, 456 also were covered by a warning message and were limited in how they could be shared. About 74% of the people who viewed those tweets saw them after a label or warning message was applied.
Facebook also moved two days after the election to ban a large group called "Stop the Steal" that Trump supporters were using to organize protests against the vote count. The 350,000-member group echoed Trump’s baseless allegations of a rigged election rendering the results invalid.
[Red State] We already heard good news out of Georgia today, indicating still more votes were found for President Donald Trump. But it also raised the problem of why are there so many problems with the votes still being found and how many more haven’t we found yet?
Now there’s more news, this time out of Wayne County, Michigan. And it’s sending the left into a frenzy.
According to the Detroit News, the Wayne County Board of Canvassers deadlocked 2-2 Tuesday along party lines on whether to certify the Nov.3. election results, thereby not certifying the election results.
The reason they did so was because the absentee ballot poll books of 70% of Detroit’s absentee counting boards were discovered to be out of balance, and there was no explanation for the why.
Republicans celebrated the decision as caring about transparency and truth, Democrats flipped out claiming the objections were politics.
Chairwoman Monica Palmer, a Republican, said based on what she saw and found in the poll books, "I believe that we do not have complete and accurate information in those poll books."

Are we supposed to believe this is how democracy works?
Even Hillary's challenge to Wayne County vote tallies in 2016 was thrown out -- not because the votes were right but because there were so many irregularities and likely fraud that SIXTY PERCENT of that rotten shithole's precincts were invalidated.
60 percent of Wayne County. Thrown out, in 2016.
And we're supposed to believe that this snarling deranged thug who bullies and threatens his colleagues is upholding democracy?
Does anyone still believe Venezuela can't happen here?

Wood say Trump actually got 70% of the popular vote and over 400 EVs. If there was such a massive fraud, how many arrests we would see on charges from Felony fraud to treason(China and Venezuela)
Lots of unrelated stuff before 5:30 mark in the video, where it starts to give some very interesting background data. Nitty gritty about how a seizure may have happened starts at the 8:10 mark. The remainder of the video after these details is also interesting.
The server was CIA property, the facility in Frankfurt (in a EU zone) was a backup facility that was controlled by the CIA. The US military has authority in this case to seize the servers, so some guys walked in under the authority of the military and walked off with the server.
My interpretation is that the CIA and FBI were not informed of the seizure before it happened.

Reports of alleged U.S. Army raid on German server may stem from separate incident, say experts
The "verified reports" involve a July raid on a German server that hosted sensitive, hacked files from U.S. law enforcement agencies, authorities said. The files reportedly were accessed over the summer, in the course of a Houston data breach. In that incident, known as "BlueLeaks," a group calling itself Distributed Denial of Secrets [DDoS] reportedly used a German computer server to share sensitive U.S. police material.
[NYPOST] Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned an order requiring that election observers be allowed within six feet of ballot-counting operations. In its decision, the court said state law only requires that observers be allowed "in the room" where ballots are counted and does not mandate a minimum distance, NBC News said.
The 5-2 majority opinion also found that the Philadelphia Board of Elections "did not act contrary to the law in fashioning its regulations governing the positioning of candidate representatives," according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
"Critically, we find the board’s regulations...were reasonable," Justice Debra Todd

wrote.
The ruling reverses a Nov. 5 order in which Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon sided with the Trump campaign and agreed to reduce the 25-foot distance from which "candidates, watchers or candidate representatives" could watch the votes being counted.

[WSBTV] The Georgia Secretary of State’s Office says another county has found missing votes during their audit of the ballots in the presidential race.
During the hand recount, Fayette County uncovered 2,755 votes that were not included in the initial count. Secretary of State official Gabriel Sterling said those ballots were scanned onto a card, but those votes were never uploaded into the initial count. He says there were several backups designed to catch this issue and that it falls to workers who didn’t follow procedure.
Of the votes that are now being added to the total, 1,577 were for President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... , 1,128 for Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... and the rest were for Jo Jorgenson or write-ins. That changes the margin in the state by under 500 votes. with Biden now leading Trump by 12,929 votes.
Fayette is the second county to report an issue with missing votes. On Monday, Floyd County uncovered 2,600 votes that were missed during the initial count on election night. The Secretary of State’s office said it was human error and called for the elections director in the county to step down. An investigation has been opened in the county.
Those votes changed the margin by about 800 in favor of President Trump. The margin was similar in the Perdue-Ossoff race and will not affect the runoff, Secretary of State Official Gabriel Sterling said.
Sterling said they are also investigating a potential memory card with 224 votes on it in Walton County that may have been missed.
Counties across the state have spent days recounting each ballot. More than 5 million ballots were cast in the state of Georgia.
All counties must be completed by midnight Wednesday so the state can certify its election results by Friday.
The Secretary of State’s office also opened two investigations in Fulton County. The first is into how the water leak at State Farm Arena was handled, and the second is how election monitors were handled.
Sterling emphasized that a reason for this audit is to catch problems such as these and investigate any potential issues before they certify the vote.
Of the other counties that have completed their recounts, here is the breakdown of the results:
57 counties had no deviations from their original ballot count21 counties were either plus or minus one off the original ballot count
32 counties are off by single digit numbers and are being investigated

[BUFFALOCHRONICLE] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... , who claims the title of President-elect, is planning a sweeping ban on the online sale of firearms. An advisor with the transition team tells The Chronicle that an executive order has already been prepared and will make it illegal to send or receive firearms with the United States Postal Service or any private interstate delivery service.
Critics of the approach argue that the constitutionality of such an executive order would be suspect, and predict that a slew of Second Amendment groups would litigate the order all the way to a conservative-leaning Supreme Court.
A competing faction of Biden advisors, led by former Senator Joseph Holy Joe Lieberman ...what a Democrat maverick would look like if the Democrats had mavericks... , wants Biden to avoid such an executive order so that his White House can focus on crafting ’comprehensive gun reform’ that can find sufficient support in the Senate to make it to the floor. Detractors doubt that wide-ranging gun control law would make it through Congress and have been pushing a slew of incremental executive orders that curtails gun access.

He declined to seek re-election in 2018, instead running for the Senate against Republican Ted Cruz, running a campaign that drew national attention because of his skateboarding skills. A few months after he lost, he announced his campaign for President... is expected to be named Director of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms — a promise that Biden made clear on the campaign months ago in a pledge that’s attracted criticism on the right.

[BUFFALOCHRONICLE] Following pushback to rumors late last week that Michelle Rhee is at the top of President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing... ’s shortlist to lead the Department of Education, the transition team is now quietly floating the idea of nominating the First-Lady-in-Waiting, Dr. Jill Biden to the cabinet post.If she is nominated and confirmed, it would be the first time in American history that a First Lady serves in a President’s cabinet administration. (Then-former First Lady Eleanore Roosevelt served as UN Ambassador from 1947 to 1953, but that ambassadorship was not included as a Cabinet position at the time).
And as First Lady Hillary Clinton headed a committee to develop Obamacare v.0, which was rightfully never taken seriously. Would that Obamacare v.1.0 had been equally ignored.
Dr. Biden is a longtime college professor. If she were to lead the Department, it’s widely thought that her policy agenda would emphasize investment in local community colleges and trade schools, while vastly expanding the vocational training programs that are offered at the nation’s public schools.
Rhee is still thought to be in contention for the post, and some Republicans believe Dr. Biden’s nomination is being floated merely to gauge the reaction of the progressive wing of the party.
Rhee’s support of charter schools, expanding standardized testing, and performance incentives for teachers, has angered many teachers’ unions but she retains strong support from moderates and centrists in both parties.

[BUFFALOCHRONICLE] Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer ...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 44.95206 years. Senate minority leader as of 2017... , who is enduring criticism inside his caucus for a string of election losses under his leadership, is unlikely to gain a majority in the chamber this year. But that isn’t stopping the Brooklynite from advancing statehood legislation that would welcome Puerto Rico and Upstate New York as the 51st and 52nd States of the Union. Schumer is not expected to pursue statehood for the District of Columbia in the bill, which is a far less popular and more politically polarizing proposition — seen as a crass political power grab that offensively privileges the already well represented citizens of the District who amply benefit from the federal government’s economic largess.
On the other hand, there is strong bipartisan support nationally for Puerto Rican statehood and the Republican Party believes that it can compete for votes on the island — particularly among men — despite the longtime reputation of the community being aligned closely with the Democratic Party ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... , at least with regard to Puerto Rican politics in New York.
Schumer has not been previously known to support statehood for Upstate New York, which has always endured problematic governance issues that stem from its geographic alienation from the vast majority of the population located inside and around New York City.
The area of New York north of Westchester and Rockland Counties, if it were a State, would include ten congressional districts and about six million people, twelve electoral votes, and a midwestern constituency far more archetypal of Michigan, Wisconsin, or Ohio than of New England. It would be a narrowly divided swing state — perhaps even more comfortable for moderate Democrats like Gov. Andrew Sonny Cuomo, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, and Sen. Kirstin Gillibrand.
Pairing statehood votes for Upstate New York and Puerto Rico might be the masterful political stroke that Schumer’s flailing leadership tenure needs.
It could also be an opportunity to placate an angry leftwing of the party inside New York City that seems to feel perpetually wronged by the federal government without rational basis for those unrelenting political assertions.
If Senator Gillibrand were essentially ’redistricted’ to represent Upstate New York, political observers postulate that Schumer would be able to take Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore... or another progressive voice under his proverbial wing in the Senate.
Schumer’s statehood legislation is being heralded by the Puerto Rican community, which now sees two inspired roadways to the White House — one that runs through the island and the other that runs through the Bronx.

You can be certain the Dem election thieves will be gathering in Georgia to elect place Democrats in the two Georgia Senate seats in the run-off election in January.
They’ll make themselves ill, carrying on in this hysterical way.
[Breitbart] Executives from Fortune 500 corporations say they are planning to intervene if Democrat Joe Biden is not inaugurated into office by January 20, 2021.
A report by CBS News states that in a conference call late last week, Fortune 500 executives were planning to step in on behalf of Biden to pressure Republican lawmakers if President Trump holds up the former vice president’s transition.
CBS News reports:
But if Mr. Trump tries to undo the legal process or disrupts a peaceful transition to Biden, the CEOs discussed making public statements and pressuring GOP legislators in their states who may try to redirect Electoral College votes from Biden to Trump, said Yale Management Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, who convened the meeting. [Emphasis added]
"They’re all fine with him taking an appeal to the court, to a judicial process. They didn’t want to deny him that. But that doesn’t stop the transition," said Sonnenfeld. "They said if that makes people feel better, it doesn’t hurt anything to let that grind through." [Emphasis added]
The CEOs decided to wait for the November 20 certification of votes in Georgia before meeting to decide their next moves. Action could include threats to stop donations to political action committees or even corporate relocations, Sonnenfeld said. [Emphasis added]
The big business lobby and Wall Street have been looking to undermine Trump’s economic nationalist agenda for years. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Business Roundtable — both representing some of the nation’s largest multinational corporations and fighting Trump — congratulated Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) days after the November 3 election. Probably no way these fallas would pressure individual state legislators.
"The U.S. Chamber stands ready to work with the Biden administration and leaders on both sides of the aisle to restore public health, revitalize our economy, and help rebuild American lives and communities," the Chamber’s statement reads.
A corporatocracy is a government that represents a fusion of the state and corporations. Once upon a time, the left feared the notion. However, now that the left controls corporate America, it is embracing that fusion. Biden’s presidency will represent the apex of the left’s desire to create the perfect government-corporate partnership.
Tucker Carlson’s opening monologue describes the way in which the Biden government is inextricably intertwined with woke corporations (all of which are staffed entirely with graduates of American’s hard left colleges and universities):

No it was Mussolini who coined the term "corporatism." From Encyclopedia Britannica's entry:
Corporatism, Italiancorporativismo, also called corporativism, the theory and practice of organizing society into “corporations” subordinate to the state.
According to corporatist theory, workers and employers would be organized into industrial and professional corporations serving as organs of political representation and controlling to a large extent the persons and activities within their jurisdiction. However, as the “corporate state” was put into effect in fascist Italy between World Wars I and II, it reflected the will of the country’s dictator, Benito Mussolini, rather than the adjusted interests of economic groups.

From a former colleague and military historian whom many of you know:
More evidence that our constitutional republic has passed away. We are now a corporatist and increasingly fascist sate – the corporatist state includes big tech, the media, academia, and the Dems. Critical race theory, cancel culture, BLM, Antifa, etc., are the fascist means of control. Antifa are the brown shirts of the Dem Party.

..and the following paragraph of equal warning of the scientific technological elite.
Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.
In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.
Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.
The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded. Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.
But which chamber of commerce - the one who advocates the flesh trade to bring in more lettuce pickers, or the one which thinks that is too expensive and have the chinese slaves do it instead?
