Man, if that gift from Allan showed up in my locker room, you'd have to pry me off it with a crowbar and a come-along or three. And she'd be missing half her hair if you succeeded.
The NY Jets are just stone-cold STOOPID to let her into the players' locker room and think that the players are going to handle themselves professionally. She is lucky to to have gotten out of there with her virtue intact. The unprofessionalism started with whomever invited her into the locker room in the first place, and was seconded by her when she accepted.

A stupid idea that won't die. I always thought this was a crock. A woman in a pro football locker room is not a good idea. I would not want a woman wandering around a locker room while I am showering, getting dressed, scratching, etc. To me it seems demeaning to the players and demeaning to her to ask her to go in there for an interview. Can't someone not figure out an appropriate place for such an interview.? If a male sports reporter went into a women's locker room for an interview, he would probably be prosecuted and labeled as a sex offender. No one would believe him if he said it was part of his job and he was just being professional. He would be asked why he couldn't find a more appropriate place for an interview. I suspect the players probably don't appreciated her in the locker room and that they are acting up a bit to intentionally be offensive. I might be inclined to act up in protest if this situation were forced on me.
#12
Back when all this crap started about women in the locker room it was allowed to be framed as 'women's rights' vs management. No one, the media or management gave a rats ass about what the players rights. All conspired against the athletes who were treated in the process as some big piece of meat by the other parties for their own ends.

Heels on? Check. Gluteal implants? Check. I never thought Id be able to identify a butt lift aside from on those celebrity P.S. Monitoring sites without telescopic lense assistance, butt really now that is too obvious.
#16
Butt lift? I think they just inject silicone or fat into their butts and let the jeans do the rest of the work from what I've heard. I'm sure she wasn't thinking of any guys responses when she had the volleyballs implanted either.
She loves this. She didn't even think anything about it from the video until some other woman told her to be offended. She's doing this for the sisterhood now.
I'm surprised they have reporters go into the locker rooms. Boys and girls should wait outside and have the players brought to them for interviews when clothed. It's just such an easy problem to solve. Must not want solving.

Easy on the eyes. Damn hard on the ears. I don't know but her voice just grates my ears the wrong way...
Links to a list of NY butt implant surgeons. Yes, a patient can opt for fat injections or opt for full gluteal implants and/or butt lift. Just when you thought only boobies or calves could be fake...
Anyone one can get breast augmentation, including male trannies. The final P.S.frontier, is the gluteal implant. Consider the implications. Good genetics no longer required to have a great ass. And what is scarier is male trannies can get a womans ass implanted and look even more like a female. Wow, we've fallen pretty far as a society.

How could you miss them? Rough estimate, between bleached hair, high heels for height, breast implants and butt implants, over 30% of her is completely falsified. She can always fall back on her butt implants with a golden parachute if the journalism career turns sour.

In the CNN interview, the woman's teeth look fake as well-- capped, or whatever it is that talk-show hosts do to make their choppers fluorescent white...

To paraphrase the illustrious Chris Rock, and women say all men are liars? Women lie about their height, their hair color, their breast size, now, apparently, their bum size, who knows maybe she had va-jay-jay surgery, too. You know, wild untamed hymen reconstruction. Sheesh, I wonder how many men if they were women would do this kind of body work?

(Xinhua) — Uganda's ruling party, National Resistance Movement (NRM), in the wee hours on Monday declared incumbent President Yoweri Museveni its flag bearer for the next year's presidential race.
It must have been a good party. There's no other reason to stay up late for something predetermined.
"His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni has come unopposed," said Felicitus Magomu, chairperson of the NRM electoral commission.
Museveni thanked some 15,000 supporters gathered at Mandela National Stadium in the east of Kampala since midday on Sunday and promised more electricity, better roads, and more efforts in the information and communications technology sector, industrialization, education and health during the next term.
The incumbent, who was re-elected the NRM's chairman, would run against his main contender Kizza Besigye, the flag bearer of the Inter Party Cooperation, a loose coalition of four opposition parties.
There are also other opposition leaders who are slated to compete for the presidency.
Museveni, one of Africa's longest serving leaders, came into power in 1986 after seizing power from a short-lived military junta
After the country promulgated its constitution in 1995, Museveni run for presidency in 1996, 2001 and 2006, of which he all won.
The country's Electoral Commission set Oct. 25 and 26 as the nomination dates for presidential and parliamentary candidates.

Huh? There actually was a gang this time? What gives? New guy on the force?
Postal workers who were refused time off to celebrate a religious holiday are considering legal action against Royal Mail.
Muslim staff at a regional distribution center in Leeds, say they are usually allowed to take the day off to mark Eid-ul-Fitr. But around 50 workers who wanted time off last Friday were told they could not have the day off this year "for operational reasons". Many refused to turn up and are now facing disciplinary hearings.
One postal employee told the YEP: "In previous years shifts have been organised so there was cover for those who wanted to celebrate Eid. For some reason this year the management either forgot to do this or deliberately did not do it.
Union leaders are now negotiating with managers to ensure that, in future, Muslims will get time off to mark religious holidays. And they have warned they are prepared to take the company to a tribunal for discrimination.
Andy Lee, secretary of the Communications Workers Union Leeds No1 Amalgamated branch, said: "We know they cannot always release everybody, but they have always tried to release as many as possible. This year they simply said 'unfortunately, we can't do it' and so they cancelled leave for all.
"Our members are very upset - my phone did not stop ringing. Many members decided they would not go in to work and as a result they are facing hearings over unauthorised absences. We're already fighting those. We're actively pursuing this. There is another Eid coming up at the end of November and we want to avoid a similar confrontation.
"If we have to then we are prepared to take it to a tribunal because we believe it is a clear case of discrimination."
Under British law there is no specific rule which states that a worker must be given time off for religious holidays or festivals, though employers are encouraged to be "sensitive" to requests.

If they said all Muslim employees could have the day off, how many employees would suddenly turn out to be Muslim, and go celebrate the holiday at the local pub?
A Venezuelan military helicopter crashed into a navy boat Tuesday during a search and rescue operation, Interior and Justice Minister Tarek El Aissami said.
Odd, "Tarek El Aissami" doesn't sound like a Spanish name...
El Aissami said five people including the pilot were injured in the crash and have been taken to hospitals on the tourist island of Margarita. At least two other people, including the co-pilot, are missing.
The navy ship was moored just offshore from a beach on Margarita island, at about 6:30 AM local time. The helicopter was carrying military personnel as well as three medical professionals.
A plane owned by state-run airline Conviasa crashed in south Venezuela on Monday. At least 13 people have been confirmed dead in the crash. The plane had 51 passengers when it crashed shortly after take off in the eastern city of Puerto Ordaz at about 10 AM local time.
Transport Minister Francisco Garces said the plane went down on the property of the state-run Sidor steel foundry. Garces said the plane was heading to Margarita Island when it crashed for reasons that were unclear.
Emergency services chief Luis Diaz said the plane had crashed on to property belonging to Sidor, which has a large mill and land near Ciudad Guayana. 'The plane fell on a waste area where they put barrels of unused steel materials,' according to governor Gomez.
Doing everything wrong causes problems for China and all the countries downstream. Floods where there's an uncontrolled excess, drought and dust storms where there's a lack, and pollution of all of it. Hopefully China will outgrow this stage soon.

There's no drinking water shortage in China. The problem is that the Chinese government has made it official policy for the country to be self-sufficient in grain production. Free water for farmers (and metered water for residential communities) has meant draining aquifers to the point of no return. Stateside, I've read that water use for residences is something like 10% of total water use. I bet it's even lower in China. The problem is twofold: (1) China probably doesn't use expensive drip irrigation techniques for its crops and (2) it probably plants too many crops for the cheap water resources it has. China has access to the ocean. It can set up and use reverse osmosis plants to tap sea water to generate fresh water. The problem is that water generated by reverse osmosis isn't free, and it's certainly too expensive to use to plant grains. Bottom line is that China needs to end grain cultivation in areas where underground water resources are tapped out, and provide tax breaks for companies to relocate to those areas so that displaced farmers can be gainfully employed.

Wouldn't it be easier for the chairman to simply declare "It has Rained" and all the people say YES, that'll fix the problem.
(Well they can't exactly Pray for rain, now can they?)

[Pak Daily Times] Political interests played a key role in the inundation of Muzaffargarh district as recommendations to manage the flood were overruled at the last moment to protect the fields of a few powerful landlords, said a report appearing in The Christian Science Monitor on Monday.
The investigative story in the journal points towards a "nexus of interests" between feudal families and senior bureaucrats, who benefited from the decision, while 1.5 million were displaced, 51 people killed and 337 schools destroyed.
All along the Indus River lie floodgates known as barrages. The flood control plan for Punjab stipulates that if the water pressure behind any gate grows too large, the right bank should be breached with explosives.
At Taunsa Barrage, the left wall protects Muzaffargarh district, home to 3.5 million people. The right wall protects a less populous district, with at least 17,000 acres of "pondage" land set aside to hold flood-waters.
However on August 2, as the Indus waters swelled perilously close to the known breaking point of the Taunsa Barrage, officials led by the Punjab secretary of irrigation made the decision not to breach the right bank, the report said.
In the early hours of August 3, the Indus burst through the left bank instead, inundating some 400,000 acres of the district. Standing on the Taunsa Barrage, the contrast between the two areas cannot be clearer. The vast tracts of unharmed land, which fall in the neighboring district lie to the west, while the inundated Muzaffargarh district is to the east.
Many locals allege that two powerful families, the Hinjras and the Khosas, both from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) illegally occupy the flood-basin area.
"They put pressure on the irrigation secretary and the district coordination officer," says Member National Assembly (MNA) Jamshed Dasti.
More striking still was the denial offered by PML-N senior leader Zulfiqar Khan Khosa.
According to documents seen by the CSM, Khosa signed off in June on flood-fighting plans prepared by the Irrigation and Power Department.
However, when asked whether he had any dealings with the Irrigation and Power Department, Khosa angrily denied he was ever briefed on the plans, and claimed he did not know anyone in the department.
Asked why he chose to disregard the Taunsa Barrage's standard operation procedure of breaching section, Rab Nawaz, the Irrigation and Power Department secretary, offered that the front section of the barrage had not come under threat and therefore he had not felt an immediate need to breach the right section.
Local residents are now hoping for a favorable outcome by the three committees instituted to investigate the issue.
"Those responsible must be punished according to the law," says Naeem Khan, a local engineer who was contracted to do repair work on the barrage in 2005. "We know these misdeeds have occurred, and we are prepared to fight in court if we don't see justice," he said.

The DTV Shredder, a militarized skateboard with two caterpillar tracks. It can travel at over 30mph, go up 40-degree slopes, turn around in four feet, and be remotely operated. It's also quite spectacular in action.
The DTV Shredder was presented as a "first response modular platform for soldiers" at last August's Military Vehicles conference in Detroit. According to the manufacturer, it can handle any kind of terrain and its low center of gravity makes it "ideal for reconnaissance, rescue/recovery, mobile surveillance, and medical evacuation operations". I think I saw that movie. Wasn't it "Back to the Future part 2"?

A strong contender for "Dumb Idea of the Year", I'd say.
If you haven't seen the videos of this thing in action, you need to. It is remotely controllable and it is a very impressive device.
And it looks like it will be available to the general public too...for much less than a Segway. I would buy one just for the sheer coolness of it. However, being in my early 50's I would most likely put my eye out or something!

I see it as a civilian rather than military product. I can't see anyone riding it once the shooting starts. It would be much better it had room to crouch/sit down and take the pack off.
The remote control capability is usefull for the military: especially getting wounded out of an ambush or ammunition in.
But the man carrying capability seems most usefull to hikers and/or extreme sports enthusiasts.

This is a stupid idea, at least for the military. It does not go fast enough to evade enemy fire and the operator is a sitting duck. Probably fun to ride, for about the first 10 minutes.
There are a whole slew of other Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV's) that can tow a little trailer as shown. These guys are real late to that party too.
The Mayor of Union City, New Jersey blasted the Imam who wants to build a mosque and community center two blocks from ground zero for being a "slumlord."
At hastily called news conference Union City Mayor Brian Stack accused Imam Faisal Rauf of neglecting two apartment houses and ignoring numerous citations from the Union City's Fire and Health Departments. Mayor Stack described the Imam as "unscrupulous" and questioned his statements about wanting to help people and build bridges while his own tenants were living in "shoddy conditions." Maybe he should convert his Jersey property into Mosques.
