[Breitbart] On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s "America Reports," Fox News Medical Contributor and Clinical Professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine Dr. Marc Siegel reacted to calls to reform the CDC by its Director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, by stating that the agency’s problems "go way beyond anything that anybody’s admitted here." And one major issue is the politicization of the coronavirus pandemic, such as "the fact that the teachers’ unions are involved with keeping schools shuttered, not only the CDC. There’s an elaborate network of politicking that’s involved here, not just science."
Siegel stated, [relevant remarks begin around 3:15] "I don’t think she’s going anywhere. I think she’s an infectious disease specialist. She’s public health. I think they’re committed to her. I am surprised at the degree to which she’s come out and said there are shortcomings here, but I agree with you, that they go way beyond anything that anybody’s admitted here. And it doesn’t make a quick fix. And the one thing that is not being discussed, John, which you know well, is the degree to which this whole thing is politicized. I mean, if you say it stinks at the head, you’re talking about the fact that the teachers’ unions are involved with keeping schools shuttered, not only the CDC. There’s an elaborate network of politicking that’s involved here, not just science. But I think that she’s respected as a scientist. I don’t think she’s going anywhere. I admire her coming forward, I don’t think it goes far enough at all."

We must eventually arrive at a pass where "you can draw a gummint salary, or belong to a union, but not both."

In theory, the state is sovereign. It only 'negotiates' with other sovereign states. The 'unions' are not sovereign states and therefore lack any standing when dealing with the state. When the state surrenders its sovereignty it surrenders its power and thus surrenders its legitimacy.
[YouTube] Russia's reliance on its oil and gas industry has given it a case of "Dutch disease": a combination of labor shifts and exchange rate increases have gutted its manufacturing sector. Yet the West has not yet exploited Russia's vulnerability. This video explains the problem in greater depth and what's stopping the West from puting maximum pressure on Russia.
FBI agents Scoulder and Mully hold a press conference where they reveal the incriminating evidence found in Trump's safe. This raid was definitely justified.

[Conservative Treehouse] The all too familiar David Laufman says it out loud, but few will pay attention. "That’s what this is. It- just because [the DOJ-NSD justification for the raid on Trump] implicates classified information to me, doesn’t seem to give a platform for the House Intelligence Committee to intrude at this time," Laufman says.
In the aftermath of 9-11 the U.S. government created the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) to conduct surveillance of "domestic threats," the American people. When Barack Obama and Eric Holder stepped in a few years later, they created the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD). This division specializes in weaponizing surveillance against their political enemies. The DOJ-NSD had no inspector general oversight and operates within Main Justice, but above the law. Essentially, they use the justification of ’national security’ to defend the Fourth Branch of Government, the permanent surveillance state. i.e. KGB
David Laufman was the former head of the DOJ-NSD and he specialized in the targeting process. Laufman was a primary player in the defense of Hillary Clinton against accusations of ’national security violations’ as a result of her classified personal email use. Laufman sat in on, guided and shaped the FBI interview Hillary Clinton. Additionally, David Laufman is one of Christine Blasey-Ford’s Rehoboth "beach friends," as outlined in the Judge Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

They are defending their power structure against US.
How dare we little people think that we have power over them! That's offensive! The laws only apply to us. When it comes to them, obviously they can't survive without committing serious felonies every single day. It's worth it all to continue their system and stay in power - it's what gives their lives meaning.

Stop paying them, paying the bills at their building, etc, and they will go away. Better yet, have Congress declare them a domestic terror organization.

Codswallop! The government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. Not Divine Right, not the dictatorial powers of a tyrannical martial coup d'etat. The CONSENT of the American People. The Constitution is a contract between man and state. It defines the governance we agree to allow for the mutual benefit of the citizens of our nation. The founders, in writing it, created three mutually antagonistic branches, to diffuse the power and to forestall tyranny they had seen so well in the history of the Old World.
The legislative branch has the sole power to make Law, The Executive Branch administers that law and intent by policy and actions as defined, and the Judicial Branch determines if the law or the execution of the policies are inconsistent, and hence illegal, with the founding contract.
Since Congress creates the laws, and funds the government with the peoples money, it has the obligation to oversee and comment on all governmental function. Every part of the federal government is authorized by statute and funded by appropriation originating from Congress, representing the elected will of the people.
The Department of Justice - National Security Division, ostensibly serves the will of the American People through these actions by Congress and can damn well cease to exist absent that empowerment! Nothing, is above the authority given by the American People to serve them faithfully as expressed in Law. To assert otherwise is to invite certain disestablishment and investigation for criminal conduct under the color of authority.
Our educational system must return civics and genuine American History to our schools to create citizens who know to dismiss this rubbish out of hand at every utterance!!!
That is a link to a gab video where someone asks various people questions like 'how many stars on the US flag. What country is the Queen of England the Queen of? At one point UCLA is mentioned.
