The lower level agents may just be unwitting actors, but the supervisory leadership and the DoJ lawyers on-scene knew they were exceeding the warrant scope, but knew they had no risk of consequences. #3 Took them a few hrs to illegally confiscate the items, but 2 weeks to return them???

Hummmm how many LSD Eyes have seen or will see Trumps lawyer and private files doc's in between?

Any bets on whether it will be NYT, CNN,or WAPO who publishes leaked doc's 1st.

Then the paperwork.

Then another court appearance to discuss that paperwork.

Then processing if allowed to continue.

Approval?

Order sent to evidence storage to return items.

Processing.

Overdue, court appearance to question location of evidence.

What evidence?

#5 Btw: The DOJ by saying items were improperly collected has also in advertantly admittedly stated that its evidence collection process was tainted and conducted improperly. Thus placing all collected items suspect and challengable for court use.
