#5 I despise the motives behind this. Orwellian erasure of our history is essential to its deconstruction to create the basis for revolutionary thought. They have to make American exceptionalism and prosperity brought on by capitalism and a vast middle class into a hate filled lie to justify the globalist future they are selling.

Honoring Confederate Generals was an act of reconciliation and recognition of resumed brotherhood. History of shared national comity, with all the sad exceptions along the way, doesn't fit the "white supremacy and racism" needed to fuel the useful idiot minds for the coming revolution.
