#2 Gluten-free: What does that mean?

#4 /\ Unleaded gas and non-Ethanol gas cost more also.

Mixing in that removing that lead and Ethanol is a time consuming process.

#9 The last straw for me was when i saw a package of a brand of beef jerky touting that it's 'gluten free', I quit buying them.

To this day, when i see a product that claim to be 'gluten free', especially if it is a non-wheat product, I don't buy them and instead i mock them..

Stupid people food!

#11 *Shrug* Welcome to the Genetic Lottery Wheel™ step and give the wheel a spin. My sister had a set of exhaustive tests done and discovered that some of the enzymes necessary to process wheat starch were missing in her upper intestine. The wheat starch wouldn't be turned into sugars and would hang around to be turned to fat in the lower intestines... *Yay* That makes a maple frosted donut the ultimate diet destroyer, go figure. So "You have to eat for you, not that Mythic Average Person™".
